Awesome group of people. David Gray was super helpful and explained everything I needed and why. Very knowledgeable. The mechanic who did the work Ryan, did an awesome job in a quick and timely matter. Samantha was far better at dealing with my maintenance staff than I could ever hope to be. The whole team was friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend this group to anyone. Usually I go to TA for services and work done but I think from now on I’m going with loves/ speedco.

Due to staffing problems was a long wait to fix one problem, they were short handed on both techs and management. Many businesses all over the country having same issues. Patience is a virtue indeed.

It was a long wait. But they were really cool and didnt charge me for the dismount and mount of my trailer tire for the long wait. Its great service like that that keeps customers.

Very slow. Kids working stand around inside. Waited an hour in my truck sitting in the bay. They fixed the guy behind me sitting outside before touching my tire. When I went in to ask why they haven’t touched my tire they said they couldn’t get ahold of my shop for approval. WHY WOULDN’T YOU TELL ME THAT! Called my shop handed the phone to them and they approved it right away. My shop said they never called. Worst service ever! Avoid at all costs!

Used to be a GREAT service place but is now under staffed and everyone is quitting.

I got a trailer tire changed. Took one hour 40 minutes. Thats pretty much standard these days. Decent folks. No one had a mask on if thats important to you.

Went across the street to Speedco and the mechanic came out on the driveway to check me in and ended fixing the bracket and replacing the mudflap on the drive. In and out of there in less than an hour. These people at Speedco in Council Bluff,IA deserve more of Denney business as they were very quick and efficient.

Guys in the shop was great. The guy who fixed my tire left the jack under the trailer lifted and broke it when it fell. He was quiting anyway and you could tell it wasnt his thing. Pretty fast in and out for oil changes.

Fast took longer to pay then service.

Been here twice and each time Ive had to wait over an hour to get into the shop. Mechanics dont get in no big hurry. They dont have anyone in the office to assist you. You will be waiting forever until someone comes into the office. I watched 3 mechanics stand and watch one mechanic doing all the work on one truck while their was other trucks waiting. I think they really need more employees with better enthusiasm and work ethics to get trucks in and out in a timely manner.

The best team of guys that do the job thoroughly and even will tell you if they spot something that you may have missed. That Speedco is my only choice of speedcos to go to. Friendly and accurate

Terrible location. One of the worst Speedco’s in the Country. Get your services elsewhere if possible. The day shift is completely garbage, if you can, wait until second shift to get and work done.

This is my second time im coming here, will never and ever comeback again! This guys are nuts! They chill around, oil change is about 1-2 hours per truck, unprofessional! Other speedco’s never take longer then 30 minutes per unit! 2 trucks ahead of me me and its almost 3 hours staying here, this is insane, never get into a bay yeat, if you have chance, avoid this place! Don’t spend your time with unprofessional people.

I always use speedco services.This place the worst one Ive ever been.Ive been waiting for more than an hour right at Lube 3.But they start to service a truck that just came.When I told them that I was before him.A supervisor said we dont know who came first.So truckers if you go there just check in immediately even they say stay in your truck until an attendant comes to you.

The last 2 oil changes and truck services were done here. Well NEVER AGAIN! Both hubs of the front axle were DRY! A mechanic friend was doing some work on the truck for us, checked several things and told us to stop taking it to where ever we had the oil changes etc. done. He said it would not have made another round to Texas and back. This is the 3rd Speedco we have had bad service in the last year.

Arrived at 530 pm on a Monday, I was the 6th truck in line. With 4 technicians on the clock they couldnt get to me before they closed at midnight.

If you want oil change dont go there Saturday nd Sunday unprofessional

Had a couple bad experiences at other Speedcos, Alabama on I 20 W & Laredo, Tx. I went to Speedco in Council Bluff, IA because Sapp Brothers couldnt get me in. The technicians here in Council Bluff made me believe in Speedco again. Did everything correct and great customer service. 🤠

I stayed 3 hours in the line and when it was my turn they told me they dont have oil filter for S60. Just waist my time

Kinda slow and ended up being to expensive will be back to changing my own oil from now on. Plus they charged me $50 for a black plastic mud flap you can buy them elsewhere for $20, then charge $27 labor to put 2 flaps on the trailer.

Only had 1 truck in lube side . pulled up behind empty bay,and set for over an hour with anyone echnologing I was there. Tech walked back and forth looking at me but never once tried to talk to me, or guide me in.walked into office and no one came in ,or acted like I was there. After over an hour decided to leave. Alot of SpeedCo have gone downhill after Loves took them over. I get it you are short handed,things can be slow,but you talk to customers and let them know that. Especially when our hours dont allow us to wait.

Love this Speedco, they are the best.

There needs to be some changes made because almost 3 hrs to do a service on an APU. If they paid them commission maybe a little faster and pay more attention to detail. Have been assured that the clown who did mine will never touch my truck again.

I called and asked if they could get me right in for a tire and was told they could do it. Once arrived I was told they couldn’t do it today.

