I’ve been going exclusively to Brian & Julie for almost 20 yrs for my automotive repair and maintenance needs, and I couldn’t be happier. They exude confidence and professionalism and put you at ease. I feel very privileged to be able to have a shop like this available to me while living in such a rural and remote area.

Julie and Brian are always there to help and fix your vehicle with the highest quality work. This is a much better place to take you car to be repaired than a dealer or back yard operation. I trust Brians judgment on what needs to be done to fix problems the right way.

They lie, they yell at you and they have a bill figured out on warranty work without even looking at anything. Worst experience ever!

I have a Jeep Wrangler and live in Sedona where the trails are jeep eaters so you know I need a good mechanic all the time .. Brian is better than good ..He’s the best ...thank you for getting me out on the trail and back ..

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never had work completed here as I’ve been turned away at the front counter twice. I found the customer service to be rude and condescending! A sharp response of “he won’t touch that” or “he’s too busy” are the responses I’ve been given. I’ll never recommend this shop to anyone I know. Find a place that treats potential customers with a little more courtesy and respect.

Auto Fixation is the best, most professional and honest repair shop I have ever dealt with. The owner Bryan and his wife are super people. Bryan has done a lot of major work on my car and its always perfect. They use the highest quality parts, the work is done right the first time. I highly recommend them.

Sorry to read the bad review. I guess anyone can have a negative experience just about anywhere. Ive been using Auto Fixation for a couple of years now, and am happy with them. They do good work, dont inflate the repair beyond what is needed, and are affordable, which is a real plus in this area. Julie, at the front desk, is super friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond what would be expected. (She is the wife of the owner.) I definitely recommend them.

From Chandler, was in area for anniversary when car overheated. So very thankful to Julie for fitting us in, being reasonably priced and turning the car around in 4 days. Totally recommend!

Auto Fixation has treated me right every time I have been in there. I have been recommended to them by numerous people. When considering additional modifications to my lifted Tacoma they provided me honest and clear advice about what challenges could arise and how to get around them.Ill be calling them today to schedule my new brakes to be ordered.

Went there for a price on putting on fan belt they will Not install your new partsEven a belt very rude ...went to AutoZone they put in on in the parking lot for me wow ....thats customer service! Dont goAuto Fixation for anything

I have been a regular customer at Autofixation for several years. They have always done good work and they stand by it. They have worked on everything from a 78 CJ to a 2007 Highlander for me.

They do it all, and they do it well.

Ive finally found an auto mechanic I can trust to do a good job at a fair price.

The owner of this business is RUDE and EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!!! Serioiusly GO ANYWHERE ELSE but to this woman!!! I dont know how she stays in business!!!! Its honestly HORRIBLE!!!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! And the repairs are cheaply done, with low cost products!!!!

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone very rude no patients.
