I applied for a job, at Champion Staffing and was interviewed by Ms.Cindy August 10,2021 and had a placement by August 17,2021. Due to not having worked in a while I wasn’t able to purchase necessities for the job and Ms.Cindy went out of her way to help me and I am so grateful. I reached out a few days ago and gave them a date and time I would be available for an interview.They called 3 times a half hour before my scheduled interview and leaving voice-mails of how rude I am, and then went on to text me to say the same thing. Words were misspelled and there were extra letters in strange places.By time I was available to check my phone (ten minutes before scheduled time) I was excited to see that I dodged a bullet.

Cindy helped me find a job for the shift and hourly rate I was looking for. I met with Cindy on 9/21/2020 and started working 9/27/2020. Happy with the job I was offered and pay. I started work in October through Cindy and it was okay at first. Soon as my pay changed so did their attitudes. Can’t return phone call, Giving me the run around, check being short numbers of times. It’s TERRIBLE NEVER GO!!! Go to great works or something!

Excellent place to work!! All long-term positions- no temp work. Lots of felony friendly positions, direct hire positions, etc. I have been here for 3 years and currently run our Cuyahoga Falls office. I go above and beyond for all of my reliable, trustworthy candidates. Unfortunately- people who have negative attitudes, do not follow directions or display poor attendance/performance traits do not work out well here with me. I refuse to put my reputation and my companies reputation on the line for anyone who displays a poor attitude or lack of initiative. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. There are a total of 10 reviews on Google and I interview roughly 150-200 people a month....If you are a decent, honest person looking to earn a living- come on in! I would be more than happy to assist you!!!

I went to many different temp agencies and waited over a week with no calls. I decided to go to one more because it was the weekend. I was desperately looking for a decent job. I went to champion, after filling out my application I talked with Cindy Hilverding, I thought she seemed nice. She called me the following Monday and asked if I was interested in a job position. I took the job and I like my job. I am not sure why the reviews are bad. If you are just looking for work, I know they can help you.

I litterally lost my job because the manager Joe at koki had poor observation skills I don’t do anything but go to work do my job n come home I got fired because the new guy behind me was missing the caps on the bottles and had to catch him up n put my caps on they play favorites at this job n are very unprofessional Cindy Hilverding didn’t even feel the need to talk to me or answer my phone calls until I called 4 or 5 times this is unacceptable n a lack of professionalism

These people have terrible attitudes and no professionalism. I was told I was going nowhere because I got a welding position before they got me in somewhere. I politely told them to suck a cock. ;)

This agency is awful. They never call you for the field of experience that you are qualified for. As another client stated, they are lazy and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls, they were a waist of time.

Ran me around for 3 weeks with false promises and obvious failure on there behalf. Money and time wasted. This is a forewarning : stay away form this place.
