I had been looking all day for a tow hitch for a 2020 Silverado and simply had no luck finding one. Found one at a dealership in bellflower, on my way to get and they called and could not find in parts Dept. In a last ditch effort called the Uhaul in Costa Mesa and was lucky enough to have Isabelle, girl I’m sorry if I misspelled your name. Have the info on the hitch and she was looking everywhere, her store then every where else. The best part is she new I was trying to get a job done and Bless her heart, she never gave up. Putting me on hold until she had tracked one down that was coming in to her store. Then upon getting to the store, she had left to go pick up the hitch and bring it to her store. Isabelle, your not only a great asset to your Company, your a wonderful human being. Thank you for all your help you were Fantastic. If you ever want to sell cars please give me a call, your hired.
