I have been a long time user of control 4 complete home automation with two different houses over 13 years. I have experienced multiple control 4 dealers (many of the biggest names in the dfw area). This was my first experience with Kelltech. My search is over. 5 stars. Ben and Joseph were great. Professional. Polite. Respected my house and equipment. And most importantly very knowledgeable. Ben knows his stuff. No doubt. And no high pressure sales job (which is pretty typical of many of the other companies for unwanted and unneeded equipment). After using a couple different companies for my home theater setup and programming my Control 4 remote control setup I was frustrated. Since using Kelltech Systems for the last 1.5 years my experience has been absolutely great with them. Their techs are nice and knowledgeable. They do a great job. There has been a couple of times I have had a problem with my system and through a phone call with Tyler he was able to fix the problem remotely or walk me through doing something on my end which took care of the problem and I was not even charged for it! Kelltech Systems upgraded our 8-year-old Control4 system, our exterior camera security system, and installed a new router and wi-fi system with multiple access points. We wanted to ditch cable and switch to streaming video and audio throughout the house. Kelltech suggested alternatives and relative costs to accomplish this. Once we had a plan in place, our Project Manager, Kyle, provided us with a very detailed budget proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we agreed on an installation date which allowed all the new equipment to be purchased in advance. There were no delays, and all the equipment was there on the scheduled installation day.Kelltech’s two installers, Ben and Joseph, arrived right on time every day and worked quickly and efficiently. They both were very friendly and enjoyable to have in the house during the installation, and they answered all our many questions as the installation proceeded. Our A/V rack had become quite chaotic over the years, and they reconfigured it to give us a professional installation.Our exterior security system had died of old age and Kelltech replaced four of our cameras and added four more plus a new DVR. They ran the necessary cables in our attic and worked with us to adjust the camera views just like we wanted. We can now monitor our cameras on our TV’s and phones, and they record events 24/7. This provides us with a lot of peace of mind these days.I would highly recommend Kelltech Systems for any residential A/V or security project. Everyone we worked with there was friendly, professional, and looking for the best solution to take care of our needs. Our installation was done by courteous technicians that knew their stuff. There were no delays or problems at all during our project. Again, highly recommended!

I had another installer handle my install prior to kelltech. Everything was left in a mess, getting them out was often difficult, in generall the overall experience was poor. I did an internet search and found kelltech. I immediately got on the phone with kyle. He completely understood what i had setup and what i wanted done. He was very upfront how they worked. The guys who came over clearly knew exactly what they were doing (my house isnt bill gates compound but its got at least of whole rack of stuff to integrate). They had cleaned up and get everything working perfectly in a day and half what took the other guys weeks to try and get right. They even processed warranties on my behalf for things i didnt purchase through them. Extremely pleased i found these guys! They are extremely professional for sure!
