Prior to taking my car here it was running very horrible and the motor went out. After getting services here it’s stars up so quite you can’t tell if it’s on. It drives so smooth down the highway you feel like you’re floating on a cloud. Thanks to Mr. Artur for his professionalism and his customer service skills and most of all his knowledge of working on foreign cars. I recommend his services to everyone that has a foreign vehicle that needs repair.

Toro is the best mechanic in probably the us, dude has worked on my Range Rover, Audi, and bmw’s. He’s always got ferraris and bentleys in there. Professional and great service. Priced good. Haven’t found anybody that can even compare.

I own a used car dealership in Dallas , we been taking cars to German Eurotech for about 4 years. They are one of the best mechanic shops for European cars in the metroplex if not the best. Youre definitely gonna get the better results than taking it to dealership.

Artur and his staff are very professional.They rebuilt the engine on my 2012 BWW after BMW would not give any reasonable assistance on an engine failure. It only has 110k miles. I would think the Ultimate Driving Machine would last longer than that. I dropped the car off at German Eurotech on 1-9-20 and it was ready on 1-14-20!!

TURO IS THE BEST TECHNICIAN, he knows exactly whats the problem is and he will fix it for you for a reasonable price. The service is excellent and Ive been his customer for years. Every time when you come, you will see a bunch of cars parked inside and even outside the shop waiting for him and his crews to fix them. If you own a European cars, this place definitely is your BEST choice.

I have serviced my Ferrari, and couple other cars. Artur is very talented guy and can do a great job for less money. Its hard to find a professional tech to work on your car. I have suggest the service to a lot of other friends and they are all happy.

Toro is the only Master Tech European specialists that I trust. If it’s broken he can fix it. Don’t waste your time buying used!! He can rebuild! Always on time and less expensive then anyone else. I have a 2011 Range Rover HSE that had a locked up motor and he rebuilt it 4K cheaper then anyone else. I honestly don’t know how he makes money. Hopefully his price doesn’t go up on me because of this review but he definitely deserves the praise!! Thank you toro

I was worried after getting a pre-owned BMW now i can rest easy finding a reliable honest mechanic with GET and Toro. I got a drivetrain malfunction message that Toro diagonosed in 5 min and fixed for no charge! He was quite reasonable in fixing the couple of issues i had with the car. Plus when there was a noise after service, he towed the car from my home 25 miles away and fixed it for no charge. Really excellent and reliable customer service. Krishnan

Everyone here was very friendly, the service was fast, and I got a full service for my Mercedes that would have cost me literally over twice as much at the dealership. I will definitely be returning here again. Would highly recommend!!

Worst experience possible. Charge me $1,000, did not fix the problem, reset the check engine light by disconnecting the battery. Took it to a reliable mechanic cost $134 to fix the problem of a leaking gasket. Had that been the only issue I wouldnt be so mad. They scratched my front with their belt buckle by not protecting the car, so much much theres a three-to-five inch area now looks like it does not have any paint. Lastly during one of their drives somehow roll down the back window and were unable to roll it up. They tried to return my car with a back window rolled down. I refuse to take it back and pay the bill until they got the window up. And repairing the back window the person who did it with their greasy shoes got grease all over the back seats.

Toro is a great mechanic. These guys customer service is awesome. Very honest and very affordable mechanics. I had my car repaired there. An picked it up.Toro was not there. But he called me on a Saturday night to make sure I was satisfied. I will be using them again.

Was in a car wreck and looked for a local body shop to fix on my BMW. So I Google searched and found this place. I was told they could handle it and process wouldnt take so long. Quoted time I was given I could see being off compared until they could get to the route of the problem. So once my insurance company comes to get an estimation they were told oh we have all the parts and latest should be the 15th this was on Feb 3rd. I call to get updates I get ignored but when it was time to endorse the check I received calls and text messages. The 15th comes and excuse #1 oh we ordered the wrong bumper and didnt know until after Ive had it painted. After a chew out of lack of communication and issues with funds due to this, oh well you dont have to pay the deductible, but it wont be ready until Tuesday. Excuse #2 we started the car and.found out there is something wrong with the water pump so it will be another day. Excuse #3 I call today after my insurance company was told once again that it would be ready today of well its at the body shop now and we dont know when it would be ready. So the 1st time you could send the part off to be painted but this time you couldnt and you have no time frame but you tell the insurance company consistent. I will state the proficiency of the work is to par.

I called to see about service and the guy was not helpful at all. He told me to call my dealer and get them to change my oil because he didn’t know anywhere else to go and . Just not helpful and honestly rude and very quick to get off the phone . Not impressed

I have taken my 2018 Mercedes Benz C300 to German Eurotech twice now to see Mechanic Toro. Each time I’ve been astounded by the work that has been done. I highly recommend that if you drive a foreign vehicle of any kind this is the place to be. Toro will go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied, he exemplifies what it means to be a customer advocate. He works with you and he responds to calls even when he’s not at work. Go ahead and delete all those other shops from your contact list, they won’t ever live up to the service, professionalism, and technical skill that is German EuroTech.The transmission in my 10 yr old 750li was failing for several months and as a result I have been looking for someone to repair it. Other BMW owners in our area know, those folks are hard to come by. Many will not touch a BMW transmission and those that say they can repair it, do not instill a great deal of confidence that they really know what they are doing. Phrases like “Bring it by and we’ll see what we can do” come to mind. Therefore, when the transmission failed entirely last week, I had the card towed to my office thinking now was the time to cut it up with an acetylene torch and sell the pieces on eBay. As it turns out, good fortune was shining on me that day when the tow truck driver told me about German EuroTech. I was skeptical, having talked to many folks about my transmission. With nothing to lose, I picked up a rental car and drove over to the shop. Toro, the owner, met me in his office and I told him about the car. Toro looked me in the eye and explained EXACTLY what the problem was, EXACTLY how he was going to fix it, EXACTLY how much it was going to cost and that he would guarantee his work. So I had my car towed over to his shop. And boy did German EuroTech deliver. When I picked up my car a few days later, it was driving just like it did out of the factory in Munich. He had truly brought it back from the dead. I could not be happier. If you are searching for a true European auto professional who knows his business, look no further than Toro and German EuroTech.

Toro was awesome and Very knowlegable on my Range Rover. I had him do all my brakes and AC compressor. He also replaced a tire sensor and fuse for me that needed to be done at no charge. Saved me so much money over what Land Rover Frisco quoted me. German Eurotech will most definitely be my place to go when my Rover is in need of any repairs. His shop is spotless and clean and he has an amazing tool set up with all the latest equiptment. Toro always kept me informed on the vehicle and parts and when it would be completed. 5 Stars for sure.

I have a rare BMW that has had issue with fuel pressure that 4 mechanics including BMW dealership and me paying over $1000 and the car remained the same.Well i was referred to German Eurotech in Carrollton and my new full time mechanic was introduced.Needless to say,my car was diagnosed,repaired and all in 5 hours.Thanks GE for fixing my baby

Communication is horrible. Owner uses warranties nothing besides what the companies he buys his parts from gives him. Absolute waste of $7k.
