Talk about customer service...it is great. I drove in, got a quote and schedule my trucks body work in one stop. The estimator listened to what I was hoping to have done, recommended what I should have done and was able.to get me a quote on my 2004 truck within 15 minutes. I scheduled my service with them and they made it easy. My truck is beautiful once again. I highly recommend this service.

These folks are pros, our SUV had front bumper damage and damage we couldnt assess until tear-down. Owner Brian stood by his estimate, repairing the intake dampener saving us the cost of replacement. He quickly sourced a bumper, expertly matched the beautiful blue paint and our 2020 Rogue looks like it came right from the showroom floor! Brian, Sam and all the staff genuinely were eager to please; excellent customer service!

This was a commercial vehicle and Black Hills actually finished the repair one day AHEAD of scedule!! Sam was great, very detailed and professional. The whole team listened well and was easy to work with. Our new go to for all our vehicle needs.

We have unfortunately had to use their services twice now from accidents where we were not at fault. They have gone above and beyond both times. Our vehicles have come back looking better than they did before the accidents. They have excellent customer service, as well.

A neighborhood business that we pass by daily, and has a great reputation. I visited to request an estimate on damage to the front of our SUV. They were busy, yet friendly and professional. Their were a couple other customers in their clean A/C waiting room, but I didnt have to wait more than a couple minutes. Owner, Brian Ekwall came to the front, introduced himself and we walked out to the SUV to look at the damage. After a hands-on assessment we returned to the office and he quickly provided me an estimate. I was pleased, as it was competitive with a repair performed a year ago. Next, when could he do the repair? Too easy, he offered me an appointment the next week. Picked up the car today, it looks as it did in the showroom! When we arrived, Sam who works the front desk was spot cleaning water spots from the the exterior. My wife was thrilled, and we were glad to pay for the repair. Had to have my truck repaired due to a hit and run. The staff was professional and courteous and the repairs look great. My only negative is that the vehicle was not done when originally promised.

After an accident, Matt, Sam, Bo and Delisha worked to get my insurance claimed timely and get my car fixed down to making sure the paint matched, the door guards were replaced and the body side moldings were replaced even though these things were not factory installed items. They are perfectionists!!!

Luckily I havent needed a body shop often. But even more luckily, someone suggested Black Hills when my car was in an accident. I called them, they towed my vehicle to their shop, and kept in regular touch with me about every aspect of the repair. This is a GREAT business! I was afraid my car would never be the same and they made it even better. Took truck in on Friday after Christmas to get estimate for some body damage which prevented driver’s side door from opening.Was told about $150 and a couple of hours. And that I could bring it by Monday morning.Pulled in to their shop about 9:40 am, and was out with the damage fully repaired before 11am.And total charge only $126. Point here is they could have easily billed me the $150, but they took the honorable route and only charged for what they did. This is rarely seen in today’s dog-eat-dog world.Additionally, for the time I waited in their comfortable customer lounge area, I observed repeated examples of employees treating new and existing customers with respect and providing what I’d call 5-star customer service.If you need auto body work done here in the Verde Valley, Black Hills Carstar is THE PLACE TO GO.

I literally could not find where the repair work was done on my Hyundai Santa Fe. Often when repair work is done you can tell where attention is paid to the auto, but in this case no sign of the small amount of body work or paint work done on my car. I think its a good sign that it looks just like it did before the damage was done. Their work is just amazing. I recommend their workmanship to anyone who needs body work and painting done to go to the great staff of Carstar or as we know the shop as Black Hills Auto body. Thanks again!!

Wonderful company!! Our company had one of our semi trucks break down and could no longer pull our flatbed trailer up a steep mountain. Called Black Hills and they were there to help within an hour!! Towed my trailer back to the original shipper so the freight could be offloaded and provided excellent customer service throughout the process!! Took them about 3 hours to complete the tow and they were way more than fair in their pricing! We called 6 other companies prior to calling Black Hills and the prices we were quoted were through the roof! This is definitely a company that you can trust in a time of need!!
