Really great team at this Meineke. My wife and I take both of our cars here regularly and are always satisfied with the work, the price and the experience. Weve had virtually every car service work done there including state inspections and they make it so easy and understandable. Also, Id like to give a special shoutout to the manager. Hes always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whats right. I rarely do reviews but this team deserves some recognition.

This was about as good of an experience as you can have when you have to make a car repair. Alex, the manager and his mechanics team are great. As a woman it’s always very frustrating to work with mechanics as they can be condescending and truthfully we never know if we are being taken for a ride. Alex and his team explain things without talking down, take pictures to give you some idea of what the issue is, and explain to you options on how to approach issues. I felt that I trusted the shop immediately and I was pleased with the outcome for sure.

The team at Meineke in Dallas, Texas were life savers! My AC went out on my 5 hour drive to visit my sister. I told them I was in from out of town and had to pick up the car before 3. Not only did they have the job done by 12:30, they sent me pictures of the issues, texted me updates the whole time and were just all around informative, professional and personable! Huge thank you and highly recommend them!!

Manager Alex had an amazing personality which made the time go by fast. However he was short staff so he was running everywhere front back side doing pick ups and I saw that all in the time I was there but even still he was professional with everyone who came in and made sure we were taken care of

These people are dishonest crooks. Run the other way. Do not do business with them! Our catalytic converter was stolen while our car was in their possession and they refuse to take responsibility. Took it in to have the AC checked, it was blowing hot air. Left with $210 of Freon that didn’t fix the problem and no catalytic converter. Their answer “not our problem and it’s not a leak or the Freon, you need a new Compressor” they should have diagnosed that in the first place! Terrible customer service. Told us they would make us a deal with a discounted price of $1458 for a new catalytic converter! Owner won’t return our calls. Have to take it all up with corporate.

Chose to have maintenance in my car at this location because the prices where competitive and their turn around time matched my schedule. All the services were performed as requested and in a timely manner. I was impressed when the multipoint inspection was delivered to me by a link on my phone. If there was some room for improvement would be that I couldnt see the diagnostic report of the battery on the photo and that my tires were not roasted as part of the oil change service even though it was listed as one of the things done during the oil change.

Wasnt what i expected from professional place... Tjey told me they had to recharge my ac that woukd fix the problem cost me 217 dollars it worked for a few minutes then ac went out again... They told me to bring it back so i did and then they told me it was my ac condenser now but they had the machine that they said cost 25 thousand dollars and it tells you whats wrong but that machine coukdnt tell me in first place that it was ac condenser to begin with so basically wasted 217 dollars for nothing ....

This was the worst service I was there about 30 min,and they never sign me in there was not many people in there the man that was up front at the desk was not friendly at all as I was waiting another couple came in and he at once wait on them beforeMe they had to go back home to get another car for them to go back home in they came back and I was still waiting it took them about 30 min to come back I just walked out he was not.a nice up front man very poor service. never did offer any kind word..never agin there just for a oil change.

It was a great experience. They gave me options to resolve my rough ride situation and brake noises. The tech was friendly and allowed me to watch what he was doing and explained each step. The parts ordered arrived quickly. Alex was manager on duty and he, too, was friendly and kept the shop moving along with encouragement towards the techs. The cost was reasonable and not unexpected.

I took my suv up there to have them diagnose the AC. They first said it was the compressor, and misdiagnosed that, then said it was the condenser. Once The car was finished they called me and said it was working and ready for pick up. When I picked up my car not only 30 minutes later did my AC go back out. They are now trying to charge me for a leak that they said I have in addition to the first charge for the condenser which did not fix the issue, they refused to give me my money back, or even work with me I’m just charging me the parts. They also misdiagnosed they condenser because that clearly did not fix my issue. In addition when I picked up my car the technician said that he ran a leak test and there were no leaks, up until the next day of them trying to figure out what is wrong with it they say that there is additional leaks. I have already contacted corporate who contacted the general manager in which they refuse to do anything but still charge me and only give me a 10% discount. I will be taking them to civil court as my services were not rendered. I do not recommend using this Meineke at all whatsoever use a different one, I have called many other managers at different locations in which they said that they would have refunded my money or fix my issue with no charge, but this location is not the same.

Rented a car from Hertz right down the road & ended up finding a nail in the tire when I got home that had been there a while. Hertz had me bring the car to Meineke for the tire repair and it was discovered that the car actually needed multiple tires replaced entirely. Alex (manager) provided some of THE best service I’ve ever had at any business - period. This was an annoying situation for them as they didn’t have the tires in stock, had to get approval from Hertz to get tires purchased, then he had to call half a dozen or more places to track down tires that they could get their hands on today. All because he knew I rented this car today with a plan to leave town.While I was brought here by circumstance and the Hertz partnership, I’ll be bringing mine & my wife’s cars here moving forward. Alex is the type of person any business should value and is a perfect example of what it means to go the extra mile. Thoroughly impressed and appreciative.

I wanted to get a car checked out before I bought it. The service was quick and accurate there were a lot of readings that the dealer did not tell me about they really saved me time and money. And the guy in the front was very helpful even breaking down things I did not understand. 10/10 hands down

My experience here is always great! The customer service here is awesome! When u make an appointment there’s usually not a long significant wait they will get u right on in. These guys are legit! I have a 2002 Thunderbird that needed a new fuel pump and they took care of it swiftly. They have second to none customer service. Bruce is my go-to guy since he’s very knowledgeable on these retro Birds.

