Kris and team installed our home theatre and security system for our new home construction.Here are the highlights of why we recommend working with Kris and Integrated:- Integrated consulted and designed our prewiring at no cost. This was supposed to be advised by our home builders electric company. As a result, Integrated saved us hundreds (maybe thousands) in what would have been dry wall repair to meet our solution needs.- Integrated mediated, in-person, an argument with our home builders electric company who had made a critical installation error and refused to fix it. As a result, Integrated designed a creative solution to resolve the issue at no additional cost to us.- Due to the pandemic, theres been a microchip shortage and our system components were on backorder. Integrated provided us with temporary components so that we could enjoy our new home system knowing that something was better than nothing. Once our planned components were in stock, Integrated replaced them at no additional cost to us.- We received quotes from other nationwide home system and big box companies. Integrated offered the most cost effective solution.- Integrated installed our home system under budget, which saved us money.- Integrated was very timely, responsive, and didnt hesitate to answer any questions we had along the way.Weve had many friends and family tour our new home and we always received compliments on our home system.
