Great experience. Reservation was easy and exactly what I expected from the website. Truck was just as expected. I love the low deck height. Definitely use this place. They did have some Sunday hours which was helpful for our travels and schedule. Stacey even gave me her cell number in case we were running late, she is AWESOME!!! They definitely go above and beyond!!

Friendly staff and super quick. My trailer was ready to go, one employee hooked it to my car while another employee completed the paperwork. I was in and out in 5 minutes and it took 30 seconds to return the trailer. This location offered the best uhual experience Ive had.

At the time I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul rental, no one was there, no one answered the phone and no one ever showed up. Had to cancel my reservation and find another place

I rented a uhaul last week, my first time doing so, and both Stacy and Victoria went above and beyond to help me in this time of major transition in my life. And Jim made sure I was comfortable with the truck and all my questions were answered before driving out of the lot. These people are real, care about whats best for their customers, service you quickly so you can get on with what you need to do, and know how to run a successful business. There is no way to explain how AMAZING AND WONDERFUL these two are! They both went above and beyond to help me when I rented a truck too small & then had to piggy back a trailer! Not to mention I dropped the keys to my lock in their parking lot, not knowing til I got home! They searched- found & then returned them with a lanyard taped to a rock for me so I dont lose them again! Best people ever!!!

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had during this corona-crisis. Stacy arranged our contactless check out, made sure we felt safe in these stressful times, was friendly and just a dream to deal with. Its so nice to find businesses that can adapt. Hopefully we will all get through this in one piece. If ever you need to rent anything from Uhaul in the cottonwood area, use this business. If there were more stars, theyd get them

I moved to Sedona in June, 2018 to a temporary location. Then a couple of weeks later, I moved into my new home. I used this Uhaul location both times. They were very friendly, professional, helpful and considerate since I was new to town and still unfamiliar with the city. They made me feel welcome and right at home. Thank you so much for your kindness. Ill definitely use them again should I need moving assistance in the future.
