Called them looking for a couple of carnival rides for an event my church was hosting. They were professional and handled everything quickly, keeping me updated every step of the way. Very impressed with the guys who came out to set everything, and all the rides and inflatables were great! Definitely will be calling them again.

Ron and Molly helped me throw a carnival for the seniors at the school where I work. Molly was super accommodating as she had to work with the legal department and bookkeeping to jump through all the hoops that go along with working for a school.When the day came, Ron was so organized and professional. His crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and dedicated to making it a great night for our kids.I used two vendors for the carnival, but if I could go back in time, I would only work with Ron at Burgess Events. All of their inflatables and carnival rides were well maintained, and the crew ran things super efficiently. The kids had a great night.10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Burgess Events has done multiple events for Central Baptist Church-Americus and always does a great job. We know we can count on them to be organized, on time, and prepared for everything! You can definitely tell that everyone, from the owner to the staff, cares deeply about putting their best foot forward and putting on the best events possible. Phenomenal customer service! Our event was seamless and the best part is that I got to actually enjoy it. Burgess handled all aspects of our event, keeping us in mind along the way. We got to completely customize our event without lifting a finger. Everyone had a great time. You definitely get what you pay for with Burgess; it’s not just the quality of the equipment (which looks great), you get great service as well. They really made the FUN happen!

I hosted a carnival for an event at work. I reached out to Molly who helped me get the most for my budget. Over the next few months she worked through a handful of changes that I had to my order and organized a meeting a few days before the event to talk logistics.Ron brought his crew the day of the event and they hustled to meet deadlines we had. The schedule for set up and break down was very tight and Ron made it happen. The crew helped to work the games and were all professional and very nice.I would recommend if your hosting a backyard birthday party or a larger company event to check out Burgess Amusement because they deliver big time!

Wonderful customer service and top notch equipment!

Im sure these people are great for private events. However, for film/tv id say poor customer service and touching base. I asked for a quote monday. It was expressed that they will need to talk to the owner as they dont rent out for more than 2 days. At least touch base but rather it took 5 days. I would suggest for film / tv crew to keep this in mind.However, for private events that has more lead time. I would say go for iti.
