The Costa Mesa Lab has been a Godsend for us. PD causes stiffening of all muscles... having a professional stretch in the right areas brings much relief to the body. To a man (and woman too!) we receive great customer service, respect, patience and kindness! We love this place!

Only thing is that they close at 5pm, kind of hard for those of us that get off of work at 5pm and if you dont use your prepaid stretches you lose them (they expire) didnt know this. Especially with a year of pandemic and not being able to make it before 5pm. But the 3 stretches I did get were great.

Great people here and the staff is amazing. If you come in, ask for Vee, Deborah, Joaquin, or Mike. They will definitely take great care of you and give you an awesome stretch that you probably didn’t think you need. Your body will thank you.

Excellent staff and the results are incredible. These guys are pros and highly recommend anyone whose had wear and tear on their body, post injury or looking for more flexibility.
