On 10/01/21. Ill go for a oil change but there too busy so they told me to come back tomorrow 10/02/21 so I did but only one guy was working there so he said to come back on Monday.So if I go Monday Im pretty sure they will tell me to come tomorrow and tomorrowThis comanpy LOSS my business. This company are liars now. No more going there so I advice you guys to do the same

Love this place they take care of all my rides....like the fact they straight up and on point and wont let your care leave until they know its right.....chase and the crew have done right by me all the way Im sure I can be a Lil oblivious to certain things but he brings me back lol I dont trust nobody else to touch my cars

Followed these guys from Houston. Company standard is being met. No doubt. They complete all my Tune up work! And are spot on with Diagnostic and recommended services.

Usually I have a good experience here. This time I went in and waited five minutes for Nobody to come and even greet me, much less see what I wanted.Now like I said, this is not the norm so maybe they were understaffed that day or something, but it still did not stop me from taking my dollars elsewhere!

Came up here to get my AC checked and oil changed spent $170 just for them to tell me that my filter needed to be changed which was an additional cost but it did not fix the problem called back the next day to a rude office manager who later on told me that I need to get my compressor fixed even though I spent the money for him to check it the following day he gave me back the money for the filter but not for the wrong diagnoses which was more then the filter NEVER COMING BACK! Very rude to me even though I’m the unhappy customers for NO reason 👎🏾

Went twice to get a simple oil change. When the employee finally made it to the front desk, I was told no one was there that could do it. TWICE!!! Really? Never again

My boyfriend called up to this location twice before bringing the car up for a diagnostic test both times he was told to bring the car at a certain time and both times the car was brought they would state that the gentleman doing diagnostic is not available. This is so inconsiderate and unacceptable our car has a transmission problem and can’t be driven everywhere but we risked it twice just for them no to be prepared. Will never return and do business with this location or company again.

Went for a tune up and they told me they didn’t want to do it because of a head gasket. Took to two mechanics after no blown head gasket. Charged me $81 for a diagnostic when I wanted a tune up and not a diagnostic. Now my car still needs a tune up. & I’m probably going to have to take it somewhere else. Should’ve just did what I asked. I did not ask for a diagnostic.

I have been a customer at the Buckner location in Dallas for 10+ years and they solved my problems 100 percent every single time. I trust these guys with not only my vehicles but my wifes vehicles and that is saying a lot.

I paid 200 dollars to get my rotors resurfaced and they did a horrible Job. I went back and the guy would hide from me and just ignored me after I finally was able to get his attention he said come back tomorrow. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!! all they care about is taking your money after that they don’t care about the customer or how messed up they left your vehicle. My truck had issues when I brought it but when it came out it felt like it would fall apart every time I used the brakes.

Went in for a tune up. My service engine was on. They diagnosed what was wrong and got my service engine light to go off. Was told I didnt need a tune up.He charged me Nothing!!!!! Friendly mechanics.

First and last time. I was charged $75 to take my truck to Precision Tune Auto Care from a location that was on the same street. About 5 to 7 miles in distance. Overall I felt more like a burden than a customer. However I am thankful that it all worked out.

Great experience every time. Every time my car went down they brought it back up! Its a little pricey but they are the only people I trust with my vehicle now. I have given my car to my mom now but it is still the only place that I will take my new Jeep - Ill pay them for the oil changes vs the free ones offered at the dealership for the simple reason they are quick - and theyve always made sure I was 100% satisfied.

I had work do with Precision On Buckner for my AC unit and they worked with me and here again today to have more work done. Jesse is excellent and has great customer service skills. This is my permanent auto repair shop for now on. Very happy customer

Great place. Some reviews here are over exaggerating. Had a tune up done here and no problems. Some people need to understand bolts and nuts will strip out one day. Drain plugs to and the threads. Sometimes its time for yall to get a new car anyway.

Called to make appt.was told I didnt need one, made the drive only to be told that it would have been better to make an appointment? It was a wast of my time.

