Loved living here as the community is beautiful and the apartments are very nice for how affordable they are. We didn’t have the best experience with the leasing office team. They are super nice, but made move out somewhat difficult.

I have been living here for almost 4 years. The apartment is quite nice and the complex itself has some well-maintained amenities. However, what really made my time here extra positive was the management team. Shout out to Vanessa and Lindsay for being absolute angels and helping me out with minor upkeep requests throughout the years. They are willing to listen and provide excellent feedback in a timely fashion. Thank you to you two...I don’t look forward to moving out. Best management team I’ve interacted with in my ten years of renting.

Ive lived at this property for over three years. The location is very safe and secure. It is a great community to be part of! I enjoy its proximity to Newport Back Bay since I often go kayaking and paddle boarding. Ocean breeze feels nice in the summer months. :)

Great place to live, I highly recommend it. The place is clean and well maintained, the rent is reasonable for the area, no issues with noise or crime, and the staff are awesome. Lindsay in particular was fantastically neighborly and accommodating. The very few times I needed something fixed, it was handled almost instantly. The only two tiny issues to be fair are that there isnt AC in the units and that guest parking is a bit tight, but those didnt detract much from the overall experience. Two cars fit easily in the garage and opening up the windows on either side of the unit pretty much eliminated the need for AC except when it was pushing triple digits. I bought a box fan and that was enough. The location is sweet as well, right by the 55 which saved me a ton of time in the car. If I didnt need to relocate I certainly would have stayed for years. Thanks for everything!

This is the first place Ive ever lived besides my home with my parents, and Ive found this to be a really easy transition. Lindsey, the manager, has been incredibly helpful through the whole moving process, and has been a major part of why my move has gone so smoothly!

I love this complex. Its clean, mostly quiet, and the staff is always helpful. The only complaint I would have is the parking in the unassigned spots is trying.

I lived here for 8 years. If you dont mind freeway noise and a lack of guest parking its a very nice place to live. I had a 2 car garage and a spacious 1 bedroom with vaulted ceiling. The grounds were beautiful. The hot tub was fun. Crime was nonexistent.I gotta admit that the freeway noise and lack of AC often times were a bit maddening. That freeway never stops. It can get really loud and in the summer you want to open your windows to get some cool air, but that freeway will make it hard to sleep.

Living next to this dumpster complex has been the worst experience of my life. Exaggeration? No, try it for yourself but heed my cautions now. Listed below are the fun experiences that tickle my senses all day, and all night.#1 Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a loud beeping noise sound off every two seconds throughout the day for nine hours straight? Well this is the place for you! They have plumbing issues, constantly. Now you ask how bad can this irrevocobly loud noise be? It puts fire alarms to shame. Thats right kids, its blaring and it goes on all throughout that perfect Sunday fun you thought you would have watching the game.#2 Lousy, and I mean LOUSY management staff. Got a complaint? Lets say a dog barking through the night, neighbor blasting there TV so Sarah Palin can hear it, or a wind chime that vibrates not just the walls but the entire foundation. Well lucky for you no one cares! Not the police, not the shady security, and certainly not the underage management staff at Madison Newport.#3 And this is the kicker folks, the price couldnt be higher! Thats right ladies and gentlemen you are paying top dollar to have the worlds faultiest plumbing, the rudest neighbors, and the wind chimes from hell. Terrific, wouldnt you say! Personally I sleep with earbuds shoved in my ears every night just to try and achieve some calamity in the fungus-infected armpit of the urban jungle.Well everyone thats the news, hope you enjoyed the full glamour shot of what you have to look forward to when joining the ranks of Madison Newport Apartments. Enjoy.