Very slow checked in at 1400 to get trailer a fed dot Insp and lube pulled right into bay all the mechanics were standing around out front of the building started the Insp at 1500 1 marker light out fixed right away at 1600 had to find a supervisor to finish paperwork I would not recommend this speedco there is no supervision or desire to finish a job I will not go back they are very unprofessional

People are great, polite and understanding. They dont waste time and get you finished at a timely manner.

Chuck and Justin were honest and answered all my questions patiently. Justin saved me a lot of money by suggesting I have my batteries tested rather than replacing them all. I will definitely come back here for basic maintenance whenever I’m in the area. I highly recommend this Speedco. I’m a new owner operator so honesty, patience, and plentiful information go a long way in my book.

I call in to make sure they will can get me in. Once I was there they told me to wait after a long wait they said theyre closed and cant get to me. They didnt even tell me they can get me in once I called or got there they just left me outside for about two hours.

Mechanic was nice rest of the staff no good at all. All kids, no one knows how to deal with T Check. No respect of driver,s time.

Was suppose to be first come first serve. Was told to pull up behind trailer bay when get there. First come first serve. Speedco ran me off said I was in the way for 2 other trucks that were in front of me but I was next oh well lost my business

I used to feel comfortable to come here, unfortunately if you dont understand the truck, theyll try to rip you off this days. When you try to aske them some uncomfortable questions theyll start getting nervous and yelling at you. Hey guys I met dozens mechanics who try to rip me off, now before to get somewhere Ill make my home work before to get somewhere.

They had my odd ball tire size in stock and went above and beyond to get me rolling again. Glad I wasnt stranded on the side of the road.

This location is the best by far. They are thorough, timely, and best of all consistent. That said, loves has had a negative effect on the W. Memphis and Hammond, LA. Locations. I will not use either one of them in the future.Loves if you are reading this, I STRONGLY encourage you to make your council bluffs location a model to be duplicated. If you can replicate their service in all of your locations, you will be in tip top shape.

Broke the fuel filter bracket on the truck in front of me did not even have the decency to come tell me so other trucks got in front Only had 3 people work anyway. So I left after losing about 45 minutes

My husband, just went to this place to have a (rro tire) replaced and he has been there since 1pm and it is now 5:17pm...This place is very unprofessional and they need to change the name of this place. After a couple of hours of waiting my husband went to see what the hold up was and he found all the employees just standing around congregating. Nobody working on one little tire which only takes about 30 min to do. This place is ridiculous. Please do not waste your time. If I could give them NO stars I would.

They Didnt know how many filters were on a C7 Caterpillar and didnt know how much oil it held, couldnt change 1 fuel filter, didnt have a oil filter for a Onan generator. Im not too happy with speedco.

They were polite and right to the point about what was honing on.

Took care of our truck... beyond and above service.

I was a satisfied customer of this location since 2001. Today I went in to get my truck and trailer greased. The technician was missing grease points and I was pointing it out. The manager asked me to wait until the tech was finished. I did as I was asked and waited. When I was told it was finished I asked the manager out to pointt out the missed grease points. I told him it was going to get done properly before I paid and left. he then told me to leave that I was not welcome there any longer. I demanded the work to be finished and offered to pay. He then had the police called on me for trespassing. This is not how customer service is supposed to work.

Brought in my diesel RV. Ok for basic oil change but didn’t check air filter, fuel filters, or tires.

OMG, stay away , save your self lots of time, slowest speedco I’ll been to , over 2 hours already since pulled in the bay only for grease. Speedco use to be a lot better . OH WOW and that truck and trailer grease cost me $322.44, RUN from this place

Didnt have my oil filter. They tried for 1.5 hours trying to find it (kudos for that) but still wasted mine time. They supposedly found my filter! Had to order it and said they would call me back... didnt call me back, hence this review. Nice employees but lack oil filter for a fairly common diesel frightliner/caterpillar and lack follow through.

Worst place ever

Did not fill oil filters full they filled less than half what I confronted them they said thats the way they do it when I started my truck was a very long time for the no oil pressure light to go out. How hard is it to put the filters full of oil my truck has 2 oil filters thats a lot of air space to fill before will develop oil pressureI like loves but that have ruined speedco

This location is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in for a fuel filter and lube and the whole process took maybe 1 hr (I added tire service once in the bay). Michelle was very friendly and professional. Thanks and see you again soon.

Good service but highly over priced! Sapp Bros across the street is still expensive but better priced than that. If going to Sapps always check and double check any repairs. Had some problems with the before

They forgot to put my oil cap back on. I was 200 miles away when I stopped and noticed oil all over my truck. The place seems to be poorly managed. The staff appeared to be unprofessional and inmature.

This place was good under Speedco now Loves changing all employees and getting some idiots working here now no more oil changes at Speedco I better do it myself

I go to speedco every 15,000 miles Denver branch mostly and they are terrible by the way but this location was awesome very thorough told me everything that was done and they were doing and the people were nice and polite I’ll definitely be coming back here again thanks guys and gals
