We paid the initial invoice and about a week later received a updated letter telling us there was a glitch and we were over charged for refrigerant with a check for the over payment! Great place for heating and air service Steven came out to service furnace and thought we needed a new one. Turns out the meter he had was bad and came all the back out 35 miles a day later with a different meter and turns out we didn’t need one after all!! What a fine company for having someone like him on board give this guy a raise and promotion!!

Justin was sent out on a Sunday to help us. I have no doubt that we ruined his day off but he never showed that. He called me after being dispatched and let me know what time to expect him and he arrived as he said he would. He was very courteous, quickly found the problems, and got our home heated back up. Emergency hours pricing was way better than other places I called as well.

Wonderful HVAC company to work with! We had a problem with our furnace on a Saturday night and they were there within an hour. We ended up needing to replace our system and they did an amazing job working with our schedule, completed the job within 1 day, and cleaned up so well after themselves that you would not have know they had been there.

Great service, very professional. We just had them intall a new heat pump/ac unit and the entire experience was great. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Aire Serv was great to work with during the entire process. They were able to come out and service my ac unit within a couple days and then we decided to replace, they were able to fit us in the following week. I called Aire Serv for a furnace inspection and repair and they came out the same day! Quality work, I highly recommend these guys.

Dont use anyone else if your air conditioning goes out and you live in Council Bluffs. They were there within two hours of calling on one of the hottest days of the year, they were fast and efficient, not to mention affordable. Thank goodness we didnt end up going with Burton like we were planning, they made us wait around all day and were going to charge just for coming out to the residence.

Heater broke. They came very quickly after I called and was very friendly. Quickly figured out the problem was and since I didnt have the money for the full fix showed me how to keep it going until payday (wall thermostat has a bad connection).This is the type of service that will keep me coming back.

We had very prompt, professional service on a holiday! Travis called within five minutes of our message and explained when we could expect a technician to arrive. When Mark arrived- even sooner than promised - he immediately diagnosed the problem and was informative as he explained each step of the repair process. After checking, he realized we even needed batteries for our control panel, and he provided those, as well. He did not leave until he was certain that our unit was working. What a positive experience! We will continue to use AirServ! Excellent!

Came home on Sunday June 30th and it was 90 degrees in my house. I went online and searched for heating and cooling 24 hour service and came across Aire Serv and gave them a called. When I got a call back I was told they would not be able to come out that same day even though they advertise 24 hour service. I give them ZERO stars, but it would not let me post this without selecting one star. I would never use this company for anything.

AC broke down, Called Sunday night, got a fast response, Monday morning Aire Serve was here and had it fixed withing 45 minutes, Great price and problem solving. Very nice to work with in this area. Our AC went out sometime on memorial day so I called Travis around 8:30 he had his service teck (Mark) out by 11 & the air going again by 11:30. Mark was great & price was fair for holiday service.

Mark and Airserv have always been prompt and accommodating when we need their services and although we have had trouble in the past with solving the issues with our HVAC system, their service has been appreciated. Jane at the office is always prompt and courteous with her communications as well.

A total ripoff. Threatening me with a mechanics lien because I wont pay to have something fixed that TRAVIS at AIRE SERV BROKE. This was due to incompetence entirely, and a lack of experience with geo-thermal. They have lost a customer for good, and their greed is despicable.They installed a new geothermal and broke a valve during install. This made the system noisy since install, but since I didnt know much about geo-thermal, I assumed it was normal but annoying. It was pretty noisy. When a plumber came by to work on something else, he informed me that the geothermal was SUPPOSED to be quiet, and I should call the HVAC company back to fix it right. Well they came back, replaced the flow center under warranty, they charged me hundreds of dollars in labor to fix what THEY BROKE on install. You would think that they would treat a customer who spent $30,000 on an install a bit better, right? NOPE. Greed. They are NOT to be trusted.
