I have been going to Reese for a long time. Yesterday I pulled in, they looked at my van and said, yes you need brake pads and rotors. They didnt know how long it would take, when in comes Adam and says, Ill do your job before I go to lunch. I was so happy. Thank you Adam and thank you Reeses Tire and Auto. They never fail to take good care of me and my vehicles. Id reccomend them any time.

I have purchased tires in the past and was pleased with the price and service at Reeses.Today was an oil change. Very pleased with their ability to accommodate me on short notice. They also allowed me to supply the oil and filter, charging me for the labor.The tech, Steven, was great. At my request, he took pictures of the oil filter location. I usually do my own oil and filter changes, but have been procrastinating on this new to me old car. Reeses will get to do this oil change again. The cartridge type filter is a nuisance to change on the Olds Intrigue w/o a lift.

Had a nail in my tire... drove in and in less than 30 minutes and $25 drove out, tire fixed.They also checked pressure in all four tires but what truly impressed me was they hand torqued the lug nuts to mfg specs!Ill be back here for new tires for sure.Also, the waiting area is about the nicest car repair waiting area Ive been in.

Tire pressure light came on; so took my car to Reeses to check for problem. Found I had a small nail in one of my tires. Within 10 minutes, they fixed my tire, checked the other 3 to ensure all were at correct pressure. Best automotive place for car service & repairs in the area. Reese’s staff was so polite, and the oil change cost me about $20 less than I thought it would. They did everything within an hour, and my vehicle is a specialty outfitted tiny home, so the efficiently was unbelievable! I’m very happy with the service.

A mishap developed.when they went to take the dip stick out to check the Oil, the plastic handle sheared right off the metal dip stick. The metal dip stick is now STUCK instead the tube. They recommended I not drive the car that may dislodge the tubing thst will then ness up the engine big time. So I left the car there and they will see what they can do to get the metal dip stick out of the tube QUICKLY and a new dip stick put in its place. Looking for Reeses to take ownership of the problem therefore there would be no cost to me! The gross inconvenience was bad enough.Thank you!

What an awesome place! Huge thanks to Steven who came out to fix my tires which solved the problem! It was a tire pressure problem (from another tire company) which caused the rear to sway. I scheduled an alignment, but Steven came out and figured out the problem before my appointment. I went in the office and Barb said to drive it down the street and see if the problem is fixed. She was right! The problem was solved and they didnt charge me!! They could have easily kept the appointment and charged me but they didnt. Im blown away and grateful to have them in Verde Valley! You have a customer for life with that move!

Barb and the entire team at Reeses are true life savers. I had gotten my truck fixed in the Valley a week prior to my camping trip up to Cottonwood. When I returned from a hike, I noticed oil dripping below my truck. The rangers at the State Park recommend I head over to Reeses. Long story short; I pull my truck in about 15 minutes prior to closing, they put it up on a lift, do a quick inspection, top off my oil and took the time to explain what the situation was - she even sent me photos. I didnt end up getting work done at the shop, but wouldnt hesitate bringing my vehicle back to this shop in the future if needed. It was so nice to have them lend a helping hand when they requested nothing in return. There are still honest people and shops out there - Reeses is one of them. Thank you for helping me out!

Today, Reese’s exceeded my expectations for speediness and gracefulness from start to finish. When I called, I was greeted with a friendly welcoming voice. Once I arrived, my check in was fast and efficient. My tire was fixed and I was out the door 30 minutes faster than the wait time estimated at a competitor up the street. Great service, comfortable lounge for waiting, efficiency, what more could you want? Good job!

Every time I’ve been in, everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Justin and Barb are who I worked with and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs. They have done great work, even with odd jobs, and throw in discounts when they can. Also, they have always told me the truth about what’s going on. Reeses Tire Pro did an excellent job for us. We had previously had a problem with the valve stem extensions on the dual wheels on our motorhome coming loose, and the tire going flat or losing air.Avery removed all six tires, removed the rubber valve stems, and replaced them with brass stems of the proper length for each tire, to allow easy access for checking and adding air when necessary. Avery was also able to bend the brass stems for the two outside wheels so they were accessible without having to use flexible or curved extensions.It was the perfect solution we were seeking. His work was very quick and efficient, taking about 1.5 hours, and the price was much more reasonable than we expected.We are totally happy with their work!

Being from out of town just passing through but need front alignment for tire wear lost a day at Tire Pro in Camp Verde and then set an appointment at JonesFord for today after they said they could do it, to get lame excuse of why they couldn’t do my front alignment- This team @ Reese’s was great highly recommend and don’t waste your time else where

Came in with a troubled tire on a new vehicle. They detected a nail that it damaged the sidewall. They warned us about having them replaced. Put a spare tire on. Didn’t charge us a single penny. All I can say is WOW! I stopped in to Reese’s because I was in desperate need of two tires.. I plan on getting new tires and rims but life happens and I had two on the front with the cord starting to show.. not quite ready for the tire upgrade but I had to get a couple tires to hold me over a bit longer.. plus I needed an alignment. Well they couldn’t do the other service that day. But they found me two decent tires, unmatching but still in good shape. Put them on I scheduled another appointment for breaks, oil and alignment, when I asked what my bill was for two tire mounted balanced etc I got told nothing! Can you believe it? 0 zilch, nadda! Never in my life have I received something tike that from an auto mechanic! It’s usually oh and you need this and that and more of this.. more money more money and you don’t trust half of what your told! But they put them on abd charged me nothing., so I tipped out the mechanic said thanks! I’ll see ya later and I’ll go back again and again! Thanks Reese’s tire and auto! You earned a customer for life!

