I got a perm done with Melissa and she told me my hair is perfectly healthy and I should have no problems.. when I left my hair looked nothing like a perm, she didn’t blow dry it, and it took almost 4 days to air dry, I had beautiful long hair and when my hair dried it was matted and I couldn’t even comb through it, I couldn’t wear my hair down it was so fried and I even tried deep conditioning treatments, I eventually had to cut my hair short and I love my long hair. I definitely do NOT recommend and I will not be back.

Alright I went here awhile back and it was bad. But I stopped by today and learn it was under new management. My stylist was Jessica and she was amazing love my hair cut and beard trim. She has awesome personality and great customer service. She is a truly unique person.

Ive been coming here on and off for 20 years when they were under different names, every time I come in theres different staff so I stopped coming because I always got less than par hair cuts.I decided to give them another chance since my wife was getting her mani-pedi in the same plaza.Im glad I came in, the stylist who cut my hair - Shannon - is awesome! Shes only been there a few months and hopefully they can hold onto her.Shannon is very serious about her job and has great skills, she could be at a more exclusive salon making alot of money.I explained to her how I would like my hair done and she beat all of my expectations. If shes there I will definitely return, she knows what shes doing, she knew how to make my haircut look the way I wanted and took the time to do it right. Shes very professional and has a great personality, also.Will return if shes there or will go wherever she goes to get my hair cut.This place was at best a 2 or 3 star before Shannon, but Im giving a 5 star based on her skills and customer service.Update today 14 Oct 2017: Ive now come back for the 3rd time for Shannon to cut my hair. Excellent job every time. My wife usually goes to 313 in Marietta to get her hair done, now shes coming to have Shannon cut her hair also, which is HUGE since shes very picky about her hair cuts.

Caitlin cut my hair and she did exactly as I requested. She was nice and patient didn’t make you feel rushed at all. She even tried to save me money Which was appreciated. She was very informative and make it a smooth process start to finish.@

Jessica does an amazing job with my hair. She has an amazing personality and really goes the extra mile. Any questions I have about a product she always gets me the answer. I would recommend her services to everyone because she simply is the best with hair.

Only 5 starts so this can be seen!!!!! What I wanted was layers. What Darlene gave me no name of it. I thought my hair looked good when I left but got home to see it and it was messed up!!! I have very long hair and I love my hair. This lady had my hair so chopped going straight across my back at my shoulders and my hair is cut in a long V shape. It looked horrible!! I paid 32$ No shampoo no style. She told me my hair was too long for her to wash and style. Please take the time and find a better place to go. I wouldn’t recommend this place!! Thankfully I went to Bloom in Dallas and a very sweet wonderful women named Bonnie fixed my hair without having to cut my hair off.

My father had an appointment at 4:15 and he was no seen until 4:55. He was then told there is a 4 dollar sanitation fee to wipe down the station and chair! That was not optional... Your employees should already be doing that! The employee was Elizabeth. Im disappointed, and will not be back!

A great place to get a haircut. Convenient, friendly staff, and if you know the off hours, you can usually get in and out of there in 30 minutes or less. Great location for me to take care of other errands before or after I go.

Can’t book an appointment online. No one answers the phone when I call. Last 2 times I stopped in I was told they were booked for the day.

This salon is under new management with a new team of stylist. They make the customers feel welcomed and work with you to make sure you get the cut YOU want. Would recommend to anyone to try them out again!

I just paid almost $200.00 for highlights and lowlights in my daughters hair 1 day ago and it looks almost exactly the same as it did before.

Brittany is the best. I only come here for her. She is awesome with my boys. She knows exactly what I want. She’s also very patient and kind. She really is good at what she does.

If zero was an option I would give them that. Didn’t even try to cut my sons hair because it was to close to closing time (would have taken them about 10 minutes). I will never come back here.

I never write a bad review on ANYTHING, but this place is something else. I asked for a trim and to touch up my undercut. The lady never touched my undercut and then took off 3-4 INCHES of my hair. She then went on to tell me my hair is too long to qualify for a trim so it’s an extra $10, then she asked me how I felt about bangs. I told her I was open to the idea but if I did them I wanted side bangs. She cut them straight across. Also, when I walked in she asked if I wanted to wash my hair and when I said no she rolled her eyes and said that I needed a wash. I paid $31 for a haircut that wasn’t even what I wanted.

Cassandra was great! She made sure to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, even checking with me how high I wanted my layers to start! Will definately go back!

I wanted simple partial blonde highlights. Darlene the lady who did my hair totally screwed my hair. Its now darker then what it was. My hair is golden brown now. I was there from 11:20 till 4. Still didnt get it fixed. She still tried to charge me 50😡 I gave her 35 and no tip. I think if u dont know how to at least do highlights you dont need to be a hair dresser. Thank god I found a friend who is going to fix my hair. I will never go back there. They obviously dont know what the Hell theyre doing!!!!! Also the back of my head is sore from laying on the freaking sink at least five times to wash my hair from her mistake!!!

I have long hair and got a trim. The trim was just ok, not great. It costs way to much to get a trim though. The stylist was a nice lady but I wouldnt go back.

I went in to get about an inch or two removed to get rid of split ends and left with about 5-6 inches removed .. :( the lady cutting my hair was very sweet though. She didn’t do a bad cut, it’s just extremely short now and I wasn’t going for such a short short look.

When they finally acknowledged my presence, the girl acted like I was an IDIOT when I showed her a picture of what I wanted them to do to my hair. I will definitely spend hard earned money elsewhere. The young girl was very rude and the older woman didnt even have enough sense to correct her! NO THANK YOU!!!

Girl messed my hair up so bad when i went to a different salon there was almost nothin they could do, unless i let them cut my hair past my shoulders. So i had to walk around for months lookin jacked up until it grew out.

HORRIBLE!! Will never go back there. I could have ran clippers over my childs head for free at home! I asked for the BACK to be cut with clippers....she did his entire head!!! It looks horrible. First and LAST time there!!! NEVER AGAIN! Be warned!

Terrible terrible terribleLady chopped my bangs off, told her to cut them just BELOW my eye brows, and she continued to cut them an inch above my eye brows, was a bit rude when i told her i wanted layers as well. Was charged 26.50 , have never paid that for a trim especially beings i already have short hair thats just below my shoulders. Very unsatisfied, will NOT be back to this location!

Extremely unsatisfied! Stylist couldn’t follow simple direction. My crew cut has peaks and valleys on top and visible steps to the poorly faded sides. I’d like a refund.

I was told that my hair was long and thick and that I would have to pay $10.00 extra for my cut. I told her that I did not want the cut and I would go somewhere else. It says $16.50 for a cut only on the wall and nothing about extras or exceptions! Very unhappy with this place!!!!

Nice people, but 30 bucks for a crooked haircut was a bit annoying.

My haircut was great and the stylist did a good job listening to what I wanted. However, the shop is dirty, has broken fixtures, marks on the wall, and I witnessed several customers who were not greeted when they entered the shop.

Nothing to like about this place. Close to home but always drive the distance for a little boys cut. There is NEVER more than 2 people working and always 3-5 people waI ting when I DO try to come. Needless to say, I just left again today. So sad.
