Have had several items repaired at Technical Services. The time it takes is always less than other places would be and the price charged is fair for the work being done. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Took my Harke LH1000 to them at the recommendation of the Samson tech line because they are an authorized Samson service center. After a couple of weeks they called me to say it was repaired. Unfortunately it behaved in the exact same manner. They had replaced one of the amps (it has two inside). I called Hartke and they had me send it to THEM. Now its actually fixed. Technical Services gave lip service to refunding me for the repairs, now they dont even answer my emails. Seemed like nice guys, but when you charge a couple hundred dollars to NOT repair the unit, a refund is in order.

Insightful info about the mic cable that was causing our problem, and solved the problem while was there. Thanx!