The service and price was excellent.They quoted a price and kept to that price.The work order for my car was not ready when I arrived so I had to wait longer. There could be improvements in staff communication so that my experience was smoother.Overall I would return for future service.They are knowledgeable and fair.

Had my Shocks and Struts replaced at Reese’s. They ended up finishing it almost an hour quicker than they initially quoted and for nearly $70 less than their initial quote. Not only did they beat their own quote but they were nearly $300 cheaper than Big O! Very friendly and professional staff. I’d definitely go back to Reese’s in the future.

I am very disappointed with the service to the A/C of my car, in 4 years I have to go and refill the gas on my A/C of my car for the third time, I called them an d=complained because last year I asked them to check for leak, they said there was no leak, I trusted them and this year the same thing happens, they tell me it is normal to have to refill every year, I just told them I dont believe because of my experience, I have had many cars, I am a senior and this never happened to me or anyone in my family, I really am telling you what happened to me, be aware of the service you get! I had recently had a full brake job with new rotors at my home mechanic. Now, on a 2000 mile vacation trip I was hearing a chirping coming from a rear wheel and wanted to be certain nothing was wrong.A test drive in the parking lot with the mechanic confirmed which wheel was making noise. A few minutes later the wheel was off and the offending metal clip which was rubbing was off and shown to me. The mechanic explained that a tab on the clip appeared to have been bent during the original brake pad installation and could be fixed by straightening out with pliers. 15 minutes later I had paid my bill and resumed my vacation.Extremely pleasant Service Manager and mechanic to work with.

Took my car their for work through a 3rd party, but t h.c e 3rd party refuse to pay the $1100 dollars to replace the intake manifold on our car and flush the cooling system. The claims company, American Auto Shield, claims an intake manifold is part of the exhaust system????. Anyways, Reese a Tire and Automotive were patient with us, especially Barb in the service department. She even called AAS ans explained the situation for 25 minutes, to no avail. I would recommend Reeses Tire to anyone

They were great! I had a 9 a.m. appointment for an alignment. Person in front of me was late showing up and I was early. I still got out of there within an hour. The price was exactly what they had said it would be. Thank goodness no additional work was needed. Ive been going to Reeses 4 almost 10 years and always had great and fair service.

Reese’s went out of their way for a quick fix close to closing last year so I returned when I needed new tires today. Quick, friendly and not once did I feel like a “woman at a mechanic shop” I won’t go anywhere else now.

I have been to Reeses several times since moving to Cottonwood. I have ALWAYS received excellent service. They take the time to explain things to you, not condescending in any way. The prices are very fair. They are kind, knowledgeable and quick. I recommend them to everyone. If you want quality service, this is the place to go.

We were visiting from St. Louis. Made an appointment the day before. They have outstanding customer service and are an honest shop. If your looking for a trustworthy place to go.....this is it. Everyone here was polite and informative. I would choose this shop over any in the entire state to be honest.

Had oil change, tire rotation and balance done at this shop. They were professional and curious at a fair price. Id go here again. I checked oil level when we got home, and it was at or just above the high oil level mark, which is good!! Most places skimp just a bit on oil for every car to save big $ at the end of the day, week, month. This shop did it right.

Brought my car in for diagnostic, the front end was wobbly during turns and when applying the breaks. Made an appointment with Barb and was told bearings/axles needed to be replaced the day I dropped it off, I was told it would take about a week all in all given the schedule and the amount of time needed to do the job. Got a call two days later that the parts had come in early and they were able to get me in earlier and the car was ready to go! Picked the car up from Jaren and Barb. They were both friendly and professional during the whole process. This is the second time I’ve had them do repairs on my vehicle and no complaints about the service or the staff. This is definitely my new local shop for repairs

Reese’s tire pros was one of my best auto shop experiences ever. They were able to help me out with an alignment check and wheel replacement and tire mounting. I don’t have a permanent address in this location and was able to have a matching rim shipped directly to the shop. After the alignment check and new wheel mounting I was told that the alignment was good and only charged for the tire and wheel mounting. Great customer service all around and very transparent and cooperative staff. Thanks.

Reeses shop is the reason my car is running like a champ even though it has 174k miles and probably should have been put out to pasture a while ago. They give practical advice, solutions and what they fix STAYS fixed. Repairs have included struts & tie rod ends, oil pressure switch, transmission pan, brakes, oil pan gasket, radiator, alignments, new tires, and routine oil changes. Going to the mechanic is not a fun errand, but Jason, Chris and the rest of their team do their best to make sure you are back on the road quickly, and safely.
