Henry did a really nice job on my nails. It was very clean inside and they were on time for their appointment with me. I really liked how they did not yell at each other across the room. The employees were very polite. I dont understand why they dont have prices posted but I verified my charge before my service.

It seems like they prefer you to make an appointment but still have walk ins welcome sign up. I went in to get a simple eyebrow wax that takes 5 minutes and would have gladly waited my turn. The girl asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no, that I just wanted a quick wax. She said, I’m busy right now. Then rephrased to, I’m busy all day. Okaaay. I just think it’s misleading to say walk ins welcome but both times I’ve been there it seemed necessary to have an appointment. Say what you need but don’t be irritated that I didn’t make an appointment when there is a sign clearly stating walk in’s welcome.

I came here once before in 2018 to get my eyebrows waxed. I came 20 minutes before they closed and the lady acting as a receptionist was going to service me but then an older Asian man looked at me and spoke in their native tongue and then the lady said, Im sorry were closed. I left but I was offended. I thought they did that because I am Black and I vowed to never go there again. Today I went in for a pedicure. I told myself to let the past go and think the best of them. I called for an appointment and went. Another lady came at the same time as me and I didnt hear if she had an appointment or not

$20.00 Mani. Not worth $2.00. She got up & down, didn’t clean under nails, slapped on polish & done. I had an appointment but had to wait. How have they stayed in business? Dirty table.

Was so excited to get a mani-pedi, first in a year because of Covid. Poor job! They did not scrub foot callouses at all, and did not file and smooth tops of nails to help keep polish from chipping. They used to. I wont go back.

My mom and I went and the lady that did them was terrible! She did my acrylic so thin that in 2 days I broke a nail the gel polish is chipped on both of our nails and she over charged a lot 70$ for 2 fills is ridiculous I recommend n&n nails instead!

3 people got nails done at same time.2 were happy 1 had young lady to do hers and went away unhappy. No massage on legs finger nails had spots un finished.

Covid precautions took, got an amazing pedi and mani with my cousin. Loved the massage chairs and friendly staff.

I’ve never been so displeased!! The younger woman was very rude. She wouldn’t do what I asked for, she wanted to charge extra for any little detail. I wanted long nails coffin shaped and she wouldn’t do that. I will never go back.

Poor customer service. Nails just ok. They were not dry but made me leave. Left nail color on my skin.

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures & 3 manicures. Upon arrival, the woman said that she would not be able to do my full set. Three minutes later she took a walk in... The younger woman was rude. She didn’t want to help us and ultimately I ended up leaving without a manicure or a pedicure. My friend that did get the manicure was not happy with the work at all & she got charged $20 extra because she wanted long nails.

I got a nail fungus in 5 fingernails from a manicure from this salon.

I requested set of acrylic nails, coffin shape, ombre pink and white. There is only one female who does nails, she informed me she doesnt do ombre and medium length nails. She only does short nails. She explained it would cost $60 for a full set, if they are medium length. I said that it was okay. She once again stated she doesnt do medium coffin shape ombre nails. I was very disappointed that the nail tech dictates to the paying client what type of nail style and length she will do. I was nice, I thanked her for her time wished her a good day and cancelled my nail and pedi appointment. I heard that the former owners left and someone else owns the nail salon now. I was just very disappointed and will get my nails and pedi done somewhere else in town.

Looks can be deceiving! They put plastic in pedicure bowl. Looks clean but how often do they change it? They dont sterilize well. Ive had my nails done for over 20 years, lived in 4 states, never got a fungus until I went here.

I made an appointment and it was my parents and I and my mother is on oxygen and they turned us away because of the oxygen. We have been there before and they know my mother is on Oxygen but they said not with whats going on will they take us. Very rude. I will not ever go back.

This place was DISGUSTING. The attitude you get is disgusting, the salon itself was disgusting/filthy. They flat out REFUSE to do what you ask and pay for, they do whatever they want, not what you ask for. The nails that do actually get done are ugly, lumpy, misshapen, flat, wide, filed to bleeding, horrible polish job and just plain gross. As are the tables, pedi spas, floor, and personalities.I promise you- if you like pretty nails- DONT GO HERE!!!!

I just left this place! I’m Black African woman, I was treated so badly in this place. When I walk in this I knew something wasn’t right, the way the staff at the reception desk was looking at me. When I got to the pedicure bowl the water was extremely hot and no bubbles. I ask to be seated somewhere else and she stated that they don’t bubbles. Now mind you there another lady in there getting her pedicure done too and she look confused to why will they said that to me. I just left and went to the nail shop in Walmart. What they don’t know about me is that I work in a spa as spa coordinator. Put it this way if I ever treated someone like they treated me at the #1 destination spa in the United States! I will be fired!

Refused to do designs on my toes. Said they didnt have time. Then wouldnt do a different color on my ring finger and a small mickey head on my middle finger, they said that was too much. They are a nail salon, thats what they do, or I should say supposed to do. Have tried this place a few times. Will NEVER go back!!!

Dont waste your money. I called to see if they had an opening at 5, they said yes. Once I got there they said they didnt have time. I was ready for a full set, and it seemed like they werent busy. So I ended up leaving and heading to Sedona to get my nails done. This is my 2nd experience here and wont be back.

This place tells u whatever u want to hear but once ur in the chair u realize they dont understand a word u said. They were rough and very rude my tips came out shorter than my original nails, oh and what nail salon doesnt hv the color PINK. Cindys Nails behind Cloud 9 fix everything for me now Im her customer for life...

Dont judge a book. This place looks nice but the staff are quite possibly the rudest people Ive ever encountered. Plus, Mediocre manicures. Ive been here a few times because im an optimist. But i always leave disappointed.

Terrible Customer service you ask to buy a gift card. You have card in hand to purchase the gift card. They walk away and no one seem to care unless you walk out. Never again.
