I cannot say enough great things about The Madison and all of their staff! From working with Amber and Riley throughout the entire planning process to all of the staff on the day of the wedding; every single interaction we had all went above and beyond our expectations. The day of I wasnt worried about anything relating to the reception because I knew they would pull everything off wonderfully - and they did! Our guests raved about the reception and how wonderful the bar selection, food, and late-night coneys were. I could go on and on, but my wedding wouldnt have been a joy to plan if I didnt work with The Madison. Cant recommend enough!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about The Madison! We held both our ceremony (The Loft) and Reception (The Madison Ballroom) at The Madison. We booked our August 2021 wedding back in February 2020 and worked with Ashley. She was awesome and helped to answer every question we had – and even brought up things we hadn’t considered when looking at other venues like the level of service included, champagne toasts, etc. Zoe was our details specialist and went above and beyond to give us the wedding we envisioned. She and the pastry chef even managed to pull off a layered rainbow cake that both looked and tasted amazing! During the planning process we stopped by The Madison multiple times, and everyone there was always so nice and accommodating. They really made us feel special, even if we were just there to take a quick measurement in the ballroom. Patty was our day of coordinator, and she deserves so much praise! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She checked on us and our parents multiple times throughout the night. She always made sure I had a full glass of water too! I wish I’d had more time to thank her in-person the night of, because I know she’s one of the main reasons everyone had such a great time. It’s been about a month now and our guests are still talking about the food because everything was so good. Overall, if we were to plan our wedding again we would 1,000% choose to hold it at The Madison!

I love this place . All in one venue - you can get married and your reception all in one spot or in different rooms. They have different vibes in each room which I think is super cool. Also the staff is super responsive and goes the extra mile to make your night perfect. There is a ton of great places for photos around that area and the food and hotel next door is perfect to end your wedding night. I cant say enough good things about it.

I could not say better things about The Madison. I just had my wedding there last weekend and it was everything I could have dreamed of. If you are getting married I would recommend using The Madison 100%. The food is amazing! They offer so many different things, such as centerpieces, amongst other decor for your big day if that’s what you choose to do all complimentary. They made everything so easy and stress free. The staff is absolutely amazing, every single one! Everything was perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Zoe through most of the planning and she was absolutely amazing!

Staff, Venue and Food Perfect! We just had my Brother Daughters Ceremony and Wedding at the Madison. From the beginning to the end our family and friends were taken care of. No lines to get something to drink, food was buffeted, hot and delicious! Venue was clean from the sidewalks to bathrooms. Fire exits were cleared ( I checked), hallways lighted properly and staff uniforms very clean. Dance floor was packed from the first to last song! Great night!

Just had my wedding there March 13th and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff, Zoe, is flawless and very accommodating. I had Amy as my day of specialist and she was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend couples to have their wedding here!

Dinner was brought out late by The Madison so the photographer had to be paid extra out of my pocket to stay longer. Don’t give your money to these crooks. They wouldn’t even consider reimbursing me for the extra out of pocket after I paid them in full. My daughter and family were extremely disappointed!

My son paid your company in full and he had to pay the photographer for an extra hour of her time because your company did not bring dinner out on time. He ask kindly for a small reimbursement and was refused by Zoe. He even asked if your company would split the out of pocket of $125 and you still refused. Very unprofessional.

