Please do not pay ANY attention to ANY negative reviews. The Rose Family is an honest and very hard working family in Cottonwood. They are wonderful to work with. We purchased our washer and dryer from them years ago. Don’t hesitate to do business here! They are excellent!

Worst service and attitude ever. Obnoxious, condescending, overcharging! Dont bother with him. Had what I wanted, but I would never pay money to be insulted, treated rude and overcharged. I went to Home Depot and ordered what I need for less money, and no delivery charge, only $25 to haul away old appliance. I will wait 6weeks to get it. Better than than encouraging rude owner to continue treating people that way.

I called to get a 3 prong cord installed to replace the 4 prong on our dryer. Rose appliance came out the same day and completed the work. Honest and reliable, I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Rose Appliance for both repair as well as purchasing a new washer. My son purchased a new speed queen washer from them a few years ago. When a problem came up with the washer, they were there within a day to take care of the repair. I called them this week to replace an old washer. Their delivery driver/technician was out sick. They checked in with me daily. The washer was delivered by the owner. He took the time to explain all the features of the new washer to me and make sure it was installed properly. I truly appreciate their service and care for the customer.They are family owned and treat their customers like part of their family. They have been in Cottonwood for a long time and still have a small town family feel.

If your are reading reviews about Rose Appliance Sales & Service that are 2 or more years older -- forget about them. The team of Hasan (Office) and Deo (Tech) are top notch. Friendly (and we know those that are not), helpful, timely, technically capable and absolutely do what they say they will. Deo repaired our very difficult Dacor range and correctly diagnosed a problem with an older Fisher & Paykel dish drawer that was misdiagnosed by another service group, who told us we needed to replace our entire dishwasher. We would not use anyone else.

This company was great. I called this morning , they came out and they fixed my clothes dryer already. I couldn`t be more pleased with their service. I recommend this company for any appliance service.

We called these people a year ago, to come and look at our stove ($2,500 model GE) which was leaking gas bad, and to appraise it for fixing. The guy that came out here, after a brief look, said it would be cheaper to just buy a used one from them, than to fix it.So we went without a working stove for a year, until recently another company, All America Appliance came out to look at our stove and give their opinion about fixing it or not. Their technician, a young and very smart guy, said it had three little leaks around the regulator, and sprayed it with something, stopped the gas leak and the problem, and we had a good as new operating stove again.Bottom line, I believe that Roses may be sending their guy around the Verde Valley to cheat people, while just trying to sell them their own products. Beware!!!

Called Rose for a dishwasher recall issue. Quick and great service. Would definitely use again.

My sense was it is a ma and pa shop small and looking to make a buck. Promised me a call back I have yet to receive. While I was there inquiring to either repair my existing dryer or buy a replacement, was met with an attitude of incredulous indifference. Personally I prefer small local business but in this case, I will go online or a bigger appliance store.

There tech Deo is very knowledgeable and I recommend Rose appliance highly, Thanks Deo you explained the issue to where I could understand it.

I recently purchased a new/used washer from Rose appliance and I’m really happy with it the price was very fair and they delivered it then the used propane dryer I bought on Craig’s list only dried one load of clothes and quit working so Frank their repair man came out and repaired it like nothing and the price to get it going was way worth itEverything always takes a dump when you’re not feeling well and Rose got me back in business again Thank youI’d highly recommend them
