This has been the worst repair service ever! My refrigerator displayed an error message and a new part was ordered. The part arrived in the mail two days later but I was unable to get a repair technician until a month later. On Aug 2 a different technician put in the new part and left. He didnt remove the the old part, just left it on the kitchen floor and said if it errored again to unplug the fridge for 8 hours. Sounds crazy but thats exactly what happened, I unplugged the fridge overnight and the next day I tried to call the company to get another technician out to fix it. I was unable to reschedule a new appointment online as they were going to charge me again. I called several different numbers with no one able to help ( I always had the wrong department) in getting a return appointment. Finally, got a new appointment for another month out. I am sorry that I had signed up for the warranty program with this company but I really had no choice unless they were going to charge me an ungodly amount on the first visit. Still do not have my problem solved.

Call the number and ended up in the Philippines three times. Then called again and ended up in Mexico. And then called again and took the best they could give me for a freezer then went bad. One week later. Not happy. Gary poor customer service. Thats not what they promise on their website. I cant get anybody to respond in the United States.
