Paid for a manicure and pedicure and woke up the next day with an blistering bacterial infection. Had to see my Doctor after several days of swelling and he prescribed antibiotics. I called No 1 Top Nails and was given the run around by the staff. No return calls and they just continue to state the owner is not there, etc. These people are dishonest and dont care about their customers. I can now attest that their tools are equally as filthy. Im sure Ill have to drag this dishonest shop owner into court.

Definitely not coming back here. Dissatisfied with the service. Wish i can upload a picture of my nails. No cuticle oil! He place it on my hands and not my nail.

Very friendly staff! My two friends and I walked in and were helped right away! Our manicures and pedicures look great! Will definitely come back.

Manicure tech had no personality, never smiled. No one smiled actually. Nails were rushed and sloppy. Pedicure done by another woman was just lovely. I had eyelashes on for the first time. This 3rd lady was very good. Prices were a little higher, but a few bucks. Average service. Average rating.

I go for the cheap mani pedi. They rock at quick nail jobs, as rent perfect, but you get what you pay for and more here. Make an appointment and come in on a slow day for the best service. It gets busy after 1 and they dont always do their best when people wait so long for a seat. Clean, friendly, cheap, but neat!

As kind and welcoming as the staff was, my nails look like they need a fill already.Im only leaving a review because hi, Im multiple occasions, pointed out that they were not as full as they should be. This is not just one now, but half of my nails look like they need a fil. On a side note, the place was very clean, they responded to me right away when I came in, they are very kind with their service, and do provide a good customer service feel. But the communication and attention to detail seem to be a fail for my experience.

This place is awful. At least for haircuts. I was stopping by because I wanted a massage and my son needed a haircut so I thought Theyll do a good job. I was wrong. The lady who did it totally chopped up his hair and now his self-esteem is low and he refuses to go anywhere. Not only did she do a terrible job but she made him gel and comb it himself but the gel didnt even stay in because she cut it way too short. If I could give this place half a star I would, but not even that! If you want to take your children anywhere dont go here because they will make your hair, your childs, or both really choppy with cowlicks and have it way too short. So top of nail isnt at the top. Its at rock bottom when it comes to doing haircuts.

I dropped off my 16 year old daughter here and they made her pay before they even did her nails. As soon as they saw she didnt tip, they did the messiest job. She had nail polish all over her hands. Last time i come here!!!😡😡

I come here often and Don the nail tech that sits at the first table is the bomb! I had been looking for someone that reminded me of the nail techs in sacramento, and i finally found the one. He does damn near everything from your basic gel set to air brush ect. I love my experience and i never feel like anyone is rushing. Thanks!!!!!!!

Did a terrible job painting my nails.. the paint was put on in globs and the finished polish is bumpy and uneven. The sides of my nails aren’t even painted, yet the skin around them is and I’ll have to peel it off. Felt very rushed and no matter how many times I asked him to correct them my nails still turned out awful. :( hopefully someone else has a better experience here.

Waiting, pain, eyerolls... never seen so many people being so unhappy to work. Never again.
