My beloved 2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP Coupe got caught up in a hail storm, July 11th, in Prescott. The storm left countless craters from the hail. The hood and any portion of the vehicle that faced east suffered the brunt of it. I have pictures showing each side of the vehicle in this post. The finish is to perfection and looks better than factory. Thank you to Jason G, Angie G, Caesar and all who were involved in making me very happy. Yeah, I drove all the way to Cottonwood, because these guys are that good.

Kim was awesome but everyone was so nice! My car looks great, had to have a fender replaced and painted to match the car. Got my car back and it was vacuumed and everything. When I picked up my car something was rattling on the side that was repaired. I took it back at 4:50pm on a Friday and they didnt leave until it was fixed (around 5:45). Kim test drove it many times making sure it was fixed before she gave it back to me. Usually people just want to get out of there (I don’t blame them) but they wanted to make it right. I would definitely go here again. Awesome service!

Highest Value - How to utilize Caliber for what theyre good for:Caliber of course is used for a lot of insurance repairs.When using Caliber, because of their aggressive pricing and top tier business dealings, you can always leverage the insurance repair to get other things that you need done at a fair and competitive price with the BULK paid for by insurance.I had a door vandalism event repaired here and while there was conflict regarding what may have caused some indirect issues, we ultimately got things squared away, a major repair was performed for a fraction of the cost (10%-20%) of what it would have cost by itself.If youre having insurance work done anyway, have a priority list of things to address whileCaliber is addressing the direct event.Not only did we work out the issue, but the business/staff was courteous and professional throughout, and Im a bit tough to deal with.

I had to get some bumper damage repaired due to a fender bender. The staff was courteous and professional in every aspect from communication to customer service. The repairs were timely and professional. The work done was not cheap but high quality and they left my truck looking brand new. Cleaning my truck inside and out was also a nice touch. I would recommend Caliber to friends and family WITH INSURANCE.

I had to leave a review specifically for Bob...he was awesome! I pulled in without making an appointment because 5 mins before i accidentally bumped the rear end of my dually and left a light scratch mark that needed to be buffed. I was freaking out because it’s my husbands truck and his baby 😱 so i felt horrible! Without hesitation, Bob grabbed some buffing conditioner, a rag, and fixed it right up!! He would not let me pay him, and was so kind to me! Would highly recommend this place for their customer service alone, which can be hard to find today! Thank you, Bob!

The worst place,my husband asked for prices for a complete painting job and fixing some cosmetic details for his car. He left his car for 10 days and they only painted the right side of the car they broke my front headlight my husband calls them and they never returned the call back, this happens around decber 29 all the way to january 10 very disappointing and bad costumer Service...

Kim handled my case with great care and coordinated all repair efforts with the insurance company and rental car company. Her attention to detail is beyond amazing. After the work was done, she inspected my vehicle as if it was her own. The body work was excellent with great attention to details by the shop staff. Oh, and this company detailed my vehicle, inside and out. It looks brand new!

I wrote the below review paragraph last year but I see that it didnt get posted. I also needed work this year and was just as happy with the service. The staff worked hard to accommodate my schedule, they made things easy as possible, and my car looked as if there had never been a collision. Thanks again, everybody!I was very happy with my experience at Caliber Collision in Cottonwood. Starting with the customer service representative, Hannah. We spoke on the phone several times before I went in. She was always friendly and helpful and I appreciated her upbeat and positive attitude. Kimberly evaluated my car and although it was a minor repair, she surprised me by taking care of it right there on the spot and even politely refused a tip. I would certainly return there if I needed body work again. It also looked like a clean and organized place. Thanks everybody!

A quality body repair shop with top notch customer service.

My Chevrolet Silverado pickup had oil sprayed on it from a semi-truck with a blown engine as I was driving down the freeway. I took it to Caliber Collision asking what to do to remove the film of oil. The service advisor, Kim Schimikowsky, took my pickup to the service bay and applied a clay kit coating which removed the oil from the spot. She advised me to buy a clay kit removal kit from an auto parts store, apply it and it should remove the oil fine. I appreciated her personal attention along with the courtesy of all employees I encountered during the visit. Plus, I have had other work performed and this shop is superior to all others I have encountered.

