I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The staff are a joke.

Something is very wrong with this company. I finally talked to a sales person there a few weeks ago I trusted and could tell really wanted to help and was highly considering using their services but was told today that person is gone now too. A few months ago I talked to another person I could relate too who is now gone as well. Im sorry but if you are burning through high level, educated, skilled employees that quick, you are not a business I would ever consider using. Either you arent valuing those you hire, or you need a new hiring manager!

Communication is terrible, i have to tell recruiters i do not have certain backgrounds (obvious from resumes they clearly aren’t looking at). my favorite, was asked multiple times to do catering events when i’d never done food service, ever. cannot even keep their office staffed at this location, i dealt with over 6 different girls earlier this year. wouldn’t recommend if my life depended on it. they ran a promo earlier this year where they’d give you a $5 gift card for a google review, which explains all the 5 stars around the same time.

They didn’t explain what I would actually be doing and instead told me about 1/5 of my job. While the office was respectful and really polite, they were also unorganized. You should be cautious to trust any reviews because they are also offering to give people gift cards who give them five stars.

The staff at this office are very nice. It was quick to get an interview & job. I will recommend this place any day.

Very good experience with Employ-Temps. I stopped by their office and was working the next day at a great job. The staff is extremely helpful and works with you along the way to make sure you you have a positive work experience. I was paid every week on time and just yesterday hired permanently by Company. I recommend Employ Temps to anyone looking for work.

Employ Temps are a very friendly staffing agency! After they place you where they best seem fit for you they call to check on you to see how your first day went and even after they still call to make sure everything is ok. Happy I decided to choose to work through employ temps!

They made the process very easy. I liked that they had weekly jobs that they could assign me. Always friendly!!

I love this place. Ive been to probably 8 temp services in 1 month time frame, and employ temp have been the only place to call me on several occasions about jobs. Ive worked temp jobs for them and have also had an interview for a permanent job. This is a great temp agency.

The staff member was rude I was seeking employment at that time after being out of work for awhile. All I asked of her what jobs were available at that time? I saw a few postings on line but I wanted to be sure so I wouldnt be setting myself up to fail. I had a baby and my body was still healing up but needed money to for my baby. The woman wouldnt answer me just looked at me as if I were a human cockroach! Than she tosses me a clipboard and says fill these forms out...still no info but fine I was there for my child thats what I was only thinking about. So I filled out all of the forms no problem. This rude woman who saw me soaked coming outside from the rain just looks at me and says we will call u. No info no job descriptions no questions from me, no freaking insight at all. Her face just spelled out to me u can go now. Horrible horrible experience not everyone depends on welfare or whatever! I am not perfect however I treat people how I would like to be treated. This world makes it difficult for many people as it is u dont know what they are going through. So please dont sit there and act like I owe u any favors! I chose to work my husband was working full time and this day and age everyone and the family dog has to work! Again its not right to act like that and I wouldnt go back to that place nor tell anyone to apply as well! Maybe that woman had a bad day fine Ive been there myself but I taught myself dont throw my problems on someone else! Put urself in their shoes for once thanks u for that awful experience cuz I am continuing to do what I need to do for my thriving and striving child! Dont need ur services my high power gave me services how about that?!

The staff is very caring and nice, I feel Im always treated well, the environment is clean and when I have questions or need assistance with something they are always helpful

I WOULDNT RECOMEND ANYONE HERE!!! Danielle is very condecending and refuses to negotiate. She had me come to their location for a drug test and to do paperwork. When I got there she refused to help me with my paperwork and then told me I needed to walk 30 minutes to another location to take my drug test. when a position closer to my house opened up she refused to give me the option of that job so that she could fill a position I didnt want.. also she lied to me

I had a job that I was assigned to I miss one day they cancelled my assignment most importantly they DO NOT help u find another assignment like they say they do. This Agency OK .But if you dont commit to the lil Assignment THEY pick out for you They WONT FIND U ANOTHER 💯💯I Dont Recommend Them At All . Ive Worked For A Temp Agency For 4 Years And They NEVER Turn You Away Just Like That. The Good Thing Is They Do Pay You On Time But Communication To Find You Another Job With Them Is HORRIBLE Its Iike They Dont Care Once They Assign You A Job I Honestly Dont Think They Actually Look .Their Ratings On Here Is Probably Right Because They Dont Care About Their Employees AT ALL.They NEED TO TAKE INITIATIVE IN Their Employees that they hire Also in Their Work Ethics Because Is Unprofessional.😡😡

The Cuyahoga Falls EmployTemps branch is amazing, especially Philicia. She guided me through the process and found me a new career, not just a job. I have never felt so appreciated and rewarded. They do a great job working with you to find you something you will be happy doing, not just something to bring home a couple quick paychecks. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience.

Ive worked with different temp agencies in the area, and Employ Temps has been the most organized employment service, and for that I am greatful!

I had 2 interviews right away for a temp-to-hire position and while those 2 companies were making their decision I was sent on a temporary assignment for a day so I could make some money. The people at the office are very polite and helpful which makes the whole experience a pleasure.

I called last Wednesday about a job , they said they were sending my resume to a job , I called on Thursday or Friday and asked about the job and they said they would call they still have not called.

It would be cool if Candice had the courtesy to reply to emails and phone calls. Never experienced the level of unprofessionalism.

I came into this place right before it closed, however the people working here let me apply for the job I was intending to get even after the place was closed. They were very friendly and helped me through every step along the way.

The experience was very hasty. The recruiters focus on their commission checks for putting people with any job they can find. Problem is that they dont dedicate the time to really get to know each position from each company and it can very much damage your expectations as a new recruit.I requested first or second shift, and got a third shift position that no one else could fill. As desperate as I was for a job, I went to it thinking it was second shift for 8 hours. They screwed up my hourly wage, they screwed up the number of hours I was supposed to work there per shift, and they SCREWED UP MY PAYCHECK--I only got paid $5 (net) for 10.5 hours of work... Scam artists just passing costs along!

Would not give me an assignment based on my race, but gave a person who is unable to read or write a position right away. Shame on you.

I wouldnt recomend this temp service to anyone. I wont go into my personal issues with them, but I will say this. They were my first time using a temp service and they will be my last. I felt scammed.

This is by far the worst temp agency i have ever went through, the women Nicole is the worst she is so unprofessional, her breath stinks, & she will tell you anything just to get you in their office. She had me travel from Streetsboro to Cuyahoga falls twice for nothing just some paperwork she could have emailed me. I left a job because it was different then what i was told i even called her before and she kept putting the receptionist on the phone just so she wouldnt have to deal with it. NOT TO MENTION they charge you for the drug screen about $75 bucks, make sure u ask them everything because they are not looking out for you!
