Amazing Company from Start to Finish! Quick to respond, very professional, expert in their trade, always do a great job, thorough clean up, kind staff, and much more. A couple of years ago I had a tree fall on the property, I called several companies and Big Wood Tree Expert was the only one that returned my call. They came out right away and took care of the tree. Since that date, they have been out to the property many times to care for the trees. Planning and scheduling has been outstanding. Looking forward to the next project.

Justin came out east of Albany to give us a bid. He was most kind and professional, what I would have hoped for and appreciated when meeting him. I have waited past season for pruning I feel, but will definitely look at Big Wood again when we decide to go ahead with the job.

Very friendly, quick, and affordable service. Asked for an inspection on Monday, Justin came in for a free inspection on Wednesday, and tree was cut down on Friday by Charlie and his team. They took just around an hour to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Justin and his crew cut down a big maple in my yard and it was a big tree, I had an extensive garden under it and they were as careful as one could be while topping it from the top down. Cutting a tree down is hard work and anyone complaining about a mess or a broken bush is ridiculous! Trees are messy and removing one manually is even messier. Sometimes things might not land where its supposed to! Your having a giant tree removed and things might go wrong. It is much better than letting the wind take it down and cause real damage and make a bigger mess. This company is spot on!! Dont listen to naysayers, they are probably the ones in front of us complaining that their coffee isnt 117 degrees.

They were hired to remove a tree from our neighbors yard. We were out at the time, and when we returned we found our yard, which we put tons of effort into, destroyed. Plants were completely smashed, branches were everywhere, and a huge limb had been taken out of our old growth apple tree. What blew my mind is that they didnt clean anything up, appeared to take zero precautions to protect our tree and plants, and couldnt do so much as leave a note or try to contact us. Im mad just thinking about it. They didnt even tell our neighbor! We had to show him what they did to our yard and he was surprised. We are so disappointed that our apple tree is ruined and that this company has such poor values and ethic. Hire anyone else.
