I was tasked with the selling of my fathers 45 year old home. The Village Builders team helped me with finding most of the code or safety violations in the house. We found 9 items that needed repair and established a budget. The kitchen ceiling was ruined due to a recently leaking roof. (no mold was found), The team came up with a ceiling design that removed the drop ceiling and the old 8 foot florescent fixtures. The new design worked well with ceiling design in the rest of the house and raised the ceiling height. The workmanship and finish work was flawless. The new front porch and refinished front door enhanced look of the house. Since we were coming in well under budget with the original work, it was decided to replace the original torn and stained living room carpet with red oak hardwood flooring. The workmanship on that flooring was spectacular. It was done by some very talented craftsman. That floor turned out to be the highlight of the house.I was very impressed with the Village Builders team. They were very easy to work with and kept me informed as they found and fixed addition problems caused by age or bad original design. The Village Builder replaced an old sliding glass door with a 3 beautiful 3 panel set that has one fixed pane and two doors that swing open. The shear size of the replacement panel door/window eliminated any though of doing it ourselves, so we contacted the Village Builder. They were great to work with, scheduling when it worked for us, and always prompt and on time. The end result is a beautifully trimmed, fully functional door that adds value to our home. Highly recommended.

Eight years ago, Village Builders remodeled the house we had just bought. They filled the small kitchen with light by installing a skylight, and all new hickory cupboards and by removing a floor to ceiling peninsula. They transformed an awkward bathroom into a Master Bath and Guest Bath.Beyond all the details, we especially appreciated the great crew. We were impressed and pleased with the integrity, scrupulous attention to detail, collaborative attitude and fine craftsmanship of Chuck and Peter Noone and their crew at The Village Builder. They organized a complete remodel of our main floor, adding 180 square feet, reconfiguring the kitchen, living room and bathroom and refurbishing the media room and office. We are extremely happy with the result and would hire them again.

Over the years we have employed The Village Builder to create a new deck, redo a bathroom and update our kitchen. All were completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. The deck construction involved the use of Trex. After 2 years, some of the Trex material failed resulting in badly warped facia. Trex was unresponsive to the issue but Village Builder stood behind their work and replaced the failed material. We are also very impressed with their work crew.
