This shop is amazing! I come to them for all my vehicle needs. They are very honest and professional. They always get me in and out very quickly which is always a plus. They did a 6 inch lift kit, put on new 35s Mickey Thompson tires, and an alignment on my truck and it was way cheaper than I was quoted at 4 other local shops. I cant even believe I have to give them one star. I purchased a tire about 2 weeks ago . My car was driving really funny after I left and I thought something was wrong with my car. I took it to a specialist and paid out of pocket for it and they told me that I had one tire that was five inches bigger than the other. I took my car back up too Covington new and used tires and they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it . I told them I paid $140 for a tire that is messing my car up and you cant do anything about it. I had to go to another tire place and buy another tire by the way. Poor customer service poor lack of attention to detail poor service. How dare a company put the wrong product on my vehicle and then tell me theres nothing they can do about it do not go here be warned.

We have 4 Honda CRVs that we take all over the United Stated...they keep them running excellent for us.Very dependable auto repair business. My whole family bring their vehicles here. Afford prices great customer service.

Went to get new brakes and am so impressed! 4 years ago I went to NTB for brakes and had horrible service and ended up leaving with $800 less in my account. After going here, I will never go anywhere else! Brandon is one of the honest mechanics that you rarely come by and doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend to everyone. I live in Athens and will continue to drive over an hour just for an oil change. That says enough right there!

Owner is really nice!! ..I did not recieve a courtesy tire & rim cleaning which Im used to receiving when new tires are put on..My new tires had marked paint stains from the distributor, however the guys did not bother to at least clean those paint stains off the tires after installation.Other than that everything was good**

The worst ever did an oil change and they didn’t even put the proper numbers on my windshield thank goodness I know how many miles to get my oil change... got two tires and both of them flat within a month with no signs of why... They also tried to scam me for 300 dollars with misinformation not knowing my uncle is a licensed mechanic with his own shop.Their not trustworthy

This is my second visit to Covington New and Used Tires and they are a great addition to the area. Clean waiting area, friendly staff that is quick to ask how they can help, great service and price.

First of all I like supporting the little guy. Brandon just seemed like a very nice guy. He checked my car to see why my service engine soon light was on at no charge and even suggested where I might go to have the problem fixed and you cant beat a $25.00 oil change.