Poor follow up and response. Brought vehicle in to be inspected for repairs only to wait around for the gentleman to finish some sort of training and then tell me I needed to send pictures in first. Tried to follow back up and then didnt hear from anyone. Front desk person was very sweet and helpful but was the only one to be so. Took business elsewhere

I highly recommend ABC Body shop to take care of your auto body needs. They are friendly, professional, honest and they do quality work. They went out of their way, and beyond to help me with a loner car. My car looked beautiful when they were done, you never would have known it was in an accident. They even washed it before returning it to me. They stand behind their work with a life time free warranty. This is a five star body shop for sure!

Integrity, honesty, a number 1 class act! Dont waste your time even looking anyplace else. I slid in at 4:59 last night knowing they closed at 5:00 and was not expecting any work to be done but asking if they were open when I was off. To my delighted surprise they asked if I had 15 minutes and they would install the part I already had ordered for my old 97 Honda. I had a broken window seal and water was pooling on my back floor. I had shared a story about another place who insultingly asked me if I had left the window open and let me know my car was old and not worth spending money on, (see dont bother going anywhere else). My car was done in about 20 minutes and when I asked what I owed they said no charge. Talk about fabulous customer service!!! I met the owner when I came in and he was real down to earth regular guy who honestly cared about his business and his employees. This is not just the best place in town for Auto Body work , in my opinion it is the only place in town to have the job done right.

Had my PT cruiser worked on after an idiot decided to smash my window with a baseball bat, they fixed the front window has to remove the dash to get glass out of the vent system replace the sunroof including the tracks... they did a good job considering not many places even will touch the PT...when I got it back they even cleaned the interior, Im impressed, good people delivered the car too...

I took my car to ABC for body repair and from the moment I walked through the door, I was treated warmly, respectfully, and received fantastic auto care. I can not say enough for ABC.. This is the place to go if you want the best! ABC was honest, timely, and very fair. This was the second time we have received care from ABC.

Although I have lived in the Cottonwood area for over 10 years, I am fairly new to living here itself. When my car was front ended I wasnt familiar with local mechanics and body shops and felt exceedingly cautious. The guy who hit me, his car insurance was recommending one particular place but I had no idea who had integrity. this is the single most important quality I look for with any business but with a mechanic its vital.After speaking with some people I came in to meet Andre at ABC body shop. I had already heard that he was a really good guy and after he checked out my car we sat down and spoke at length. I instantly felt so relieved. I knew that whatever damage there was from the accident would be found and properly fixed. everyone there is conscientious, caring, thorough and friendly.Andre made sure to keep me abreast of everything that was going on, gave me updates and checked in on me, both before and after the service was completed.My car was fixed, runs great and returned looking better than new! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them about a 15.E.F.

We leave this feedback JUST to warn others not to get frustrated with ABC body shop.We don’t recommend ABC body shop to ANYONE after working unfortunately several times with them.Even though we asked kindly from them to shorten the repair time, they insisted not to change their unfair attitude. We called other Body Shops and found out that those repairs could be done within 1/3 of time. Plus, Each time they postponed the repair for many more days, being totally aware that we were paying much extras for the rental cars.Plus they are the most expensive shop for the items your insurance will deny to pay. Our windshield was cracked. On a NO fault second accident, it cracked more. ABC WON’T even cares you at all to claim a simple repair from the insurance company. Moreover they will dare to quote you 4 times more expensive what you get from any other body shop.So, it will be your free choice and risk to work with ABC, if you won’t care the same frustrations would happen to you!

I have a 2000 Toyota Camry. The paint was peeling off the hood and trunk. My car with 226,000 + miles looked like a piece of junk. No dents. Just peeling paint. When ABC got through painting the hood and trunk, it looked like a new car! They matched the paint perfectly. 🤓 You wouldnt believe how many offers Ive had to buy my car. NOT for sale folks. 🙃

Very warm and welcoming individuals every time I have needed their quoting services! I have yet to use their bodywork services, but I can tell that they are one of the better shops in the area. Its nice too that theyre a GEICO affiliated business, so I definitely trust them. Their pricing however is a bit higher than some, but you get what you pay for!

