I moved in during a rough patch in my personal life and can I say, this was my soft landing. The community is beautiful, the apartments are so well manicured and the staff is beyond friendly!I’ve never lived anywhere where they actually take personal care and get to know you. The maintenance staff is superior and friendly too.I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be during my transition in life.I recommend them so much and if you choose to live here you’re lucky to call this place home. Thanks Camden Staff for making my life so much easier and being a great place to stay, I enjoyed living here!

I want to put in a good word for the maintenance crew at Camden Sea Palms: they are always courteous, professional, and friendly. Every time we have had an issue, they promptly resolve it, and, despite my efforts to tip them, they do not accept gratuities but express their appreciation for the gesture all the same. Simply put, they are good guys!

It’s nothing short of distressing to live below people who do not seem to care about any of the noise they are making above you. Subsequently causing severe anxiety and tension, especially during this already hard year of having to work from home. The constant running, stomping, jumping, and beating on the floor that can start as early as 6:44am and sometimes lasting until after 10:30pm, resulting in the rattling of our windows and paintings hanging on the wall, along with the daily guarantee of sleep disruption.Even more upsetting is notifying management about this issue and getting the reply that this building isn’t sound proof, being that it’s 30+ years old and living on the first floor can be noisy since the upper floors have plank flooring. It’s then very confusing to me that if management knows this about the building and the units, why would they allow tenants to have//purchase and use heavy exercise equipment like treadmills, or rent to families with small children to these upper units potentially//likely causing many loud noise disturbances for the lower units. When told that management had spoken to the tenants above, they asked them to purchase extra rugs to help with the noise absorption, however this only seemed to fuel our gracious neighbors to make even louder daily commotion and racket.Noise complaint emails to management usually go un-replied to, however are quick to want to discuss my choices to endure the daily unease, discomfort, and anxiety for the remainder of our lease or “simply” look for another place to live. However moving out will come with large fees as we would be breaking the lease agreement, yet somehow the people who moved in after us, and are the cause of the noise complaints, can stay.**Mind you we just moved in six months ago, and its common knowledge that moving can be horribly stressful in and of itself, yet they suggest doing it again casually in the middle of an ongoing pandemic**I would strongly advise against moving into this location, Camden Sea Palms, unless you are okay with the daily dread of being home while your neighbors are also home...or just move into an upper unit and live care-free.UPDATE to response below:The options given to me were for us to move out. The lack of consideration and assumption that it is not an entire life upheaval for us to relocate is utterly unacceptable. This would cost us a great deal financially, physically and emotionally. Not to mention the time it takes researching a place to move, hiring movers, first/last/deposit at a new place...again, during a literal pandemic. Its a risk most people would not even consider. And to add insult to injury, asking me to make this decision within a 48 hour time window.

We have been living at Camden Sea Palms for almost a year now and we love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have been working with Heather since we moved in and anything we need she is happy to provide! Sheyna has also been so sweet and accommodating! The maintenance staff is on top of things, too. Once, we put in a request and they came almost immediately. The complex is pet friendly, has a trash service that picks up your trash every night, and is in a great location. Overall, Camden Sea Palms is a great place to live!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this beautiful community. The whole team including Heather in the leasing office, as well as Frank and Alex on the maintenance team, have always provided the best service I could ever ask for. They are quick to respond to questions and service requests and the work is always above par. Also, when passing any of the team through the complex, each one of them knows who we are and is so friendly and asks how we are doing. I highly recommend this community to rent from.

Heather was beyond friendly, helpful, and all around amazing. However I’d be very aware if you live under someone, as they allow treadmills on second and third floors, causing what feels, and sounds like a helicopter landing in your apartment. Also ask if young children live above you, as the flooring//ceiling is not at all sound of shock absorbing. This is a very loud and sleep distributive complex in that regard.

