Ive only been there twice now. Both were pedicures.Mary is a nice lady, and shes a hard worker.I dont think Id go back, though. I mostly do my own pedicures because I do mine best 😉She doesnt take off all the old polish, and that really bugs me. I even brought it to her attention, and she just kept on going...hence the stars.

Worst experience of my entire life. i didn’t know nails could even get this bad. she kept saying she does them different and everyone else is wrong. she didn’t understand what i wanted and i had to spend 20 minutes just explaining for her to do it wrong. she drilled me for two hours and it burned so bad. she drilled off all of the bottom of the tip and all of my skin on my fingers😐 it’s so clumpy and gross and ugly and crooked and all different shapes. i probably wouldn’t be so mad if she was at least nice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I was so happy to have found someone open on Sunday, especially since Im from out of town. As soon as I walked in the door she was very welcoming & friendly. She was able to do a full set right then. The quality of work is top notch!!! Ill definitely be going back to her for the 14 weeks Ill be here working.

Mary is great! I got my finger nails gel-polished and my brows waxed. Then, my daughter and I returned to get pedicures. It was a wonderful experience. Mary was professional, gentle and fun to talk with as shes lived in many cities in the U.S. Youll be in good hands (or, your feet and hands will be well taken care of) with Mary. She recommends appointments but we were able to walk right in! Thanks Mary - well be back!

This place was extremely dirty and not like any professional nail salon that Ive ever been in. I was there for a dip on my nails and it was evident that she did not have much experience with dipping. I even asked her if she would be more comfortable if I went someplace else to fix them as I could see her becoming frustrated. She said she could do it. She used dirty tools and put gel coat over my dipping without buffing the glitter dip smooth. Cost $45 and I still had to go somewhere else to fix them. Will never go there again!

Mary fit me in last minute at the end of the day and did an amazing pedicure and waxed my eyebrows. Not only did she take the time to make sure I liked my brows, she was an absolute delight to talk with. If I wasnt just passing through town, I would definitely be back! Thank you, Mary!

After a horrible and traumatic experience with another nail salon, this place helped me regain my faith in nail salons. The owner took her time with my nails to make sure I was happy with the service. She did a great job and I will definitely be returning.

Very rude owner! She said I was rude for asking questions and taking a call from my sister. Ive had my nails done in 4 different states but she kept hounding the fact they use cheap powder in California. It didnt matter what I said, she didnt change her attitude and told me I could leave after I said I felt uncomfortable. Ive never been spoken to that way by someone who Im paying to perform a service for me. Im calming down with a nice mocha. ..life is still good!

Paid $200 for two peoples acrylics. she didnt even get them close to the deign.

Worst experience ive ever had. Ive neve been to school or owned a business but i damn sure could have done alot better at my nails and running the business. First off her nail polish all of it needs to be thown out. Its looks 100 years old and is sticky like its old. I called and asked how much for mani pedi gel she said 15 and 25. By the time she was done it look horrible. They wer spot with no pollish and its not freaking gel. When we were ready to pay i didnt say anything until she told me i owed 75 dollar. I told her id give her a bad reveiw and she said you better watch out i have my girls on tge street looking for you. I called the cops and left. I will try to post a picture of the 75 dollar nails i could have done.

I had so fun going with my sisters going to Marys she did a great job and I definantly recommend her. She did our eyebrows and nails and not only did they come out great but everyone had so much fun!

2 tables for nails2 chairs for pedicures, not massage chairsbut the massage she gave me on my feet and legs felt good.There is a washer and dryer in the room which I thought was kind of odd.Not a huge selection for nail polish colors12:30 on a Tuesday only one person working, she didnt come off as rude just very quiet but Im not a talker so I didnt mind. She cut the dead skin off my toes, but didnt cut to deep or hurt me. Did a good job at painting my toenails, wasnt sloppy or messy at all.When theres a breeze you can smell the fish in there. Not fancy at all or super clean but wasnt a terrible experience. She doesnt clean the tools afterwards, just puts them back into the tray.

The lady that did mine and my friends nails was very rude and told me I would have to pay $5 extra for a cm longer on my nails. She told me she does not tell people prices until they come in and her sign has a completely different price then what she charged me. She charged me $35 for just coloring my nails and they are the worst nails I have ever gotten. Definitely will never go back there!

Ive been to many places around cottonwood but Top Nails by Mary is definitely the place to go to when you want your nails done great 💅🏽 I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

If I could leave zero stars or negative stars, I would. Mary does good enough work but she’s extremely rude and insulting to customers. Go if masochism is your thing — she will tell you everything that’s wrong with you!

The place was very dirty, as were her products. I asked for nail dipping, and after more than an hour she had to start all over! It was basically a nightmare, would not recommend this place

Worst experience ever on top of the fact that she was super rude. I went in with gel nails and she tried to tear It Off like it was acrylic and when I made a comment she got really rude and I ended up leaving because she was unwilling to do it correctly. On top of all that she wanted to charge me $30 for a manicure and polish! Dont waste your time.

Mary does a good job, she does it all on her own, so make an appointment.

Apparently she doesn’t want to run the air conditioning and is all by herself doing the nails so don’t come with a friend

When I called the nail salon she had a very rude attitude and would not say any of her prices when I asked if she could do clear acrylic nails she said “oh no I don’t do that why would you want those ugly nails” and proceeded to talk bad about the clear acrylic nail trend.

Just called to see what the price for gel nails were and she said I cannot tell you, I do it all the time and will be nice ok?What? What the hell??????

She was very kind and actually tried to have a conversation. She took her time and my nails have never looked better 😘
