BEWARE... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I wasted my time and $400 getting blood work done only for them to LOSE MY BLOOD!!! YES THEY LOST MY BLOOD. Had to re-imburse me. Staff was very unprofessional and untrained. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Great Place! Very fast service. Everyone is super nice. I had to go and get my testing done for my insurance I hate needles and the nurse made me feel comfortable She was very professional and made this process seem painless and easy. I am thankful I went here! Great Job ☆☆

UPDATED REVIEW (April 2015): I am not sure how to post a new review, so I am updating my previous review. Shortly after I posted the review below the owner of this Arc Point location, Greg, called me to ask about my experience at the lab. Greg was genuinely concerned about the experience I had while at the lab and once I left, and acknowledged that it could have been handled better. He assured me that steps had been and would be taken to ensure that in the future technicians knew the proper way to handle a situation where the technician was or thinks they might have been pricked by the needle used to draw blood.I really did not expect a response back to this online review, and I certainly did not expect a phone call from the owner. I appreciate Arc Point taking my complaint seriously and offering an apology. I would certainly give them another try based on my interaction with the management.INITIAL REVIEW: I am very concerned about my experience here. First of all, utter confusion when I brought in a test from my dietitian. The concept of just taking my blood for that test seemed to be an entirely new concept. Not to be mean, but I am not sure the tech that was there was ready to be working alone.Further, I was sort of made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Dietitian was repeated several times as if maybe if she said it one more time I would stop lying about having one. And then the questions about why my dietitian was in Round Rock when I live in Dallas - I am not sure why that mattered, but again, it felt like I was being accused of something or as if, for some unknown reason, the tech thought I was being dishonest.Finally, she calls me about an hour after I leave to tell me she pricked herself with the needle after it came out of my arm. Except before telling me that, she asks my medical history - as though it was for a questionnaire I had missed or that needed to be filled out for that particular test. Oh no - it was for her personal knowledge. Um, that cant be acceptable, right? I get it. Id be freaked out too, but you cant ask someone their medical history for your personal use.I had a bad feeling the entire time I sat there waiting for her. I regret now that I didnt leave immediately.

Wonderful place! Staff was very helpful and service was fast and easy. Walked in and out in under 10 minutes without an appointment. Plus very affordable if you are self pay.

Very slow service. The other ones in Denton and Irving are way faster than this. Its outrageous. Nobody was even in the office when I showed up.

Was in and out in 15 minutes--very quick and efficient! Elda was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I could be accommodated before the office closed. They made my job interview drug testing process very easy!

I am editing my original review to reflect follow-up communication with the owner of this lab. While I would not currently recommend this lab to a friend or family member- due to concerns over sanitary procedure (I felt the technician made some mistakes that could possibly promote the spread of blood borne pathogens)- I feel this lab has the potential to be extraordinary. Upon receiving my e-mail the owner of this lab (Greg) contacted me and has assured that he will review proper procedure, and re-train his staff with emphasis on cleanliness. I must note that I am an extremely germaphobic individual, and I walk into any medical setting with a keen awareness as to how procedure is handled. That being said, the lab technician I interacted with was extremely kind and dedicated to her profession, despite making a couple of errors that I found upsetting at the time. It is clear that the owner of this lab is extremely concerned with each and every customer that comes in, and I feel with confidence that the issues I encountered here will not only be fixed, but used as a motivator to excel service even further. Despite the initial horror I felt upon leaving this lab, I am content knowing that there are still business owners and staff members that actually care about the little people- and that, my friend, is hard to come by.

I am a college student and needed titers, immunizations and a drug test for school. Searched the net and went to Arcpoint in Dallas. The lab was easy to find, very clean and modern , had great customer service and only got stuck 1 time to draw my blood :) Highly recommend this lab…

I hate them the lady did not know what she was doing she didnt read the papers correctly the papers said hair or urine drug test n she said it said both which it didnt n she basically cut the whole back of my hair off Im pissed to the max! Dont let them cut on your hair unless its court ordered!

Have been trying to get results for over a week and literally all the leg work has been done by me. They promised to email results by Friday for court and low and behold still do not have them! Most unreliable lab I have ever encountered

Worst place ever.... sit here for over an hour, waiting to take a poss test, trying to hold my urine... complete nightmare