I will NEVER take another vehicle anywhere else! I hit a deer early on a Saturday morning on my way to work and ABC was there for me from the start! The tow truck driver came and picked up the vehicle from my work in a timely fashion and ABC Body Shop went to work straight away! They battled out any and all issues I had with my insurance company. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it came to any questions I had. They kept me informed step by step through the entire process and my car came back looking just like it did when I bought it! WAY TO GO ABC! 10 stars will NEVER be enough!

I brought my Acura into the shop after it got keyed. Even though It wasnt a big ticket job, I thought it would be not a priority but my car was not only fixed and ready in just a few days but washed and vacuumed, I mean a full detail and waxed with all the little scratches buffed out! It looked amazing! I dont ever do these review things but I wanted to say something. good deeds should not go unrewarded!

Took my 1998 GMC in for some cosmetic surgery. I sat with Jason Grippe who patiently looked up each item and found the best price that he could to replace some worn out parts. Substantial paint work had to be done as well. When I picked up the truck it was almost like brand new. Hats off to Jason and ABC for a remarkable job. They also did a few other things that were unexpected but very much APPRECIATED. I wont hesitate to go there again or endorse them to anyone in need of their expertise!

Hit a re-tread left in the road by a semi in my 2009 Mercedes SL550. Damaged the front and all the underside. ABC Body Shop put it all back together perfectly and there was no evidence an accident had ever happened. Highly recommend them. They have been in business in our area for over 35 years. They are the only shop I will use.

We had a fine experience with these wonderful folks. Our niece was in a minor accident locally and we knew of ABC so we had the vehicle towed there. They were timely and helpful beyond belief. Due to the youngster being underinsured, we needed to pay out of pocket and their patience was great. The finished product looks better that new. We couldnt recommend them more highly. Having had auto body work done at other local shops, we are ABCs customers for all out auto body repair needs.

They listened to what I wanted and how much money I could spend to get my car back on the road. They did NOT try to manipulate me to spend more than I could spend. They explained the process and how long it would take to get the parts. Robbie called me to update me each and every time a part came in. When I came in to pick up my little 2001 War Pony, they had put a racing stripe on her. I cried. Then I cried again when the total cost was much less than they originally estimated. My experience at ABC Body Shop could not have been any better. They take pride in their work, and I would recommend them without reservation to everyone.

Abc Body Shop is a superior business to work with. They did a repair in my wifes sports car, which had been backed into, that is perfect. I took the car here because Jason Grippe works there. He always goes the extra mile on a job. The entire car was even clayed to ensure it had a flawless finish with no overspray. This company goes above and beyond others.

After a glass damaging incident while travelling westbound interstate, our insurance company (USAA) refered us to ABC Body Shop for repairs. After some coordination over the phone while enroute, concerning date of repair with Ann Marie, the office wizard and official voice of ABC, we felt assured ABC Body would be standing by for our short time in Cottonwood.On arrival Ms. Ann Marie introduced the business owner Robbie Allen. Mr. Allen reviewed our needs, and oversaw the entire process. The company provided us with return transport to our local residence, and Mr.Allens company demonstrated at every level of contact and performance what Customer Care is all about.Last but not least, the quality of the work perfomed by the technicians at ABC Body was excellent. Quality control by the company owner prior to delivery demonstrated his pride in the work they do.I highly recommend ABC Body in quality and customer care, and would hold them up as a fine example of a local business run as a combined effort to perform well.

I had my Mustang in the shop for front end damage. Everyone there was fantastic! My car looks brand new!

Abc repaired my husbands car, just body work nothing where you would need to test drive it far, but when we got the car back it had 300 miles more on the odometer from when we dropped it off.

Right side of my car was hit . Had it towed here got the work done now I have issues with the tire pressure sensor transmission issue ESC PROBLEM and they said they did a wheel alignment but Big O tire said the bolts were loose leading to abnormal wear on tire right side
