I’ve been with this company for over five years now and I was with them because of one agent. She no longer works there. I constantly have to call the office now and agents have no idea how to help me out, I still got charged after I cancelled and had to wait over a month just to get refunded. Insurance is way to expensive to be dealing with all these headaches that they have me dealing with. Honestly, if you have other options just go to another State Farm office or insurance provider to avoid all the headaches.

The BEST State Farm Office i ever been to. All the staffs here are super nice and courteous. They are also knowledgeable and willing to help. They have been nothing but spectacular! They are very attentive both inside the office and outside. I usually correspond with them through email and they are very responsive and quick. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are always looking out for my best interest and are honest! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

So going to State Farm , I expected a neighbors always there. Turns out William Vu was more then a neighbor he also became my consultant for insurances needs and question. He was very knowledgable when advising me thro my car insurance for my new car. Definitely recommend William if you need any help , oh and he even speaks Vietnamese which really helped!

I called Tiffani Vus office a few months ago to get a quote for auto and home insurance. Not only did Tiffani and her staff provide me with a quote, but she also carefully explained the differences and details about the coverage.So far everything has been great. Ive had no problems with billing and the staff was helpful when I called back a few weeks ago to clarify some questions about my coverage.Bonus: I was able to get free notary services for something entirely unrelated when I was in his office!

I have been with StateFarm now over 35 years same office, I had a car hit my wife from behind and damaged our bumper. The other persons insurance was a joke so I have full coverage on my 2004 Honda Accord and rental car coverage so I call my agent Tiffany and her husband William took over and over the course of 3 months we decided to just go though my insurance and StateFarm will go after the other insurance company. Took my car in and it was going to take 10 days to fix my car so I called William and asked if I was covered he called the other company and said yes rent the car pay for it up front but keep the receipt. I rented a car the same as my Honda cost 604 I took the paid receipt to my agent and till this day which is going on a year am still waiting to be paid I keep getting the run a round from my own agent I pay StateFarm over 5000 a year with my homeowners insurance my dads car and home and my mother in-laws coverage if your told by your agent your covered like in the TV adds they should pay upTiffany is not an honest agent by not stepping up and get my moneyGo to Flo