I worked a wedding at The Madison as a vendor in the Royal Ballroom. I was very displeased at the way I was treated by the staff that evening. I was there to provide music for a wedding ceremony followed by the reception in the same ballroom. When I arrived (a few hours prior to the ceremony) the room was all set up for the ceremony with guest seating on the dance floor. There was no room whatsoever for any of my equipment. There were two benches against the wall that had pillows and fake furs on them. I asked if those could be moved to give me a little space. The venue said absolutely not. They had no advice on what I should do and how to accomplish the need for ceremony music. On my own, I had to devise a way to play music for the ceremony. I set my mixer on the floor and plugged just my mixer into the wall next to the audio jack for the house system. Thank God my mixer had Bluetooth capabilities and also that I had the bride and groom’s special music selections on my phone. It was a nightmare playing music through my phone with the timing being critical. The house sound system was pretty weak on top of that. I also had to plug in a microphone into my mixer so the officiant could be heard.When the ceremony was over there were 30 minutes to change the room over for the reception. This time, they set up the head table on the dance floor, leaving me no room whatsoever again to set up my equipment where it was eventually supposed to go in the corner of the dance floor. The worst part about it is that there was plenty of room between the head table and the guest tables on the front end of the dance floor. (see pics). I asked them if they wouldn’t mind moving the head tables away from the wall and closer to the guests so I could set up, but the staff refused. I had to set up in another temporary location in the space against the wall between the head table and the guest tables. To make matters worse, I had my hip replaced six weeks prior and I was in no mood or condition to move all this equipment around. On top of that, I had just driven five hours to get there from Michigan. I barely got my temporary set up done in time to introduce the wedding party into the hall. On another note, thankfully, for me, the wedding party was a little late. The staff however, told me that if the wedding party wasn’t there in five minutes, they were going to start serving food without them. I was shocked and appalled that they were even considering that. When dinner was over, the staff then cleared the dance floor and I finally was able to set up where I wanted to in the first place. Here I go again, scrambling with a gimp and a sore hip. NOT ONCE did the staff at Madison offer me any help of any kind. The only thing good to say about that night was that the food was absolutely phenomenal. Hence the two stars instead of one. In all my 36 years and 1,200+ weddings, this venue was among the worst.

Food was nothing to write home about, wedding chapel not classy, reception hall was nice . Service was fantastic.

It is a great venue. Food was okay. Bartenders were courteous and efficient.

10/10 recommend they went above and beyond for our big day. exceeded out expectations! They ensured my husband and I always had a full glass and took control of the little details and told us when to be where it was great! Ashley and Amy were amazing they not only cleared our party bus out but helped us take everything to our hotel. They packed up a piece of every flavor from our wedding cake with a bottle of champagne. I could cry just thinking about how thoughtful they were and how perfect our wedding was thank you so much!!

The Madison knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so responsive and kind, even when I had a million and one questions. To name a few of their awesome employees, Danielle at the front desk, Riley helping us plan everything, Janet, Darren, and Hailiegh making sure our rehearsal and day of went smoothly. The Royale and Grande are incredible spaces and I highly recommend reaching out to them for your special day!!

Incredible Evening - well organized and friendly staff

My husband and I got married here at the Madison on 5/18/19, and it was a perfect fairytale and dream come true! We were in the Loft for our ceremony and the Emerald Ballroom for our reception, and both spaces were absolutely beautiful! Our main reasons for selecting this venue were the all-inclusive nature of the package, getting a great deal for booking under a year from our wedding date, and the overall quality for the price we paid! We also loved that parking was free for all of our appointments and for the guests on the day of the wedding. Parking was so easy, located in the parking garage right beside Madison North and in a lot by Madison South.One of the things that amazed me the most was the incredibly fast response time to all of my inquires and concerns during the planning process. We worked with Zoe Mendenhall, and she was the BEST Event Specialist we could ever ask for! She was absolutely the sweetest, always replied within the same day, was happy to help with anything she could, and more! She eased so much of my stress during the planning process. The rest of the staff were also wonderful and really helpful: Jake and Jeri were our night of coordinators, and they ensured we were well taken care of throughout the night! They made sure we had plenty of food and drinks, and kept everything running perfectly smoothly!We also were impressed with the food! Everything was delicious, and one of our guests (who is quite the foodie) mentioned that our wedding made the top 5 for wedding food! We loved that they offered a Taste & Toast event for us to try all the food options and select our favorites, and this was complimentary! Most of all, I truly appreciated their attention to detail with respect to food allergies and preferences. I am gluten free/Celiac, and from the beginning, they always made sure I was taken care of and offered plenty of things I could eat. They also provided both kids meals and GF/vegan options for our guests!Just two complaints about the process. They were inflexible and refused to refrigerate desserts in the back for me. This threw off my original plan for dessert as my cake needed to be refrigerated because of the mousse, which was stressful in the moment and forced me to switch plans entirely. Secondly, there was a major miscommunication that came up in my details appointment two months before the wedding. I had emphasized from the beginning that Chiavari chairs were my dream and an integral part of my vision for our big day. I was assured that it would not be a problem to upgrade to these and that this was documented in my selection. It was not a fun surprise to discover just weeks before the wedding that I was not going to have the chairs for our reception, but if I wanted them, it would be an extra $2,000. Because we did not budget for this, I could not afford them, and nothing was done to take responsibility on their end.Overall, we are still happy we chose the Madison and had a wonderful experience!

