Best windshield install Ive ever seen with my roof having a buckle in it from hitting a deer they got it installed and filled in the leaks in about an hour with a very affordable price. Jacks glass is amazing I had knocked my rear view mirror off while cleaning my car and could not get it back on to save my life. Not only is this inconvenient at any time, but it was especially inconvenient for me because I was hours away from leaving for vacation. After visiting several local repair shops that tried to help but couldnt, one of them referred me to Jacks. After going to Jacks and explaining my predicament, they promptly took the time right then and there and fixed my mirror in a matter of minutes. When I asked what I owed them all they said was A good word. They won me as a permanent customer with that gesture and I would refer them to anyone for glass services.

Its been a few weeks since visiting Jacks for a car window glass replacement and I am very happy with the repair. They were straight forward with the pricing and encouraged myself to look around. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Overall an excellent service, highly recommend.

They’re the rudest and most unprofessional people you will ever deal with. I had a back window glass installed on Thursday at 12:30 pm. Saturday morning my truck is saturated with water from the rains the night before. Monday morning I’m sitting at their shop waiting for them to open and I’m told there’s no warranty. The installer left all the old broken glass in the truck also. I have to pay another Co to remove and replace the window again because it wasn’t sealed properly. I have two videos of the water coming in and the glass.

I spoke to Drew on the phone and I was told they could replace my windshield on my antique car. I drove an hour and a half one way to Kentucky from Ohio, just to be told the opposite. The bathroom was unusable, due to lack of cleanliness. And the employees seem to be very disorganized and lack knowledge of the trade. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I wasted 4 hours of my time and $40 in gas money.
