This was my first time going to this place. They were super helpful and can crack a joke like no other to put you as ease.

We had an Rv tire blow on our way home. Stopped by here and they had us in and out in about 2 hours. Great service, very friendly and decently priced.

Good service, bad about calling back, but they do a good job and theyre friendly. Theyre good where it counts and they dont screw you over.

I found this company when Council Bluffs Auto Repair quoted a ridiculous price and I wanted to get a second opinion. Getting a second opinion, these fixed my car at half price and the big thing that the other company said was trashed was actually just fine. Honest repairmen are gold.These guys were honest, worked fast and did a great job. Nailed it!

Lyles lost my appointment. Left my car, called in afternoon was told they were look at. Showed up at closing the owner said they hadnt had time to look at. Would not recommend this business. Took my car somewhere else.

I called Lyles at about 3:40 pm on 6/23/21. The guy who answered asked if I would hold, and I replied yes. After 7 minutes on hold I took the phone away from my ear for a second, the customer service said hello once and hung up before I could reply. I called back immediately and the call was answered immediately so I know there was not another call answered. This business will never get a dime of my business, I will go back to Marion tire.

They switched out my tire for a very reasonable price and got it done before I had to work.

Thought the pricing of the tire was a little on the high side, a $105.00 plus tax for a 16 tire for a dodge minivan but I needed it done and quickly and that they did do. The guy I dealt with which was Lyle or Kyle was very personable and polite overall not a bad business to deal with if you dont mind having to spend kinda top dollar for the product you need.

Went in to just get new tires, but the technician discovered a bad pressure sensor. You wont get this level of service at Walmart or some other chain. Great tires for a fair price and quality service go a long way.

I have been taking my cars to Lyles for a few years but this recent experience was awesome! I had a headlight that I thought just needed replaced. Turns out it was a whole control module. They called to find one, a dealer quoted them a price that was ridiculous!! They called around and found one for me about 1/8th of the price of the other!

I thought I had a leak in my tire but it turned out there was a Crack in my rim, they tried to order me a new one but it turns out they dont make that Gear rim to fit fords anymore. I didnt have a spare so they put one of their rims on my truck so I could have my rim fixed. Got my rim fixed and took it back to them and they got my rim and tire back on my truck and hooked me up with a spare. Awesome people. Thank you

I was so fortunate to find this shop when I got a nail in my tire hauling frozen food across the country. I was pulling a trailer behind my car. Instead of making me unhook the fully loaded trailer from the car, one of the employees, Jerry, came outside the shop in the rain after he found the nail and put it back on the car right there. Definitely a step above and beyond, unscheduled and at the beginning of the morning rush. Quality!

Dropped my car off per appointment. I called at noon to check on it and they didnt know it was there. Long wait but good mechanics.

Talked to them about ordering some tires online and having them shipped to their store to have them installed. They were happy to give me the ok to do so. Came back a couple days later and even though they was packed they still got my truck in and mounted my new rims and tires. Might have taken longer than normal but things happen and theres just no reason to get upset about anything.

Best and cheapest mechanics in town. My brake lines blew- went to brakes plus first. They said my brake pads are gone and would need to be replaced along with the rotators and lines at $1600. Had my car towed to lyle’s for $42 bucks and they fixed the brake lines for $214. When I asked the mechanic about the pads he said you have plenty of life on those pads and rotors and if I wanted to get them redone $225. Brakes plus lies and charges way too much. I will never go there again nor recommend. But lyle’s yes I highly recommend!

Best damn shop I’ve ever taken my vehicles to. They are honest and fast. I won’t take mine anywhere else.Hell they won’t even charge unless they actually have to fix something. That’s rare for most mechanics shops that try and invent problems to steal your money

Ive been going to Lyles Discount Tire since I have been driving. In those 10 years I have never had any problem with their services offered. Theyre quickly able to get in the tires you want and they price themselves fairly. The techs are also very down to earth and will answer any questions you may have respectfully and with more detail than necessary.

I had what sounded like a CV joint going bad on my vehicle. I took it to Lyles thinking it was going to be an expensive repair. It turned out a bolt had fallen out in a brake caliper and the loose part was making the noise. Lyles fixed it for less than $20.00. Anyplace else including the dealership wouldve said I need a new part or something else that wouldve become an expensive repair. The mechanics were honest and reliable for the vehicle repair. Ill go back and also have no problem recommending others to go there.

I checked around the CB and Omaha area and Lyles is inexpensive and offers great tires and mechanical service. They are very honest and quick.

I am not from the area and use Lyles for all of our automotive needs that they can handle. For the most part they have been very friendly and SUPER fast. Currently they are working on the heating core of our Jeep. This is a very long and expensive process. Chuck was amazing at helping me get the process started and giving me quotes. I called today to check on the progress and to see if we would have our vehicle back in order to go to work on Monday. Unfortunately I spoke with Lee, who is a total jerk. His response to my question on the progress was, I dont know, hes working on it. Apparently he has a ride to work on Monday and isnt paying for a rental on top of the $1,000+ they are charging us. I understand this takes a long time and the price is comparable to other places we checked, but Lee needs to take some queues from Chuck and be a little more responsive to customers. Thank you Chuck!!!

I got a new set of tires and shortly after I had a tire getting low. I took it in and they told me I had a nail and the got it fixed. They charged me the flat repair price and I left 2 days later to go out of state and the tire kept going low. When I returned from the trip I went right back to them and told them what the tire was doing and they checked it out. I was then told the tire had a hole in it and that there was no repair done on that tire. I then showed the guy my receipt and he said he wasn’t sure how it happened. I told him it’s easy to figure out. No one repaired the tire the first time!! He was going to charge me again, but I think he rethought that. If you get work done make sure you keep your receipt!!

Had a friend bring 2 tires to be mounted and balanced, they charged $50 per tire, then $3 for using a bankcard. Ridiculous pricing, they have no advertised price, so they charge what they feel like, it seems. This same person has been going here for years and never has been charged this much, I was planning on purchasing a set of tires for my truck, but after seeing what happened to her, I fear they would suddenly, and drastically raise the price after installation.

Honest mechanics! Ive taken my vehicle here twice now. The first time they fixed the issue for less than other area mechanics had quoted. The second time, I thought I needed brake pads, but the guys here let me know that my brakes were fine & only charged me for the oil change.

Absolutely horrible experience. So I took my car in last Saturday. I took it in and asked for 1 brake line. Then the Friday after I still havent gotten a call. The guy said he called 10+ times and that they had to replace 3 lines and my master cylinder. By the way the original price for the line was gonna be $75-$125. They went behind me without asking and installed more parts than I asked for. My new total was $340+. Needless to say I was furious. I payed them and went home. After I get home I go outside to go run an errand. I get in my car and my radio doesnt work. Im honestly as angry as can be right now. If you dont want the hassle go somewhere else. For regular maintenance I would get in touch with the guys at Rotors here in council bluffs. They wont screw you over and are all very kind. But that was my experience, never going back.

I bought tires here. Several months later I discovered a cross threaded wheel stud which cost me several hundred dollars to fix (Repairs were done at a different repair shop).

Staff was very friendly and genuinely interested in what is best for the customer. I had a screw in one tire which was close to the edge of the tread. While I walked in the door expecting to replace a tire, the mechanic recommend a patch was only a fraction of the cost of replacing the tire.
