I needed to get my ring resized up a size and a half and I’m so happy I chose to get it done here! It was done in 2 days and looks beautiful. They were so nice and friendly here. I will continue to use them for any jewelry repairs. They also have beautiful jewelry here so I will definitely be using them for future jewelry purchases!!

This is the second repair Galina has done for me. The first was a favorite pair of earrings which were like new again. This time a ring which had lost a stone. They took great care to find a stone that matches as closely as possible. Its shown in this photo, but almost impossible to tell the difference. They are perfectionists in their work and highly professional. I recommend them for both new jewelry and repairs.

I went to get a chain for my new cross. It was the day before Valentines Day so the store was understandably crowded. I was appalled that not one employee OR customer had a mask on. NOT ONE!!! I was the only one with a mask! I will NEVER go back again. They have no regard for public safety !!!!

Great, helpful, caring staff! They helped me with a very sentimental request and did a beautiful job! I had the diamond from my mothers wedding ring and wanted to combine that with a new setting for my own wedding set. We found a lovely setting and then they went to work. The result was stunning! Excellent work - I LOVE the new set. Also, I had another ring that needed to be enlarged. The band was unique so it required a bit of finesse to make it look right. They did a great job - I cant even tell that it was altered! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I found Galina Fine Jewelers in Cottonwood while searching on Google for a reputable jeweler that could do a ring resizing. Immediately upon entering the store, we were greeted graciously with the utmost courtesy. The beautiful displays caught our eyes and we quickly decided to purchase matching anniversary rings in celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary. Stopped in and was blown away by the nice selection they have. What surprised me even more was the HUGE selection of Cigars they have. I am an avid smoker and this is the best selection of cigars I have seen in a while. Galina Fine Jewelers is an excellent store for jewelry, both traditional and unique, with pleasant staff, fair prices and a nice selection. We have purchased excellent turquoise and pearls from them.I was quite happy to see that Red Beard Cigar Company has recently opened also. As they are owned by cigar smokers you can trust that they have a nice selection of fine cigars. Some for a daily enjoyment yet others for a celebratory mood. I went to Galina with a 100+ year old “Old Mine” diamond ring asking if they purchased jewelry as advertised on their website.I had a certificate of appraisal in hand with a value of $2,550 and I was willing to take HALF of that as I just want to get the ring sold. I was told that the best I would get from them was scrap material value only.Not only were they unreasonable in the offer, they had no recommendations as to who might trade in antique/vintage jewelry.I feel that Galina Jewelers is both unreasonable and unhelpful.

My (future) fiance and I stopped into Galinas today to look at some fitting for an engagement ring. The consultant, Tony, was very helpful and courteous. He understood that we were just exploring our options and didnt use any high-pressure sales tactics to try to net a quick comission. We were very satisfied with our experience at the store and will like be returning again sometime in the future.

Walked into a beautiful store and received a warm greeting from the staff. I brought in an old diamond wedding ring for repairs and testing. Went into get a battery for a 600 hundred dollar stainless steel watch. Ten minutes after driving away my watched stopped and the faces were turned. Took it back and the guy held it all weekend and I never got a call. Went back Monday and the guy tells me my watch was made cheap and its a knock off. It was worth more than any watch in this place. Then he offers me to pick out a watch from the store and theyll give me half off. Very dishonest and unprofessional.
