I stop in to print 2 shipping lables from a thumb drive on their computer for less than 30 seconds. The charge was $1.82 for 2 pieces of white printed paper and required no help from the counter person....feel very ripped off!!!!!! Unbelievable NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Had to fax something (I know... who faxes anymore) $7 for 7 pages. Seems remarkably high! I think I paid most of their phone bill for the month. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Oh, and they make you wait outside ( ok or it’s their COVID protocol), but you can go pretty much anywhere else and not overpay and wait outside.

Absolute BEST experience at ANY type of mailing facility EVER. Efficient, beyond professional, and a friendly grace that is most needed to begin this 2021. Came here in a pinch to have something printed from my phone. You email the store your file and they print it quickly. I came in close to closing and the guy working just gave me my copies free tonight!! It was awesome to have quick and professional service. I normally use the Tacoma location, but the covington location ROCKS! I recommend you check them out for many services. They offer mailling and shipping, printing, they have cards, packing supplies and much more. Check them out.

They doing good but the gril working so fast and didnt listen and copy what we want. She has to come down and listen want customers want.Need to train more about customer service please. Just wasting my money alot. I hate that. 😒 please please listen carefully what customer want and please dont waste our money. She is acting over.

Store representatives are more incline to work on sitting orders around store than take card of patrons waiting in lone and in the cold. Will try my hardest not to use this UPS again.

I ordered a simple print job from this location that was printed in the wrong orientation. I called to explain the situation and request a re-print and was told that I would have to pay for the order again.The customer service was severely lacking, no effort was made to remedy the situation. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Wont be back. I plan to file a formal complaint as well but I wanted all customers aware of the impressive service I received. Note that I attempted to just drop off a package. Once there, they determined my clear tape over the label was not flat enough to scan the label. No problem. Just re-print over there. I proceed to computer, pull up label from email, click PRINT. I am then told that will be $1.85. I want it known in this scenario the $1.85 was not the concerning issue. However as I was retrieving my wallet I begin to wonder how it was that much. Morgan then told me it was due to printing on the COLOR printer (a black and white label remember?), I had two copies, and then the tape they used use to affix label to package. I asked what she meant about the color printer as I was told to print, not that they had printing options. She proceeded to tell me that if I had asked the question, she would have informed me. But dare I say I did not ask the question if they had two printers, one of which would be more $ to print a black and white page than the other. Last but not least, the 2nd copy was a completely blank page. Yup no print line at the top or web address, completely blank. I then inquired about how I was getting charged for a blank page and she said, It came out of the printer. There you have it folks. I had to argue with the manager on this blank page as well to get my money back so please dont think this is a one man failed attempt at service. If you want to endure this exciting kind of service. Please, by all means....go to this store.

Dont take your packages here. Dropped off item to ship back to DirecTV over three months ago and still not received and they take no responsibility. Heard another lady ask about her missing package sent through this store that also lost and again no responsibility.
