For a convenience store, Bucky’s Express is extremely CLEAN! Gas prices are competitive but usually lower than other places. And unlike other places, it is high quality gas. They always have what I am looking for. I’ve met the managers and employees and they are always friendly.

I love Bucky! They always have great deals on beer and have plenty of food and snacks to pick from. The gas prices are great too! The store itself is always stocked with plenty to pick from and the employees are friendly and professional. Great place to get gas and shop!

We go to Bucky’s every week to fill up and get some snacks. The service is great, as are the prices. And yes, the bathroom is super clean. I can get in and out quickly and be on my way. Great job!

There is a Bucky’s by my work, so I go in a lot. I do get gas there, but I go for the food! They have outstanding meals to go. Sandwiches are always better when they make them! I can easily pick up any groceries I need and the beer is cheaper than at the grocery store! I love Bucky’s!

Bucky’s Express is a very nice spot for snacks and drinks and other stuff you would expect to find while making a pit stop. They also have nice selection of household items and personal hygiene products. A surprisingly large variety of items can be purchased here. The easy access to this place as well as the friendly environment keeps me coming back!

I like the two beverages for two-dollar deals that they have pretty often at Bucky’s. I bring my lunch to work every day but I always stop off for my lunch beverage. I think it is a great deal.

Bucky’s is great! It has everything we need in a pinch and it is a very clean store. The employees are always friendly and they keep the bathrooms clean! This is my go to for gas and weekend supplies!

Me and my buddy’s always get together on Friday nights for some beers and a good time. Everyone stops at Bucky’s to pick up some Budweiser and spicy chicken & cheese and the BBQ pork rib sandwich.

Getting up every morning with a cup of coffee is nice. When I run out, I run to Buckys for a fresh cup. Breakfast, coffee, and conversation.

Excellent new car wash! I had so many bugs from driving in from AZ and I was happy to find this place - only $14.99 for the best wash they had. My car is perfect - like an exterior detailing!

Getting out the door in the morning is challenging enough. Its nice to have coffee and gas in one stop on the way to work after getting kids off to school.

Every Gas station has diesel pump color green. Buckys is black. They are backwards to most every other station. It was a very costly mistake for us. $850 mistake. We had to immediately take our brand new 3500 ram to the dealership for repairs. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company for not displaying in bold signs about pumps.

I stop at Bucky’s every morning to get my breakfast. It is quick, easy, and convenient. They have the best muffins to choose from, and the coffee is just the right size for me. The staff is friendly as well.

I never pass a Bucky’s without stopping in for my coffee on my way to work. They have the best grab and run breakfast sandwiches and they are at a good price. I grab a 32 ounce cold fountain drink on my way back home.

Really like the location on 24th Street in Council Bluffs Iowa. I hate to see that Buckys sold out to Caseys Convenient Stores though.

I stopped to fill with gas on Sunday July 7th at approximately 3:00PM. After I filled I pulled away from the pumps to be out of the way for new customers, I went in the store to purchase a beverage and use the restrooms. The mens restrooms were absolutely not usable. There was water(urine) everywhere. The toilet bowels looked like they had not been flushed in a long time. They were filled with..... well. Not acceptable. I stood in a line 6 people deep to ask someone about the restrooms and if there was possibly a family restroom available to use. I was told there wasnt anything like that available. There was some talk among the people working that there was still a problem in the mens bathroom. I suggested that it might be good to put an out of order on the whole bathroom and not even let anyone in there as bad as it was. I was told they were busy with customers!! I guess filling my tank and moving the car out of the way in consideration of making room for more does not constitute being a customer. Terrible. Terrible unacceptable place. I think it is obvious i will never stop there again. I would recommend to all...try something different. I would not even give 1 star but it wont let me post with no star.

Womens bathroom was on the complete opposite end from the mens and kind of tucked away. Theres an outside door right next to the bathrooms as well. Felt sketchy during the day so I can only imagine how it would feel if stopping at night.

I worked for them and just left as of 7/22/17. They treated me so bad there. They dont care about their customers as I like to go the extra mile for my customers. I just got yelled at in front of a customer and Im fed up with it. The rudeness from the management is just unbelievable. Im a hard working g father and am saddened by this. But they publicly decided to belittle me in front of customers thats where I draw the line. I asked for the management opportunity that was going to be offered to me and the main manager said I have to wait 8 months to even think of management. I have been a manager for years in the hospitality industry and I wanted to be the change for buckys. Back to the drawing board. Sorry customers, I am too happy of a person to endure such treatment.UpdateThey are working on turning things around so give them a chance. I have hope for them.

Stopped here after a long drive. Everything was clean and the prices were great.

Im from out of town and was at sapp brothers truck stop waiting for my ride to pick me up. I decided to walk across the street because I saw the nice picnic table sitting outside of buckys. I sat down smoked a cigarette and made a phone call before I was gonna go in and get some food. The girl who was working came out and told me I had to leave because those tables were for paying customers only. So I went back to the truck stop and ate. Dont know the girls name because she wouldnt tell me but her manager was there also.it was June 8th at around 1pm. Rude

Excellent price on 87 octane fuel. Clean and spacious store. Convenient to I - 80.

Terrible customer service. I only rated this a 1 star so I could write this review but if I could, i would have rated it a 0. Other companies like Mega saver have way better customer service and way cheaper prices.

This Buckeys meesed my lotery ticket up twice ! Putting my cash on the wrong pump .new or not if they dont know thwy should ask for jelp! Get it together employees of buckey i 80 and council bluffs! Last time here

Steve Buchanan doesn’t care about his employees safety. For that reason, I will go out of my way to stay away from any Buckys.

Pump 20 doesnt work and employees are on the phone instead of taking care of clients.. plus when their told that the machines dont work, they act like they dont give a shiiiiit

The pay at the pump stations NEVER work. The staff are rude. Even with the petrol price being 10cents less than Omaha Ill pay the higher price to avoid this station.