Had a very nice banquet. The staff was excellent. Food was good. Good beer and wine package with 4 different beers to choose from. Definitely a place to check into if you are having an event.

We honestly couldnt be more thrilled with the service the day of our wedding and reception. Zoe was there every step of the way leading up to the day of and you were so attentive to our anxiety especially during the pandemic. Our day of coordinator, Ashley, was absolutely AMAZING! She was so detailed and attentive to our needs. She was amazing at the rehearsal as well. The ceremony was flawless and absolutely beautiful! The courtyard at Hotel Covington is the most beautiful spot for a ceremony. We couldnt have asked for more. I was stunned when I walked into the reception! Everything was exactly how I expected it and the room was just beautiful. Ashley and William were so attentive to not only use, but our families. Anything we needed, they were right there with it! My drink glass was not empty at any point during the night thanks to the two of them.We couldnt be more pleased with everything! You all take care of every detail and make the process and the day of extremely easy! I cannot speak highly enough about Ashley Bangi who showed us the spaces when we were looking for a place to have our wedding. I cannot speak highly enough about you, always returning our emails and answering our phone calls. You never sugar coated anything and the honesty was extremely helpful during this crazy time. Finally, Ashley and William were ALL STARS with their attentiveness and services.We are so grateful that we were able to have our special day at The Madison.

The Madison Event Center is the perfect place to host a wedding! They offer all inclusive pricing which takes the stress away from finding vendors for table linens to deciding what center pieces to use. They have great recommendations for photography, DJs, bakeries and floral! My sales manager and day of coordinator have been responsive and understanding about all my questions. Being a 2020 COVID bride hasnt been easy, but they have made the planning process less stressful. Couldnt recommend them more!

Our wedding was the best ever!! The Madison helped make our wedding so special! Zoe was awesome with helping us with our details, she is so kind and nice! Patty and Jake were amazing at our reception! They were always there to help us and make sure we were having a great time and asking what we needed. They made sure we had enough to eat, were comfortable, and if we needed a drink they were there! They wanted us to have the best night ever and they for sure made our night amazing! Everyone we met at the Madison was great and so helpful we are so happy and lucky they were our venue! Everyone was great! Best day ever.

The Madison was extremely accommodating to our needs. They were able to work with our budget to help make my dreams come true. They were helpful every step of the process making sure they had every detail that I wanted for the reception. They also worked with all the vendors to coordinate set up and drop off times so that I wouldnt have to worry about it the day of the wedding. The night of the wedding there was someone who was dedicated to make sure that my wife and I had everything that we needed. They made sure we had whatever we wanted to drink and they brought us the food from the buffet. Everyone was wonderful throughout the whole process!

The Madison was one of the best decision we made for our wedding day. They made everything so so so easy. From the space, staff, food, coordnation, everything was exceptional. We had so many compliments on our food in particular (we have the gold level). Our wedding was in The Loft and our reception was in the Galleria (the new renovations are really beautiful).

Beautiful setting for a wedding! I drove almost 700 miles to see my friends tie the knot and I was not disappointed. This place is a perfect back drop for such an important event in peoples lives.

We are extremely frustrated with our experience thus far in how they are handling COVID-19. Zero communication and the GM, Britney Lee is so nasty. Clearly keeping the money is much more important than the Brides. They needed to have someone else handling this crisis in a more professional manner vs. someone who is in over their heads and runs and hides.

We just had our wedding at the Madison South (Madison Ballroom) and it was amazing. It was truly the best night of our lives. Amy Marcum (the night of coordinator) was AMAZING. She was BEYOND accommodating and was so sweet and genuine. She truly made both the rehearsal and the wedding night go smoothly and feel flawless. All of the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our experience. We would absolutely recommend the Madison Event Center to anyone looking for a classy venue for any event. Again, huge thanks to Amy for taking care of us on our night and making us feel like royalty.

Beautiful place for weddings! The staff is very dedicated to making sure you have everything you want or need. They get all the details ahead of time so the night runs smooth. The staff was super friendly and catered to our every needs. From the planner to the staff that implements all of the details to the servers and bartenders: I was very impressed! I couldnt have been more satisfied with this place! I highly recommend them.

A wonderful place to host an event. There are several rooms to choose from and they are all elegant and clean. They use a pretty neutral color palette so it is great for weddings and bringing in a theme of your own. Each room is pretty flexible on how you use it so you can consider bringing a band in for a wedding or any other vendor and there will definitely be a spot for them. The only downfall to this location is that they do not have a designated parking lot so you have to park in the garage across the street. Its not far and you can validate your parking so its a lot easier than it could potentially be. There are plenty of bars located right down the street which makes for a great after party.

