Way over priced for a conventional oil change. Normal price $67 and change with my 50% off coupon I still paid $33 and change. The guys did a good job but 3 employees for a oil change is a bit much. I think Ill stick to the dealer they are cheaper and 5,000 miles in between oil changes not 3,000 miles!

I called to find out pricing...they were very nice and even texted me a 10 dollar off coupon. Got there within 20min of hanging up the phone and they were closed.. not cool!!

Fast! I was in and out. However, $111 for a synthetic oil change is ridiculous. I’ve been to various valvoline instant oil change locations and never paid anywhere near that much. Way overpriced. I paid $85 for the exact same service in September 2020 at Valvoline instant in Denver, NC. Would not recommend this location.

Ive been here many times and the service has always been phenomenal. The pricing is fair, and typically slightly less than other places for my car. I also like the fact that you stay in your car, they guide you in, change your oil, you pay, then you drive out. Its fast, efficient, and has always been a good experience.

I drove right in. The staff was great and really appreciated the double checks they did before I drove away. Used a Groupon coupon and there were no issues at all. Only had to pay sales tax. Will definitely use this place for a my vehicles.

If I had known that having 2 cars ahead of me meant that I was going to be there 2.5 hours before I got in for an oil change I never would have stayed. The prices are higher than others and at the same time they take waaaaaay longer than just setting an appointment for walmart to change your oil.

These guys take pride in their work and have gone above and beyond in the past, but outdid themselves on my most recent visit. The manager, Nate, is a killer example of fantastic customer service! You guys rock!!!

When I arrived staff greeted me immediately and offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited. The oil change and vehicle check was very thorough. Staff worked really well together. Very professional, hard working group. My go-to oil change spot now.

Fast, efficient friendly service that Ive become accustomed to at Valvoline. Service tech came straight out to greet me as I pulled up to inform me it would only be a few minutes wait. After about 5 minutes I was guided in and they began my oil change. As always they were professional and worked as a team. And as usual after the oil change they bring the dipstick from the engine to the window of the drivers side and show you the full level with clean oil on it. Mr Hart was very friendly and the team did a great job.

Service was fine, but... We purchased a Groupon for the service while in line outside the building. After clicking on the Groupon to provide it to the clerk ( now no longer refundable ) we were informed that the price had been increased and the owner had not notified Groupon. What? So we had to pay an additional $5 to them. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Use caution with these guys.

+JMJ...Thursday, 23 January 2020...Absolutely delighted with the service provided to change the oil in my car!! It was my first visit and not knowing what to expect outside of an oil change, I was pleasantly surprised by all that was provided: Tire pressure check, filter check, fluid checks, lights and signals check. And, surprise of surprises, I was to remain in my car the entire time! 😊 It took less than 30 minutes for everything. Additionally, all the staff were very courteous and informative offering superior customer service. Though a little pricier than my oil change at another place, I am going to consider returning for my next oil change and will give consideration to having other maintenance done on my car. I will give high recommendations about Valvoline Instant Oil Change to anyone in need of their type of services. Job very well done! 👍

Ahhh great place for a quickie, oil change in and out in less than 30 minutes and got the good old 4x4 serviced. Oh and if you need to eat and arent from the area. Just ask the group has the best places to eat. When ever you travel ask a local.

When changing the oil on my Benz the employee didnt tighten the cap down and I had oil spewing out on to the front of my engine, but they are ASE certified lol NAH UH !!!

So I was at the gas station and my car wouldn’t start. Before I called a tow I looked around and remembered I had gotten my oil changed at Valvoline a few weeks prior. I held off on the tow truck and walked the half block over to valvoline.Conner’s crew are 1000% professionals! The whole experience felt like a race car in a pit stop! They checked all my fluids and sent me off smiling.Back to my car that wouldn’t start, I approached the garage and Brandon grabbed his gear and drove me in his truck to my car.He determined that it was the battery, gave me a jump and my car started right up! Then I went to Valvoline and they swapped out the battery in 10 minutes.I’m going on a road trip tomorrow and these guys saved me from possibly breaking down in the desert.I will always be a customer and highly recommend Brandon, Conner and the whole crew.Thanks guys!!!!!!

You have a hole in your roof. The shingles are gone in one spot. Better get that sorted out before the monsoon hits. I can see it from the hotel behind you where I’m staying. I tried to call but it was after hours and you have no message option on your phone.

I wont be back. On my last visit an employee got in my new car with her greasy boots on and got black grease all over my carpet floor mats and the carpet beside it. We had gone to eat, and hadnt stayed with the car. To make it worse, after the damage was discovered, they then placed a new paper mat on top of it in hopes I wouldnt discover it. This plan worked since I didnt remove the mat until I got home. They were closed by then so I called the manager who had been on duty the next day. (Monti) Not sure of spelling. He said he was aware of the damage done and had reprimanded the employee who had done it. (He didnt explain why he allowed it to be covered up!) He then promised he would speak to the owner and take care of it either with new mats or a professional cleaning. I never heard from them again. They have become way too pricey anyway. Now they wont hear from me or my money again...

I’ve normally had good experiences here, however last time One of the techs knocked two vacuum hoses loose while changing my oil, and then the car would not start to leave. They kept saying it had something to do with a belt, which I knew it did not because I knew it was either the fuel or compression. Anyways my husband put it back together after it took some time to leave there. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back for a while.

1 start because the mechanic I talked to was actually pretty nice. But when they told me it would be $99 BEFORE taxes for an oil change on my mini cooper I almost laughed in their face. They tried saying it was because I needed synthetic oil and a special filter. Well walmart does the exact same thing for $45 AFTER taxes. Id suggest anyone looking into an oil change to just go to walmart. More than 50% cheaper; sure there might be a longer wait time but at least you can spend that extra $50 on groceries while your getting your oil changed.

Got my oil changed yesterday by Josh and Darrell. They were both so charming and friendly I caught myself smiling for no apparent reason. I know nothing about cars, can barely even drive, but, for the first time ever, my husband asked me to get the oil change. So, when Josh and Darrell starting asking whether I wanted supreme service, upgraded oil, new air filter etc....I had no clue about these things. I just looked confused and said, dont sell me anything my husband will say we didnt need. AND THEY DID NOT! My husband totally approved the receipt Thanks guys! Refreshing change from all the rip offs in life. Happy day!

They are fast and friendly. Yes, they do try to sell you extra stuff but if you say no, they drop it and dont try to pressure you. Yes, you do get a sticker which will suggest you change the oil after only 3 thousand miles but if you are in any newer car, the car is going to tell you when you should get an oil change. So ignore the sticker and enjoy the service.

Even though they were out of the filter size and could not change the oil on my car, they were friendly, helpful, and checked the readout on an engine light. They even offered me 25% off an oil change if I returned Monday when the had the correct filter size in.
