Wayne was excellent to work with. He explained my heat pump then promptly installed a new one when the old one failed. He then talked to me about thermostats but told me to research and see if I thought I’d like the one he recommended. He installed it and all works perfectly now.

I have never met a more professional person that took time out late into the evening to come and research a problem with a heater. We had no heat and was using electric heaters (hello high AEP bill).