Our wedding reception in the Emerald Ballroom was so beautiful. The staff was friendly and took care of everything my husband and I could have ever wanted. We had a personal server who would find us throughout the night and ask if we needed anything, as well as making sure our details were all in the right order and making suggestions to make the timeline even better. I trusted that absolutely nothing would go wrong with our reception being at The Madison and thats how it turned out. Our event specialist, Zoe, was wonderful and felxible with us as we figured out exactly what we wanted, up until the final moment!

Our wedding, ceremony, and reception was beyond anything we ever dreamed of! EVERYTHING went off without a hitch, the timing was perfect, every detailed was cared for, and THE SERVICE was absolutely astounding!I now understand why EVERYONE goes to The Madison to get married, they all are THE BEST at what you do and make every event you host feel personal and one of a kind, and Ian and I cannot thank them enough for making our day unforgettable!

I do not have enough good things to say about The Madison Event Center. From the start, they are so unique in their process with the All-Inclusive Package - you rarely see venues that are straight forward including tax charges in their total cost.. The package made knowing what I was going to be spending SO up-front from the get-go! The planning process was so easy and everyone I encountered from their staff was friendly and quick to answer my questions. They were very accommodating of everything my husband and I had wanted. Our Wedding Reception was in the Grande Ballroom and it was GORGEOUS... our friends and family havent stopped talking about it and are calling it the Event of The Year!! The room was booked the night before, so I could not set things up myself. The Madison set up all my decorations exactly how I had envisioned it and did not miss a single detail. The night of staff was incredible and kept a drink in me and my husbands hands all night. Food was absolutely delicious - which we discovered at the Tasting event they hold for their couples getting married. We had such an amazing experience - If I could give the Madison 10 stars out of 5, I would! THANK YOU for everything!

The staff at the Madison make your wedding planning so much easier. They include your centerpieces, beer/wine/champagne, and decor if you want it. They have a wide array of menu options and give you the opportunity to try them all as well. Plus, price wise if you book 6 months out its half off which was awesome.

My husband and I chose the Madison Event Center for our wedding reception and we could not be happier with our choice!! It is a beautiful event space, conveniently located and with great perks (1 free hour of decorating, Hotel Covington upgrades, etc). Most importantly, the staff is SO friendly and SO hardworking they will go above and beyond to ensure you have the most fantastic day. Zoe was out event details specialist and she is a dream come true. She ensured our day was perfect and was very communicative throughout the whole planning process. The day of coordinators - Amy and Jake - were also incredible. They really looked out for us and ensured every moment was perfect. Amy even packed up all of our decor and wheeled it across the street for us to our Hotel Room in the middle of a downpour. She was super patient, never rushed us, and extremely helpful. We could not have survived this day without the help of the Madison staff. We are SO happy we chose them and cant recommend them enough!

Went with a group to consider for wedding venue. Very nice rooms that visually seemed very tight for the amount of people they was to hold. They have more than one room to consider. One of the largest and most attractive (still seemed visually small for the amount of people) was booked up for Saturday in a year in advance. The staff was experienced and seemed to have more of a cookie cutter approach to bookings/weddings.I love the outside vintage architect. Parking was a big concern. The price was one of the most expensive looked at. Overall this was not type of venue needed for the rememberable wedding we was wanting, but would be fantastic for a basic elegant wedding.

Just attended their taste and toast event, and it was a lot of fun. Delicious drinks and food, plus we got to look at our venue room one more time, to help us visualize where we were going to put things and see how tables are set up. We were able to figure out our food for the Reception, pretty pumped for that. Little over three months out. The time is going to fly.

Recent remodel to the room turned out great! Enjoyed a lovely wedding there with a romantic atmosphere, versatile space and great staff.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish for our wedding with the Madison. Everyone was extremely professional and buttoned up. It helped make our day that much more enjoyable, as we knew everything was handled. HIGHLY recommend.

We waited in the lobby and had an appointment with Ashley. She greeted us and talked a little about our expectation of the wedding. Then we went into a room that is perfect for our wedding. After that we went to office where we discovered the price. Everything was in budget. She wasnt pushy and told us we can do anything to make our wedding a dream come true. I recommend this place for weddings.

