I am a client at this farmers insurance and I called to ask how much the insurance would be if I changed my car to a newer one so I gave him a specific car so he can check the price. But immediately he said that he cannot check that and I was just confused. How am I suppose to know how much I’ll be paying for a new car I am planning to get and want to stay with my insurance. And another thing, he asked how I got his phone number? It is posted on your website like every other insurance company : ) . I asked just a simple question that would’ve took 5 minutes tops. Just very confused and had to share my experience. Thank you.

The customer service and attitude of this office is very unprofessional. The agents are disrespectful, unhelpful, and need to be retrained by the corporate office.
