Teena is very knowledgeable about how the muscles work in the human body. Quite frankly she is the best massage therapist I have ever used.She also does raindrop massage with essential oils. You will be amazed at how she is able to address problems you may have with her massage that is totally tailored to your needs.

I found Teena through doing a Google search for massage therapists who do tmj work because I have very severe tmj and it’s extremely difficult to find therapists who do it. Teena is one of the very few in the area who does and is amazing at it! She also uses this microcurrency machine that I had never heard of prior to seeing her and it’s AMAZING! It made me feel so relaxed and at ease, especially since tmj work can be very painful in general. She also sells trace minerals products which I highly recommend and have been taking for years even prior to seeing her and ancient minerals magnesium spray and oil which has been a lifesaver for me with my tmj and trigger point referral pain. Teena is also extremely accommodating and professional. If you suffer from chronic pain and can’t find any relief, definitely see Teena you won’t be disappointed I promise!

I injured my knee decades ago in a sports accident and had been considering surgery. Teena relieved all my difficulties in just six sessions and saved me all the expense and problems of knee surgery and years later I still dont have pain! She also relieved some tension I had in my throat that helped so much. I cant recommend her enough.

Teena is the best!I found Teena via Groupon and was intrigued by her physical therapy focus on TMJ, and decided to give it a shot since I was paying for a discounted price. She exceeded my expectations, especially when I decided to go in for a regular massage. She is SO good at identifying and undoing all of your knots if you just point her to the general area of pain or tension.Her office is not a fancy spa or anything, but you will leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.She also kept insisting that I try the magnesium oil, which she sells... at first I wasnt sure if I could trust it or her (bc lets be real, there are many businesses just trying to push products on you)... but the price was reasonable, so I ended up buying it... and let me tell you, the stuff works! It really helps relieve any pain in the muscles or joints.After a few sessions with Teena, I can say that I fully trust her recommendations and shes proved throughout each session that she really knows what shes talking about! She also attends conferences to expand her knowledge about muscle tension, etc.Finally, shes super easy to talk to and really funny. The hour will go by quickly, I promise! I always look forward to my appointments with Teena, because I always feel so much better after seeing her.
