In looking for an Assisted Living Community for my Uncle, I came across Pacifica Senior Living South Coast in Costa Mesa, California. From my first interaction until my last, Gabriela Bravo made every step informative, compassionate, humorous and easy. At a time when my world was turning upside down, she made herself infinitely accessible. If on the rare occasion she didn’t answer her phone, she got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Irene is amazing and very attentive! She assisted one of my clients in South OC move into her faculty. The family was very happy that they were accepting move-ins in March and the transition was easy and smooth.

I use to work at this place and let me just say the management here is one word... TRASH!“ Stacie Anderson” needs to learn how to be a boss and learn how to run a facility.All the caregivers who ever worked there are gone and continue to leave because of how horrible this place is.AT THE END OF THE DAY...Don’t bring your family here because they will not be taken care of properly and it’s sad.All the reviews that are on here were forced HAHA.those are all the employees not actual people who experienced the true “quality” of this place.thank you for the time reading this , it is very important to know that your family deserves to be somewhere where they are appreciated because you certainly won’t find it here.I hope this place shuts down

Pacifica Senior Living was a great experience. First walking in was very welcoming and enthusiastic feeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful with certain questions that I had for me and my family. The help was highly appreciated and very generous. The food was made from scratch and it was great. The staff were at their up most care and very caring and will highly recommend this place for family and loved ones.

Such a beautiful quaint community. Just the perfect size for someone coming from their home to an assisted living. Very close to the fairgrounds and Starbucks. Quiet neighborhood for daily walks as well as 4 patio areas within the community. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall, a great community with many amenities to suit almost any need. I recommend touring here.

Pacifica South Coast is one of the best places for your loved one. They took good care of my Mother and we could sleep at night. It feels like home with lots of activities to motivate and have fun. They have a great staff with big hearts and its all about the quality of life for the residents.

My experiences at Pacifica Senior Living so far have been amazing. It always smells great, the food is very tasty and made from scratch, the staff is very friendly and caring. They make sure the residents feel safe and at home with a bond that makes them feel comfortable. I recommend this place for everyones loved one. .

My first experience with Pacifica south coast was through a phone and I was very impressed by the receptionist on how knowledgeable and helpful she was. We were able to set up a tour and we were impressed with all the friendly staff. I highly recommend this facility because my experience has been great so far.

The place is okay, the staff are nice but are underappreciated by management. I am writing this review because 80 percent of the reviews here are from the employees of Pacifica itself. Please be fair and write a real review coming from actual families of residents. Not from Mandy Taylor who is the director of this place and Neil Chandra who is the Resident Services Director and other employees who were asked to put a review just to garner high review average. Families are actually searching google to find a safe and comfortable place for their loved ones so lets be real and fair.

Walking into Pacifica South Coast you immediately notice how clean it looks and smells compared to other facilities. Secondly, the friendly staff starting from the front desk to the kitchen was especially helpful and made the tour very pleasant. I look forward to having my family here and becoming a part of the Pacifica family.

Families can go home with no worries because their loved ones are and will always be in good hands. Staff goes above and beyond to care for our residents and to accommodate families. If I had to choose a senior home for my parents, without a doubt I would choose Pacifica South Coast.

Great activity director and program. I had so much fun spending time in assisted living participating in bingo with the residents. Really enjoyed happy hour too!

My previous expierences with senior living facility has been so great. Pacifica senior living center has changed my views completely. My father has been very happy and if he’s happy I’m happy. The service at the front desk was phenomanal and the kitchen was amazing. Great customer service and food, what more could you ask for!

I recently visted Pacifica South Coast and was extremely impressed with all the friendly staff and clean environment. The front desk receptionist Gerado was very helpful and I was able to tour the building. The kitchen dining room was very spacious and clean as well. Cesar Ayala the server was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all kitchen related questions and my mother was very pleased to be served by him. We look forward to seeing him and all Pacifica staff again.

Pacifica South Coast is a warming environment. The staff and caregivers are wonderful with the residents. The activities provided by PSC makes the residents happy and active. Also, the facility is beautiful. The residents are given multiple areas to do activities.

I toured several communities looking for a new place for my mom. I was so happy when mom said “this is my home” we are having fun looking at new furniture and excited for mom to live near me.

All of the reviews for this place (5 stars) magically posted in the same month by a bunch of people with no other reviews. Not a confidence-inspiring sign for an institution tasked with taking care of some of societys most vulnerable.

This facility does not deserve any stars, if you are thinking on taking a member of your family think twice, the management team and staff does not communicate internally or to the customers, very unprofessional, at the end of the day is all about the money. They will not do the right thing for the family. The Senior leadership of the company should look into this facility because they dont have any basic standards/ customer service.
