The first time I trimmed my tree was about 20 years ago, and I rented a 45 ft man lift. Yeah, now that the tree branches were growing back towards mine and my neighbors house, I wasnt too interested in doing that again.So heres one more shout for Tim Brewer Tree and Stump service. Very professional, great communication via text, unlike the other guy who would not return calls, and left no other way to contact.From the moment Tims wife came out to do the quote and then they both showed up for the job, it was immediately apparent they were practiced professionals. Well coordinated with regards to safety, he would stop cutting when she was picking up branches and carry them to the chipper out back, both wearing specialized concussion proof hard hats and safety glasses.The spider lift has an amazing turn ratio, as they were able to bring it down a narrow alley, and make the tight turns to get it into my back yard. That spider lift has an amazing reach not possible with other style man lifts due to spider leg stabilization, which allows it to stretch out further without tipping over. Pretty cool, definitely the right tool for this job of reaching hard to access places and trimming away dead branches, and branches growing over mine and my neighbors house. NEVER PLANT AN ELM TREE if you know whats good for you.BTW TIm has the coolest battery powered chainsaw Ive ever seen. A Husqvarna T536 LiXP 36V 12in Bar it lasts amazingly long time. Tim says it saves time not having to use a gas powered chainsaw. They arent cheap though LOL.They spent about 6 hours for the tree trimming, and then about an hour for chipping and cleanup at the end of day.I felt pretty lucky to be able to get someone like Tim Brewers Tree and Stump Service to do this job. Would definitely use them again.

I had two large diseased trees in my backyard, with neighbors on two sides, so removal was tricky. Tim came out and explained the procedure, talked to the neighbors about parking their equipment on their property, got permission, and explained everything to us, several days before starting. He and his crew came at the appointed time, took down the trees, removed and chipped all the small limbs on the spot, TOTALLY cleaned up all the mess, and neatly stacked the large logs out of the way for firewood, which I donated to the gleaners for a tax write-off, using Tims referral. Since then, a neighbor with the same size trees used a different company, and the contrast is painful in terms of their lack of professionalism or follow-through. Dont settle for less. Call Tim Brewer! (And he didnt even ask me to do this review. Im doing it because Im so disgusted with the other company!)
