For what started out an extremely rough day, getting to end my day with the wonderful treat of getting totally pampered and treated like an actual human being by Mrs. Stacey and Mrs. Cindy was a nice turn around. On top of doing such beautiful work, they were beyond kind. I’m in town for a business trip and live closer to Ontario Airport. I would make the drive from where I live to see these amazing ladies again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning my day around and filling it with such thoughtfulness. :)

I took my first visit back to Best Nail Salon since the pandemic. Kathy did my mani and Mary my pedi. Sooo, nice and attentive. I received the exact nail shape I wanted. (Squoval, since I have naturally nice nails) and no harassment to go with services I had no interest in. I was asked, I politely declined and that was it. So professional. Ill definitely be back.

I just love coming here. Theyre so friendly and the services are great. My toes turned out beautiful even though I have weird toe nails, she made them look normal and pretty. My facial was soothing and great. The quality of their services are wonderful but they do not charge enough, so I tip more😃💜

My boyfriend and I came here to get pedicures! He has never had one before and I go occasionally. I loves this place! Kathy did my pedicure and was so sweet and gentle! I would deffinatly come back here! My boyfriend also had an ingrown nail that was bothering him and they were so sweet asking him if it felt better after they did his cuticles and removing the yucky stuff. They are constantly asking if your enjoying your service and what they are doing, which is amaxing customer servicw. We will deffinatly be back!!

The Goddess mani-pedi was incredible! Includes a shoulder and neck massage, as well as hot stone for the feet and legs! Definitely recommend

Ok so its not bougie... what this place lacks in aesthetics, absolutely positively makes it up in courteous friendly service and wonderful impeccable nail skills!! I went with a good friend who I would absolutely say is a nail connoisseur she gets her nails done every two weeks and shes been just about every nail place and she was thoroughly thoroughly impressed! She said its one of her best pedicure shes ever had and I absolutely agree!We will definitely be going back and I recommend this nail salon for sure!! You will be remiss if you dont try it!❤😘💅

I had an appointment 9:45 am for pedicure and fill . I asked them to Plse not keep in there for 3 and half hours like last time . Is 12 o’clock and my pedicure still not done and my nails haven’t been touch .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The place was pretty decent. Just had a little communication problem. So make sure they know exactly what you want. Otherwise it was pretty decent.

DO NOT GO. Went to relax and it was such a stressful experience. I didn’t even have time to sit down and choose my color before they put a closed color book on my lap took my hands and started cutting my nails and yelling in my face which color I want to which I responded that I wasn’t able to look at the colors yet. They continued asking me what colors I wanted then picked one for me and I said no and they all started laughing and talking about me. Not to mention that I was in the pedicure chair getting a mani and a pedi at the same time arms across my body very uncomfortable. They wouldn’t let me turn on the massage chair either. Finally left with my mani pedi done and paid way too much money to wake up the next morning with my nails and toes chipped. It has been half a week and 8/10 of my gel nails have chipped. Do not waste your money here.

Absolutely love this nail spa. The girls are amazing. My husband and I come here often to get mani and pedies. Ive been coming to this salon for a year now and I am never disappointed.

Everyone was very nice and they took all the necessary COVID precautions including checking our temperatures and having us sign a release.But they could use a larger selection of regular nail polish and more comfortable chairs.

I absolutely loved this place and their employees both my boyfriend and I had a great experience. Nancy and Stacy were especially tentative and made sure everything was perfect! They were very lovely!

I like my nails long and covered in art and she was so sweet about it where other places seem bothered by doing them.They are super upfront about prices and have a ton of color options as well. Great place to get nails done! Everyone is very friendly, great service, clean workstations, and the prices are reasonable. I’ve gotten a gel manicure done twice with Kelly and the work was very detail-oriented and my nails lasted for over 3 weeks without chipping.

My nails have been a wreck since quarantine! Stacy is a magician and I feel great after leaving Best Nails & Spa! I will definitely be back!

Im from San Diego and only in Costa Mesa for a week for SoCal Chiropractic therapy. Nervous about going to a new nail spa and not knowing what to expect, but HUGE thank you to Kim for the lovely gel manicure and Chi for the great pedicure! Jasmine hot tea and little candies were a nice conclusion. Thank you again ladies! Would def come back. ♡

