We had a GREAT experience getting flooring for three bedrooms through Lumber Liquidators! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the floors look AMAZING and the installers they contract are EFFICIENT! Were definitely coming here for any other flooring projects and recommending them to everyone we know!

This place is amazing I had a wood floor installed in my bar and it came out awesome. I highly recommend LL Flooring they are very professional.

OF course they have low prices, cause they skimp on customer service. It appears LL Flooring can not be bothered to return calls or confirm appointments, and they lost a 1900 sq ft plus job over it. I had called multiple times in the course of two weeks to set and then to confirm an appointment for their estimator to measure our floor, was told every time we will get someone to call back. Outside the one call a week and a half ago to set a 2.30 appointment today, no calls were ever returned. Yesterday I called to confirm todays appointment, and was told someone would call me back ASAP, did not happen. This morning I called again to confirm, and was told there were 3 or more prior appointments ahead of us, and they could not make it at the originally set time. Was not so much the prior appointments, but the excuses and rudeness that really burned me. This all could have been discussed yesterday like I requested, but that would have required someone calling me back.I have been in service work most of my adult life, calling and confirming appointments the day before is always the smart move, avoids problems, and helps your customers

Had laminate installed in all three bedrooms. The store staff we helpful and friendly at all times. They really worked to find us the best flooring to fit our needs. Installers arrived on time, did top quality work and finished in just a few hours. Cleaned up all rooms completely and walked with me during the final inspection. This was one of the most friendly and professional crews I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators for your next flooring project.

Highly recommend getting your flooring materials from here! We had a great experience from start to finish. We went in on a Saturday, picked out some samples (which were free, by the way—we returned them when we picked up our order) our floor, ordered online a few days later to take advantage of their no tax sale, then picked up the materials the next day. A few days later, it turns out we needed a couple more boxes, so I went in to pick them up. My boyfriend had picked up the materials and the order was in his name, but I went to get the extra boxes. The gentleman that had helped us originally knew remembered who I was and the name the order was under (I wish I remembered his name!). I was very impressed! I was in and out in under 10 minutes with the extra boxes.Great quality, great customer service—We’ll go back to this store in the future for sure!

The only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because of Elva and Matt. Great customer service, explained everything to me and they take pride in what they do! would highly recommend doing business with this company as long they are working!

The manager Topher was awesome due to being able to find me some flooring that I had installed five years ago and was able to find me the last six boxes I needed for a new addition in our home. Thank you Lumber Liquidators from making me happy .

Bad customer service. Rude employees. And they’re square footage was wrong and way over the actual square footage when ordering material. And because of bad customer service we had difficulties returning their product. They have good product and good prices though.

Have used TWICE both jobs required ordering the planking. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I have not been disappointed in either purchase from product to customer service.

The staff let me take my time to make my decision, they werent pushy, which is very important to me. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful.

How do you give less than a star, not fair. Original installation was week of Thanksgiving 2017. Floor had many hollow spots. Called Lumber Liquidators to have them filled, now four months later, still waiting to have this process completed. Paid over $7,000 for a floor and its not yet complete.The manager in Corpus told me that the only way he knew it wasnt completed was to keep calling him. I am too busy following up for my customers to follow up and do his job for him. Nobody EVER calls back. Nobody EVER emails back. Working with the BBB now and its still a painful slow nobody ever calls or e-mails back process.

The Corpus store worked flawlessly with the Soring store to get flooring installed after Harvey. Living in the Houston area and repairing a house in Rockport can be trying , but Lumber Liquidators made it much easier. The salesmen were very knowledgeable. I was able to do almost everything over the phone. The integrity they showed throughout the process was outstanding.

Amazing selection across all ranges of flooring, the store staff was extremely helpful and much more informative than the big stores I frequent. Ended up having them install my floor in a couple rooms and I love it. Great experience.

Manager said to meet him on two different times no show. We were helped by another employee that was not helpful at all. We went back to buy flooring cash they didnt have a problem taking our money of course. They ordered some material for us they didnt have in stock. Never called us to tell us it was discontinued. When we called to find out what to do next he said it would take a month or two to come in. Manager was typical by not helping out at all. We finally called corporate office and they apparently get calls from customers quite frequently. Thank goodness they were able to get us what we needed. They also overnighted what we asked for. Prices are cheap but if you want a headache to go with it be my quest.

If I could give them a minus 10 I would. The price was outrageous. They started with 150 a square ft. I needed 578 ft. It cost me $4650 total. OUTRAGEOUS. THEN DO NOT GET OSCAR FOR AN INSTALLER HE REMIVED MY TOILET WITHOUT TELLING ME BUT SAID HE REFUSED TO PUT IT BACK. THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD. HE SAID END OF DISCUSSION AND HUNG UP. I LIVE OUT OF TOWN AND THEY KNEW THAT. MY NEW TENANT WALKS IN AND SAYS THERE IS NO TOILET. I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY SAID THEY WERENT RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT BACK IN I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO TAKE IT OUT.

You will never get a refund from them.I special ordered some oak flooring and it took a month. It arrived and about half way through the first box the wood was warped, all different widths and thickness and some were even chewed up. I told my contractor to do the best he could thinking I would deal with a refund later.Well after 2 months of ignored email, and not returned voice mail calls, they sent me a copy of the instructions which in few small print says that if any wood is installed that is defective they will not pay for anything.Be very aware of these shysters. My contractor had told me that they will find some reason not to pay and he was right. Big companies dont give a d***.

We spent over 10,000.00 on bamboo flooring and it looked beautiful. In about 1 1/2 years our bedroom floor started buckling. We contacted the store we bought from and they said they would turn the complaint in to the company. After months of hearing nothing we went back to inquire. The NEW manager didnt know anything about it so he resubmitted. We finally received a form letter requesting pages of information including several pictures which we supplied. Weeks later we got another form letter stating the floor would need to be inspected by a licensed flooring inspector. We had already had a flooring installer, recommended by the store. look at it and was told the problem was because not enough space was allowed by the previous installer and he used the wrong glue. This was the installer the store was using at the time and the glue they recommended. We were given 2 names of licensed inspectors to chose from. The 1st said he charged 500.00 and the floor would have to be opened up by a contractor for him to inspect. He also said in his experience we would be wasting our time because Lumber Liquidators wouldnt do anything about it anyway, The other recommended name said it would be 3 months before they could even look at it. I even called the lady in charge of these issues at LL and she hung up on me when she got my name. I called back and got her voice mail and left my number. A week later and no returned call. The local store also said they would call LL and would call me back. No call back!! Finally went to Home Depot and found a similar product at a better price. Hope to have new floor down soon as the floor right now is difficult to walk on with several areas buckled about 3 high. DONT BUY FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATERS!! Their customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with.
