I have been going to this shop for many, many years getting hair and nail services. Kim is great. However, the owner doesnt care about the clients and they are charging for services that they used to include before, saying its due to COVID-19. They are price gouging the loyal customers. I am not working and this is a ridiculous way to treat steady customers. I am a VERY UNHAPPY and will not be returning to this shop!!! There are many shops trying too survive in these difficult times and are giving incentives to bring in new and old clients.

I dyed my hair Red 7 months ago with Splat Hair dye. I told her all of the options im up for cause im an open person. I paid $250 for my hair bleached 3 times(didnt do it right) she didnt even part it right. My scalp burned and I almost cried even though I have a good pain tolerance. She also said she would do the black ombre look when she did a light brown that came out patchy. I can still see red and blonde. I will never come to this place again. They are nice but if they cant do what makes a customer happy then dont offer. Highly disappointed

Love Peter for a hair cut, The gals on the other hand will sure rip you off. Think I spent close to $120 for a manicure and pedicure...? Come on girls you know the service that you are providing there is not worth $120...

Was rushed in and out for a lousy manicure (uneven nails, torn and dried out cuticles) The women who work here are extremely rude and sloppy. 1 Star for the ending- I withdrew $20 to tip (if I had less of a heart I wouldn’t tip them at all because they really didn’t work for one or deserve one) and I wanted to tip 5 and she would not let me tip 5. She literally gave me back 10 and said sorry no. I paid 15 for the worst manicure I’ve ever received and then had this girl steal 5 bucks from me. Lame.
