This store is a wonderful place to find discount bargains on all your home needs. They have food, beverages, school supplies, household supplies, beauty supplies, a friendly, helpful staff, and so much more!

Remodel is done and they are open come see what it looks like, there is a lot to get use to so please dont take it out on the workers. And please remember to do a survey to help out the store.

Good selection of national brand merchandise. Theres a lot of price points and the retail staff is very friendly

Ok spot for things you need immediately or forgot to grab while you were out. Employees are very nice, but the store is always cluttered.

This has got to be the worst DG Ive ever gone to. Ive lived out here for 20 years and in 20 years this place has gone to the pits. I understand they have bargain stuff, but there is no reason to have clutter every where. It looks like a hoarder house. You walk in and it looks like they have cleaned in months. Yes I understand things get old, but you can make your old stuff look nice and presentable. Have some dignity and clean up. You can barely walk down isles with a cart. I had 4 children so Ive been to quite a few DGs in my lifetime looking for a bargain. Its not worth it to go to this one. Customer service is 0- none!

I love this store. They have almost everything a person or family needs. Some of their prices are a little bit higher than I personally think they should be, but I cant complain about this store. The staff is really nice especially Clara . Clara is freaking awesome and so is Robin

This store is always disorganized, boxes fill the aisle and it is really difficult to shop here. This holiday season has been understaffed, causing extra long waits in line. There is quite the variety in this store and despite the harder the employees have to work to keep up, the people here have been pleasant according to my experience.

I love dollar general always buying something but this location is wishy washy. The staff always following around and always saying something under there breath. Only 2 people that work there is cool the rest noo. Dont appreciate that been coming over a month now to this location. And this location needs more cleaning

The cashier who ranged me out did not follow proper CDC guidelines when their is a pandemic going on! She did Not spray down the area with disinfectant after the customers in front of me was finished and it say “spray disinfect on cloth and not machine” and she didn’t even do that! She also was just throwing my products into the bag in a rush which were glass. She was wearing sunglasses and wearing AirPods with is extremely unprofessional I’ve never seen someone that is a cashier allowed to wear that isn’t there a dress code for business?! I also noticed a lady coming in without a mask and no one said anything to her about it. Do better Dollar General!

Its an ok place and all, but when customers find in without masks even though the sign on the door tells them to wear one and no one says anything, I need to leave so I dont catch anything and stay away until this covid thing is done with.

This is the best DG I shop at.Friendly staff, and so many products available all in one store! The remodeling is another plus too.

Place is a mess. Waited 10 minutes to checkout because the cashier was on her phone checking Facebook. Unacceptable

Rows were too tight to get cart through. Plus they had a shelf filled with overstock, but did not have any prices on items. Almost didnt buy til l caught sticker and he took me to where item was. Felt there was too much clothes in store. Need to have smaller amount to make more room for items. Cashier was nice but was sweating and looked very hot and tired.

A little cluttered and behind with getting things put on the shelves but recently remodeled and love the new look!!!!

I loved it because . 1 it is usually always very clean. 2 the staff are very helpful. 3 the prices are what i can afford. 4. It is close to my home.

The store is nice... but unfortunately the sales associates, especially the store manager - they act as if it is a big problem to take care of you. I now drive 10 minutes out of my way, so I dont have to go there anymore!

Workers are always helpful. Always can run in and out. Certain hours lines for check out can get a little intense. Usually come for laundry soap and softner biweekly. I can buy that anywhere so that should tell you something. Fair priced and no rude workers...

LOVE the store! There are always awesome deals! Plus I really like the newer Dollar General mobile app! Makes your shopping experience even better to have many coupons available, savings is my priority! I love to do DIY crafting, this store is one of the many I shop at frequently!

This isnt my go to dollar general and theres a reason for this...the store is cluttered and unkempt. I had to maneuver around racks of unstocked merchandise just to get to what I needed to purchase hoping that nothing toppled over. I think the store needs to be cleaned up and safer for the consumers.

Needs more help so that items can be put away instead of boxes down the aisle and you cant get down them. Ive been to 2 other $gen stores and they were very organized

AutoZone in Crown Point is very good. Their staff is very knowledgeable in their products. I very seldom go in there looking for something and they dont have it. They have a full stock and just about everything and if its not in stock they will have it within 24 hours. I always ask for Moses he helps me a lot he takes his time with me because he knows I need someone to have patience with me. I strongly advise anyone who needs parts from AutoZone go to the Crown Point store on Main Street by the square.

Consistent with the Dollar General model you know and love, this location offers a great reasonably priced place to shop. Located near a Papa Johns Pizza and Auto Zone you cant go wrong stopping by the Dollar General.

If you like super long lines and having to maneuver around things go there

Theres a good selection and the staff is great. However, the line can be ridiculous and a lot of the customers look like they are right out of Zombieland.

Dirty, unorganized and chaotic in this place. Always seems to be a line with 1 worker in the whole place, maybe 2. Aisles look like theyve never been properly planned, faced or straightened up. Also finds u-boats blocking the aisles as well. Been in there twice same each time.

I have been shopping at this Dollar General for many years now and have always had a great experience up until last night. The cashier, Colleen, was very very very rude to my two friends and I. All we were doing was collecting items to make a craft and Colleen kept a close watch on us the whole time, throwing in comments in an unwelcoming voice, can I help you with anything!? As if we were stealing. Shortly after offending us, she goes to customers and complains to them about us teenagers when quite frankly we are all well off in our 20s. She was very rude and disrespectful as we were checking out, tapping her foot as if she was impatient for us to leave. I do not get it? Just because we are young meant to treat us like immature, highschool theives? Like I said before, I have been loyal to the DG brand for many years, but my loyalty for this brand stops today.