6/18/2019My daughter recently (June 1, 2019) had her reception at the Madison. There is not enough time or space to even begin to tell you how wonderful they were to work with! From our first meeting in November with Ashley Bangi to our final details meeting with Zoe Mendenhall in May, they were extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Both were eager to help in any way, promptly returned emails/calls, and took care of everything!! They were fabulous!!! The night of the event, the night coordinators Jake, Spencer, and Ashley had everything under total control so we could thoroughly enjoy the reception. They went above and beyond, to help us and ensure the evening went well. At the end of the event they helped us load everything up and even helped us get all the gifts, decorations, etc. to where they had to go---again above and beyond! The guests continue talking about the great service and attentiveness of the staff, how they all worked so hard, and what a wonderful place the Madison was! Many even expressed that they couldnt believe how they were greeted by staff offering them vouchers for the parking and how they were made to feel so welcome. Many of the guests have also expressed that based on their experience of the evening, they have recommended the Madison to others. As for us, there arent enough stars to adequately rate the Madison. They excel in all areas--personnel, service, facilities, support, presentation, quality, food, etc. We personally have also told others that if they ever have to have a wedding reception, look no further than the Madison! They are definitely one stop wedding event planning! Thank you to each of the employees for making my daughters wedding reception absolutely perfect in every way! You are the best!

Dwight was an AMAZING wedding coordinator! He filled our every need & was so PATIENT with us. Ashley & Austin were 2 of the most amazing servers. The venue was beautiful and relaxing to hand them the reigns & all you had to do was show up ❤️

Our son and his bride selected this venue for their wedding reception. Facilities were clean and comfortable, staff were very attentive and helpful. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful evening and a good time was had by all!

My mother said her vows here... Reception here also. Beautiful place, food was great. I would only suggest a better pick in staff. It was some rude and unprofessional things happening with one member of the staff but i wont give less stars because of it.

From the very beginning of our planning process, Brittney and the rest of the staff at The Madison went above and beyond our expectations to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. All of our decor was arranged according to our instructions, our reception stayed on schedule and the catering staff was amazing. They were extremely attentive to the bridal party and parents of the bride and groom. Brittney was very responsive even on her days off and was always available to answer the hundreds of questions I had for her, she worked with us to make sure every detail was planned out and that we stayed within our budget.

Great place to have an wedding. The all inclusive aspect really sold me ... no running around looking for caterers (food was phenomenal), cleanup is included (woohoo), and our representative for the evening was really on top of things. They even loaded our car at the end of the evening!!

She is phenomenal.I loved that I was able to decide how much I wanted to do for decor and such. I got to do just the things I wanted like the dessert table and the guestbook table. Everything else was taken care of and it was stunning.Tracey was my day of person and she was also amazing. She was so charismatic and completely on top of things. She worked so hard and it wouldnt have run as smoothly without her. It was like having a super organized cousin help run the show!The food was awesome. I dont even care for ham and I loved that ham. All of my guests enjoyed the food! A couple staff members were newer and were taking plates a bit too quickly. They also took artificial flowers out of vases when I think they shouldve been left in but that is my only area for improvement! Our bartender was also cute as a button and did a great job.Thankfuk for all of their help. The day was perfect!

When I photograph weddings at The Madison, I can always find creative angles and helpful staff. I have had Brides get married in the Madison Event Center and then go down to the ballrooms to party. Another option is to get married somewhere else and go there for a party after the ceremony. Either way the staff is great and I have been happy as a vendor at their hall.

The Madison was so great in some aspects, but lacked in others. I worked with Brittney who was amazing. She was very responsive when it came to changes. I had no idea about food or napkin colors or centerpieces etc and changed my mind a million times and I never felt like I was a bother at all. The food the night of was amazing as well as the reception staff. We got married in the Loft and reception in the Crystal Ballroom, both of which were FANTASTIC! All of the guests loved it!It also has some cute places to take pictures as well as being close to the river and Cincinnati!I did wish I was given more direction as to what they needed and was able to talk through some things with the day of person, who I didnt meet until the rehearsal. I do some event planning and am very (almost too much)on top of what things they need where they need to go and how they are set up and I feel like if I wasnt as on top of things then they would have had no idea where to go and it would have been a last minute scramble. I didnt talk to the event captain about the reception and how things were suppose to be laid out until the morning of my event, which I initiated. I cant imagine what things would have looked like if I didnt. I also didnt receive a few things back from the ceremony and some things from the reception werent loaded into the car that night so I had to go back and get them. This was frustrating as I gave them a checklist of the things I was giving to them and what I needed back.No event venue will be perfect, but it is important to know that you have to be on top of stuff when dealing with the Madison. Even though there were a few complications I would not have chosen another place to have my ceremony or reception. Good Luck to all of you brides!

