Hands down the best service I’ve had in a very long while. They went out of their way to help us find a place to stay for the night and providing information on the “hot spots” in town! Highly recommended

So we just got back from here.. and we love it.. we have our own kayaks but we was wanted to try air kayak.. the best thing ever.. they was great.. we did our own Tour.. no guide.. but they fell ya in.. we have a blast.. fell sleep just little nap.. but still had great fun.. we cant wait to come back..

Definately worth it, the guides are amazing, and its a real treat just paddling and going through some very mild rapids here and there! Definitely not extreme, but its a lot of fun and very relaxing!

Five of us set out with Craig and Deborah as guides. Forecast was good but that 20% chance of rain came up good and about an hour in the rain came down. Just added to the sense of adventure as we paddled through. Rain disappeared away for the second half as took a break atthe dam and we then we hit some more beginner rapids which were added to with a swell of water from the rain. Great fun, and likely the highlight of the trip! Will go again

I had a great time! My mom couldnt paddle straight for a good portion of the time and not once did Jeff make us feel bad about it. He helped us along and took some great pictures for us! I cant wait to do it again.

We just had the most wonderful time this past week while doing a kayak tour with Jeff. Although it was a little hotter than we had hoped, the path we took kept us moving along and keeping cool! Jeff talked us through every rapid that we approached and encouraged us the whole way through. I am by far a beginner kayaker, but our adventure took me out of my comfort zone in the most wonderful of ways! Definitely book yourself a tour and experience this for yourself. You won’t regret it!!

The entire operation is well organized, from instructions in their email to details & directions of trip on the water. Nice comfortable kayaksDylans love of the environment translates to a thoughtful excursion. Man these guys are great! I have lived in AZ fir over 10 years and haven’t really done anything outdoorsy like this besides the usual like Sedona and Flagstaff and some hikes. This was really relaxing and cool just a way to unwind. Nothing that’s going to blow your socks off but you’ll be smiling!

Craig is the best guide. We had a really good time on our three hour trip. Hard enough for a novice to feel challenged but fun enough for experienced adventurers to enjoy themselves too. Everything went really smooth.

Had the Best time Tubing! Now you will get a workout, the paddles provided are pingpong paddles. But so much fun!!!!

Fun kayaking adventure. Both guides, Jeff and Craig, were very knowledgeable about the Verde river and guided/helped kayakers through light rapids. Would recommend especially for small groups.

Knowledgeable and laid-back staff made for a great experience! It was my first time kayaking, they made sure to give beginners time to practice in still water before moving downstream. Had a blast, would highly recommend. Also, make sure you cover your legs with sunscreen...

Those guys are great!! Unfortunately weather that day was terrible but Craig and Jeff were very understanding and accommodating. Overall really making us want to come back. Great Energy and super cool peeps.

The guide was great! Everything was about as perfect as you could ask for. 80 degrees and a breeze. Will definitely go again.

The guides are fantastic and equipment was all new. Fun couples activity, but take your own kayaks instead of the tandem. Otherwise shell complain about your steering the whole time.

Ive never been river kayaking before, and this was an amazing experience! It was fun; the venue, the guides, even the cashier! Now Im a regular kayaker!

We had a perfect kayak trip with South by Southwest. We booked at the last minute and they were super accommodating and friendly. Our guide Dillon was very knowledgeable and gave us great information about the environment, history, and the sport of kayaking. He let us go at our own pace, slowing down or speeding up the trip as we wanted. He also had a GoPro on the trip, and took photos and videos of us that he let us download on the van ride back. We will definitely call them again next time we are in Sedona.