Honestly, I wanted to like this place. I had more of a 2.5 star experience. I get my nails done very sporadically so I havent found my nail salon in OC yet since moving here, and I needed my nails done for a photo shoot. This place has good reviews and affordable prices, so off I went.First, I made an appointment online for a gel mani and reg pedi, which sent me text reminders. When I got in, no one acknowledged that there was any kind of appointment system. I got sent to a chair right away, so no harm there. Immediately once Im in the chair Im getting hounded for upcharges - they handed me a menu and just flipped it over to the back with their packages which are of course, more expensive than the simple gel mani + reg pedi price. I kept saying what I wanted and I didnt want upcharges, but they insisted. Ok, sure. The lady next to me also got the same treatment, but was much more firm and got what she wanted after a LOT of back and forth.The lady doing my mani was wonderful. I picked a color that was realllly shear and she suggested making some adjustments to make it look better and she made the right call! It also lasted longer than most gel manis I get. So she gets the stars.My pedi was lackluster. Neatened up the nails ok but the polish job was not good. No time to dry in between coats, so everything got all smudged around and messy/cracked. I seriously considered re-doing them myself once I got home, and Im not great at polish. I suspect a lot of this is because a few walk-ins came in while I was in the middle of my services, so the lady doing my pedi was rushing to get to the people who were waiting.Finally Im done and its time to pay. Theres a couple signs that say cash only - but I only brought enough cash for the services I booked for, not all these upcharges. When I mention this, magically a card reader appears, for a $1 charge (standard - Im ok with that). If youre going to push people to get extra services - dont insist on cash only! Many people dont carry tons of cash, myself included.The cherry on top is that now I get text alerts for sales and coupons, with no way to opt out. This is what prompted me to send a review. I dont plan on going to The Best Nails & Spa again, even with their lower prices. Id rather just pay a little more up front and get a less frustrating experience. Lesson learned.

My girlfriend and I went and had a great time, very short wait and very friendly staff! The salon was clean and very beautifully decorated. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and did an amazing job. We will be coming back!

The staff is friendly but the massage chair was extremely weak, I barely felt it and thats part of the reason I went there vs another local spot. I came with a groupon for a spa pedicure but that means nothing special, its just a basic pedicure. Calluses I paid extra for which I had no complaints about just thought the use of the word spa was misleading when theres nothing else included. They kept trying to upsell me on additional services like gel or a fill for my acrylic I had done elsewhere less than a week ago. I dont even mind upselling, its a business after all but on a fresh fill? Thats just a cash grab and I didnt really enjoy it anymore at that point. They could use a bigger color selection but Im not from the area, just came in and out because I needed a pedicure and hopefully I dont happen to need one while Im in the area again.

Im in no way a mean spirited person so its hard for me to insult such nice people as the ladies working at this nail salon but...they did an absolutely abysmal job on my nails as well as my brows. The tech overplucked my right brow after waxing and now theres a ridiculous bald patch I have to fill in. As bad as that was it had nothing on my nails. The full set is crooked, mishapen, with mismatched lengths, way too short nails that get wider towards the tips instead of tapering in. It looks absurd and now I have to pay another nail salon to fix it. Complete waste of time and money that left me feeling mangled, ripped off, and less attractive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not waste your time by going there. Maybe other people have had good treatment, but they clearly rank customers. I went there one night at 5:45, told them I wanted a full set of acrylics, then waited until 635 before being called to a chair. I showed them the Groupon for the full set of acrylics as I said earlier I wanted to have done and SUDDENLY the woman said she had no time for me. If you go, don’t buy a Groupon, but that’s on them because they shouldn’t offer Groupons for their store if they will clearly discriminate against those using them. So, after over an hour wasted waiting and driving there, was just told to leave. They knew what I wanted from the beginning and then made a decision based on how I was paying. Super unfair and bad business as I was hoping to find my new nail salon here, but will NEVER be going back. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

After reading all the great reviews for this place I really hoped to have a good experience. Unfortunately that was not the case. I had the worst mani / pedi Ive ever had at this place. To begin with I was made to wait for quite some time. I was willing to overlook that since I didnt have an appointment and they dont have a lot of people working there. However, when they did finally help me it went from bad to worse. I couldnt understand a word the woman was saying. I had to ask her to repeat her self several times after everything she said. They wanted to charge me more for the color I originally chose so I had to settle for something other than the color I wanted. Then she did an awful job filing my nails. Im not a trained nail tech but even I know you should file nails in one direction so as not to weaken them. My nails were rough, uneven and different lengths buy the time she finished. Furthermore, she asked me for my Groupon while putting on the nail lacquer. She wouldnt look at it at the beginning when I told her about it but she wanted to see it when my nails were wet. Finally, after finishing the manicure I asked her how long it would take for my nails to dry and she didnt say anything. She just put a small fan in front of my hands and walked away with her little cart. She never came back to check on me. I underdstand that my manicure was not making them as much money as acrylics and gels but I was still spending money at the establishment so she could have put a bit more effort into her work. Needless to say I left there unimpressed and disappointed. Unbelievable!

Not sure why this place got such a good reviews... Dont recomend. Had an appointment at 9.30am. Was there in time, but the place was closed. I had to wait in my car 20-30 min. The quality of their service is very poor. All girls were asians with horrible accent. I couldnt understand a word....
