I requested service on my clothes dryer on a Tuesday. On Wed., the repairman came out and diagnosed the problem as the heater unit. He wanted 45.00 for the part he said but I only had 60 dollars so he said he would apply the rest to the repair, and order the part which should be in on Friday or Monday. Friday came and went, then Monday without so much as a call. On Tuesday I called twice, the first time leaving a message, and the second time another message. Never got a call back. The next day I got a call from a lady who said they could get a repair man out on Thur. to evaluate our problem. I told her that their repairman had already evaluated the problem and I had given him 60.00 in cash to order the part that was to come in on last Friday or Monday.She apologized for the error and after taking some time said that the part would be in on Thursday. I said I felt that no one had ordered the part and they were just now doing so and I thought to cancel the order all together. At that point I asked her what day they ordered the part, and the line dropped. I called right back and got voicemail.Later I received a call from a man who said that he was the acting manager and that the owners were away and they had taken a lot of the records with them. He had no idea about anything, didnt not know when the part had been ordered so I told him to cancel my order. He asked why I had given the tech. 60 dollars and I said I didnt have change so it was to go for the part. He said the service call is 45 anyway and I wouldnt get that back. No problem, I said to just send me a check for the 15.00. Been over a week. No check.Now heres the kicker. This week I had more time and I downloaded the manual for the dryer. we took the back off to check the fuses, as prescribed. The first thing we noticed was that a wire was off the terminal from on of the fuses. We then took off the two fuses and checked them. All good. Put the wires back on, including the one that was off, and what do you know, our dryer now works just fine.I am going on every site I can find and tell this story.

I read all of the bad reviews about All American Appliance after my washing machine broke and this is where our Home Depot protection plan had us call for the repairs. I was expecting the worst! They were friendly on the phone and set us up with our diagnostic appointment about 3 days out which was fine. They were professional when they came to the house, only complaint is that they were supposed to call when they were on their way but didnt. They diagnosed the pump to be broken and in need of replacement. We were told it would take a week to get the pump which was a bummer. I followed up with a phone call to the office as that seemed a bit long to wait, this was a Friday. A gentleman called me right back and he had located a new pump in the warehouse. We scheduled the appointment for the following Monday, July 3rd. The repairman called when he was on his way and had the issue completely fixed within an hour. I believe that if I didnt call to follow up that it would have taken longer to receive a pump. It has been about 2 weeks and it is working perfectly. Hope this review helps your decision to use this company.

Called GE on Aug 16,2016 to see who they recommend to repair water dispenser on fridge. They set up an appt for me with All American for Thurs Aug 18th. I called All American to confirm and got voice mail. I left a message for them to return my call to confirm and NEVER heard from them so I called someone else. Today, while my fridge was being repaired by other service company All American called and left me a message that they had me scheduled for tomorrow!!!!! HUH!!! I will not call them back and will wait to see if they even show up a week late.

Horrible management and unwillingness to step-up and help out their customers. Repair person failed to make two appointments in a row. The company was not concerned that I had to take off work and wait more than three hours on two separate occasions. I was only given an apology and informed they didnt expect me to re-book my appointment a third time. If they really cared about customer services they would have had someone at my house the following day for no charge or at least a substantial discount. I cant comment on the quality of their repair work as it never happened. If you want to potentially waste your time for no reason feel free to give them a call. Theyll try and entice you with their cheap prices, but it is not worth the aggravation.

Do not use this company! They were suppose to replace a microwave part that was ordered 6 weeks ago. I never heard anything from them so I called them 5 weeks after the part was ordered and got their voicemail. They never called me back. I just tried two numbers for them and no one answers and there is no voicemail. Customer service is dead and gone.

A is a poor communicator. Of course that would improve if she returned calls. Rude, no compassion for a customer whose dryer worked for 2 days in a 3 week period. Beware, she has a very short fuse, she hung up on me stating we are done when I protested waiting at least another week for the dryer to be repaired. The tech is very good, too bad he works there.

All American Appliance was called by my landlord as my landlord provided washing machine was eating my clothes. they recommended i always set the load size to large and that was it. they told my landlord that i overfill my washing machine so its all my fault

Called to fix dryer feb 22011. /Charged 65.00for dryer heating element replacement.Did not replace element. Just twisted the heating wires together. They refused to refund my 65.00 for a fraudulent repair charge.

Horrific!! They will do anything and everything to not actually work! Angelica their owner will personally yell at her customers! She is awful!! I would never have used them if my home warranty company assigned them to me!!!