Good service. I went in for an inspection and it didnt pass the first time and explained to me that it could be because I didnt drive the vehicle after installing the new battery. I drove the vehicle around for a little bit; brought back the receipt the next day and it passed. They did not charge me for a second time since it was still in the ten day service.

Went in for state inspection, guys were very friendly and quick, was out in 30 min. Dont know about other services, but again, very friendly staff and quick. Nice lounge as well with AC and flat screens to watch sports!

Edit: Owner reached out to me and offered some way to make it up to me. Apparently the guy who gave me that estimate doesn’t work there anymore.

Had over 1000$ of work done on my car and I am now having multiple problems. Toke it back in and they motioned they had to charge me 80$ to run some tests. Loved this place before but will no longer go back .

Had an oil change done for my two vehicles. Excellent service and quick. Staff was courteous and respectful.

Too high for services that doesnt last. They take things apart on your car without your permission to try and get extra money out of you. And, who charges 200.00 for brakes on the front end only of a car when you have them regularly serviced. Would never recommend these crooks to my enemy.

I had my car repaired in Louisiana at the Precision Auto- repairs costing over $2000 and having a 2 year warranty- then I moved to Texas and 4 months after repairs were done the car did the same thing- the Shop in Louisiana told me to bring it to the one on Buckner Blvd regarding the warranty- we called them and then a couple weeks later they called us back and said the Shop in Louisiana wouldnt warranty-- the two shops stuck together on this $2700 job- No Reason in the World for it not to be under warranty-- very deceitful/ definitely would not trust the company for anything now!!

This place wasnt bad. so far so good with my car. I just went in and said i saw the groupon so my total was still the same. Often times i will do this so i can help the companies make a little more but if they say no then just buy groupon in 20 seconds. My experience was good. However i was in the car business. I encourage everyone to do what i did today is always pay before your wait for the car. I just go with car, have friend take me and ask to pay first so i can give my daughter my credit card

Terrible service they are very rude and charge overtop prices for things that arent wrong with your car! I went there to get my car fixed never told me how much everything was going to be until I had been sitting there for an hour and asked! Price was ridiculous went to a different shop and they did everything for 450! This place is a total rip off and I dont recommend anyone go here for ANYTHING!

Took my car for a oil change they did not put all the oil it was suppose to have took it back and .They tried telling me it was a leak it had took it to another mechanic and checked it myself no leak at all. Just people trying to rip you off would not recommend this place at all.

Went in for an inspection was told I needed wiper blades and a tail light assembly and that my car would not pass inspection, not to mention I just purchased wipers less than 6 months ago and has had this car for two years always passing inspection. I ended up leaving went home only to find that my entire tail light assembly had been removed. I went back and I spoke with the gentleman that told me my vehicle would not pass inspection, I asked to speak to a manager only for him to come out and yell at me so then I asked for the corporate number only for him to state here wasnt one. I did call corporate to report there behavior PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND THERE PROFESSIONALISM IS ZERO TO NONE.

Took our Cube in for a oil change and brakes inspection .Told them that the ABS and brake lights were on. Tech came back and said the speed sensor was broken .I told him I just had work done by a local shop .He said I should take it back for repairs. When i ask about the brakes he said i didnt need any still had about 50% life in them .He wrote up the problem which help me with the other shop .They did admit their tech broken the sensor. Got it fix for free. I would have paid for a full brake service if it wasnt for thses guys .Save me hundreds of dollars. I normally just use them for oil changes but after this they are my exclusive auto repair place. Thanks appreciate your honesty and great customer service

JESSIE was very rude woulnt give me any prices because she was too busy and talking on her cellphone texting and just being really unprofessional. i went when it wasnt busy and they had no customers i waited and she was still too busy on her cellphone and laughing so i took my business somewhere else

Walk in for a oil change, they mess up and want to charge you for it...they stripped the screw that goes on the bottom... Yet they want me to pay.... A fast oil change turned into hours!!! Pep boys is more pricy but worth it!!!.Id never come here again and will not recommend this place