My family and I have lived at Camden for over 3 years and love calling Camden our home! The management and staff are beyond professional, friendly, and make us feel welcomed. We transferred from one Camden location to another to be closer to work and the beach and transferring was a seamless and smooth process. Living at Sea Palms has a lot of perks including close proximity to the beach, nice parks, shopping, great restaurants, and a 15-minute commute to work is awesome. A special thank to Heather for being an amazing manager and making as feel at home at Camden Sea Palms. We are thankful to live here!

I am a subleaser and the process was made so easy by Heather and Zach at the leasing office. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and make it such a smooth transition. Also, living at the apartments has been amazing! The apartments are a good size compared to other places and the common areas are well maintained. If I need anything they are quick to respond and help out. My dog also loves it here and the leasing office often greet him when we walk by to give him treats and a pat on the head. Im so glad I found this community.

I’ve been living at Camden Sea Palms for around 3 years now and have never had one thing negative to say about this property. I’ve always noticed how friendly the staff is here and have been on a first name basis with mostly all of them! Everyone in the office is always available and super friendly, especially when I grab my occasional cup of coffee from the office. The swimming pool is awesome, the gym is convenient and never crowded which is nice! The units are upscale and very modern, but not overdone. Spacious living area and a beautiful kitchen layout. I don’t normally write reviews but this is my home and has been for years now.

5 stars for the service team here. Unfortunately had a few things go wrong in the apartment (including a washer that needed replacement), but that said the friendly service team has been nothing but fantastic in getting them resolved quickly - often that very same day!I have no issue trusting these guys to be there when Im not at home, and that theyll take care of everything with a job well done. keep it up guys!

So I don’t leave negative feedback without addressing the situation and allowing things to be handled properly. I signed my lease application the same day we toured as Zach did an amazing and outstanding job with our tour and answered all of the questions we had. We were approved and moved in right away even though I had a lease at my old location in San Diego until the 20th. We took the keys September 4th. The night of moving in, we had no parking spots available, gate fobs didn’t work and parking was a mess. We parked in the street. After addressing the situation, we had to wait a few days to receive a proper parking spot. As we began to slowly move in, we had multiple electrical outlets out, washer and dryer not hooked, and many things needing work. We were in no rush to move and would have rather waited knowing things were not complete. Again they were addressed around September 13-15 window time frame. They were not completed. The electric outlets in most of the common area were not completed until the 21-22nd of September. 15 days after move in. We addressed a smoke smell in the bathroom, first week of move in. After management came into the apartment, we were told it would be handled. Today is October 21st, the bathroom was to be repainted. Never happened. We went in about the key fobs and were given a gate code. Still they have not been activated. I went to the office Bc none of the keys we have open the pool area doors or gym. I was given another key, doesn’t work. I can’t use the facility unless someone can let me in or I hop the fence to get to the pool like last week. How embarrassing🤦🏽‍♂️. Again I visit the office with a list of things not completed that were addressed before. Washer hydrolics don’t work, thy bang loud when it spins. I don’t have a screen on my door outside got he Patio. The sliding door is very hard to open due to dented metal frame, the new stove has a problem heating up correctly and I spend 15 minutes to get s small two cups of water to boil. My bedroom door, bathroom door and second bedroom door are hard to close and open and need to be shaved down. I found cockroaches and was promised they would come to spray this past Thursday. I was home all day and no one shows up. Maintenance on my above concerns were to be handled Friday last week before I left to Vegas for the weekend, no one came. Now. Is this remotely right or fair to have to deal with. I am highly disappointed in Camden as a company. I was told they are short staffed due to an injury to maintenance manager. As a company of this caliber, you either bring assistance or hire help. This is unacceptable. My disappointment comes from a deep place and I have yet to feel like I have a proper home. Be alert before signing a lease. Don’t let the price fool you. The headache and time I have to spend dealing with this is not worth it. Oh to add, I have had to park on the street multiple times because the assigned canopy parking spot continues to be used by other people.... simple parking situation can’t be fixed..... and no nothing has been fixed besides washer finally hooked up and electrical work. Done weeks after move in date.... 👎🏽