Very elegant. Attentive staff. Food just ok.

Food was gross....chicken was dry, sauce was salty, vegetables were mushy and the meat being carved was fatty....it was all blah even the drinks at the bar tasted watered down or flat, beer wasn’t cold. Building had a strange smell (musty...it is old) carpet in ceremony was lumpy and the aisle is crooked/separated....weird for someone’s wedding. Trash outside of the building. Horrible.

Great venue, very helpful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a big event. They took a ton of stress out of our wedding planning.

Prices are deceiving. They will not let you sample all food options so you have to guess which one youll like. If the room seats 220 but you only expect 200 to be invited, still tell them youre inviting 220, bc if you try to add people later, they will charge you extra for changing the plans. So its cheaper to just request from the beginning just in case and its no extra charge.

It was really beautiful and I really enjoyed myself and Plan to make that my new spot.

I have captured dozens of videos at the Madison Event Center. When I hear that my couples are having their reception here I get excited. I will always recommend this place to future couples. The atmosphere is great and it makes my pictures/videos look so nice! Take it from me, Ive been to some not so nice reception halls!

Best wedding experience I have ever had! They took care of EVERYTHING! The food was great, and the people were so friendly! I highly recommend the Madison to anyone who is getting married, or has a large event.

They pay attention to details here. Constantly updating and modernizing which MANY other event centers do not do.As a photographer, they are very accommodating and considerate. Which tells me that they must treat the clients well too.

Good venue. Small dance floor and only three stalls in the womens bathroom. There was always a line. This was Emerald room.

The venue is beautiful and the food is great however the customer service is terrible. Inititially I felt very important and like everything was being taken care of but after my last payment I was lucky to get a call back unless I called 10 times. The receptionist screens calls as if the coordinators are too busy to help their clients. It comes off very rude. Several details were not discussed, like that they do not have valet parking on Fridays, and we were very confused about the different perks that are included. When we reconfirmed things it was like we were being talked to like idiots. We also went to a bridal show and were promised things that werent followed through. I felt like our wedding was on the back burner. The night of staff was very friendly and did a great job, however there is really no time to coordinate with them. My guests had a great time, however, I was completely stressed the entire night. To anyone having a wedding and or reception here, make sure you get the details straight and good luck.

Great use of a former Woolworths store. There were 3 wedding receptions at the same time, but once you were in your venue, one could not tell the other parties were there. Price was very reasonable, however only 4 stars due to just adequate tasting food.

My granddaughters reception was perfect. Wonderful service.

Attended a wedding reception here. The buffet dinner was excellent. The bartenders were good and the drinks were as well. The lobby staff were especially good as there were several other events that evening.

Great place to host a business meeting.

The Madison completely let us down for an event we hosted there in November.The sales staff promised us a list of things, but those promises were not fulfilled.Listen carefully and with discernment when talking with a sales representative. If you decide to believe what they say, be prepared to be proactive prior to and during your event to assure that things go smoothly.Do NOT believe that their audio equipment is sufficient. Find out who on their staff, and demand that person, is experienced to adequately supervise your event. The staff member who was assigned to our party was apathetic, inexperienced and terribly inept. We thoroughly explained the plans for the evening the week prior to the party, but she was clueless that evening - even forgot my daughters name, who spoke with her face to face regarding the party agenda.Two positives: The facility is nice and the people who decorate the rooms do a good job. The bartender we had was very good.

We used the Madison Event Center for the reception of our wedding on August 10, 2013. The process from beginning to end was seamless and our event specialist, Angela Lafkas, was phenomenal. She was extremely friendly and able to answer any and all questions we had throughout the planning. She had our complete trust and we never doubted one decision made together. We loved the Grand Ballroom...the whole space from the bar, to the dance floor, to the grand staircase was recently updated to rave reviews. It had plenty of room for those with the desire to dance and those that enjoyed sitting and chatting. On the night of the reception, each and every worker was attentive to our needs and took care of absolutely everything to allow us to fully relax and enjoy our special day. The Madison Event Center was the perfect setting and everything we dreamed of for our wedding reception.