Alex and the guys were nice! He kept me updated didnt overly explain anything to me or try to rob me blind because I’m a woman. He was manning the phones and managing customers in and out. The hood was left open and I had to shut it. Eric their technician told me the bolt looked stripped from the oil pan. I told them they were the ones who changed it last. He consulted with his manager Alex and magically there was no stripped bolt. I left unsure if they actually did any work on my car!

They were quick, efficient and convenient. Getting a text with the full report, including photos and descriptions, is super helpful and convenient. The indoor space is kept clean and nice as well. I feel I got a great value for the money spent (shoutout to Alex for being super communicative). I will definitely be a returning customer!

Excellent customer service! Wheel alignment completed after previous repair shop could not do the alignment.

I was given the run around in a since of how long it took for the repair facility to report it diagnoses to my claims department , and after repair was done, my car was running worst than when I brought it in. So bad I could only drive it out of the shop about a half a mile away, to make a U-turn to bring it back for another diagnose. Because the repairman never test drove the car to see how the car was performing after replacing the water pump. The car is presently at the shop awaiting another diagnose for further repairs.

Had my silver Audi serviced there on Saturday (03/20/21) Alex says the german oil is high, but we take care of you and put air in tires and everything. Of course when I leave the TPMS tire light still showed tire low and I had to go wait in line at gas station to do the air myself.

My visit to Meineke was very good. I called prior to arriving and was helped quickly. Alex, the Office Manager, was very nice and answered all my questions. I will return to Meineke again.

This place is insanely horrible. I got an oil change a few months ago, and the same day my car started overheating. I don’t know what it is they messed up in my vehicle that caused it to start acting up. Fast forward to a few months later. They’re under new management so I decide to give them a second chance. The same thing happens. My car is overheating after getting an oil change here. STAY AWAY!!! I just saw that other people have been having this same issue. It’s insane that Meineke is not doing anything to correct this issue.

Do not recommend I went the other day to get a oil change my car is brand new perfectly fine low mileage. And all these people did was change the oil filter they left the engine with no oil at all now my cars overheated locked up the engine and is stranded on the side of the road do not recommend at all first an last time going !!!!!!

Took my car here and they changed my ball joint and alignment.

Initially I had planned to give the store a extremely poor rating based on my experience. However, the only reason I changed my rating was due to 1 person. After having major work done to my vehicle that took 7 days. I started the ignition to find the traction light and check engine light were on (neither were on when I dropped it off), the engine covers were put in the trunk instead of back on the engine, the spark plugs in which I paid the labor for were still in the car and the brake pads with hardware and brake cleaner were missing. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Yea I’m still confused on that one. But to make a long story short. I spoked to Ron with my concerns and he took the initiative to have it taken care of. He was very professional about it all. He never made an excuse nor did he pass the blame he simply found a resolution by having the spark plugs installed immediately, ordering the part that was causing the check engine light and offering to find out what happened to the brake pads. All in all it was Ron and only Ron that is the reason I changed my mind about this place.

What can I say, an excellent group of guys. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on continuing to do business with them in the future. My a/c went out in my truck and they corrected the issue in a timely fashion. The manger Steve made sure I was taken care of and was satisfied before I left. I will say the mechanics seemed to be honest and genuine at both Meineke locations I used in the last 9 days. However, the Manager (same fella at both places), although seemed to be helpful, actually turned out to be lying to my face during the process. All car repairs are inconvenient for the customer, but this was especially burdensome to me and my extended family since it was the week of Christmas and New Years. When I called him out on the issue in question, and he had the opportunity to say the right thing, he again tried to put me off with dishonesty. Was it because I am a woman and he thought I was ignorant? Was he in a hurry? Does it matter? He ended up having to beg his men to complete my service that I had paid for and it was closing time. They had to work and I had to wait even longer. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Meineke based on my recent experience.

Not honest people failed my cars inspection for not holding Idle with E brake. I tested e-brake in the parking lot after.. was able to hold car at idle.. Took it down the street pasted the inspection without having to pay over 1000 bucks. Makes me sick I cant find honest mechanics.

I have been here before for diagnostics on my car and they seemed pretty honest. I usually go to another fast oil & lube place to have my oil changed but I received a coupon a few days ago for an oil change at $14.99. Well I thought that is well worth giving them a try. After a few minutes of looking up my vehicle I was informed that it would be $28 and some change. He explained that my vehicle took 6 qts of oil not 5 so there would be an extra $4 for that, which I knew about its okay. Then an additional $7 because it took a special filter... Well, no it does not. I not only have changed it myself before but my regular oil & lube place has, and said it was NOT a special filter. Not going back either, for anything.

The customer service deserves more than five stars. The cost for service was reasonable and I will definitely be back to service my vehicle in the future. :)

Three and a half hours to get an oil change WITH an appointment. I originally came in for my reservation at 1:30. Manager says they’re swamped, come back at 3:30. I come back at 3:30 and he says we’ll get you in, but no indication that it won’t be for 3 hours. Car finally goes in at 5:55 (55 mins after closing time). It took them an hour to change the oil. I watched the guy struggle for 30 mins to get the plastic undercarriage back on.

I got great hospitality and fast service! But they should have purchased more devices to fix my German car!

Wonderful experience! They waited for me to get off work to pick up my car even though they closed 5 minutes prior. Other places wanted to charge me way more for parts and work but the staff here helped direct me to reduce costs. Super recommend calling them up whenever you need work, customer service is off the charts.
