Best flooring store in town! I had over 900 sq ft of tile removed and replaced with vinyl plank. Alex helped me choose a fabulous color thats perfect with my decor and wall colors. Its quite a process removing tile and prepping the surface but they made it look easy. Great installer workmanship. I was very impressed! I am SO happy with my new floors. Beautiful! 😁

Do not buy any flooring that is on sale. We found out the hard way WHY it was on sale.

My wife and I purchased carpet for our bedrooms and water proof flooring for the rest of our house. From the very beginning I was so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Miranda and Alexis helped my wife and I with finding the right flooring and offered suggestions based on our wall colors and cabinets. They pointed us in the right direction for exactly what we were needing and always were quick to help answer any questions we had. The installers were professional, on time, and did a great job. We will be recommending Absolutely Floors to all of our friends and family!

Tried to shop here in the middle of the day, drove 20 minutes to get there. The door was locked no one was there. No one answered the phone, never got my call returned. Honestly thought they were closed down but there was no sign. Wouldn’t waste your time with them.

We are very pleased with the work they did. We had our master bath ceramic tile removed and they installed 100% water proof laminate planks by Coretec. John the installer was very nice, polite and very professional. The salespeople at the store Alex and Alexis were awesome. They explain everything in detail and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

The staff is friendly & very helpful! I was unsure just what color of floors would match with my walls but Alexis & Miranda steered me in the right direction and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I wasn’t treated as just a customer but as if I was a friend of the family. So happy to do business here.

But Then---My floor was installed the first part of December and I gave a wonderful review- see below--BUT THEN-On Feb 7 I called about a minor issue and was told the installers would call me.On Feb 11 called to find out why installers did not call me. Alexis said Alex schedules the installers and they would come by when they were in the neighborhoodOn Feb 27 called and Alex said he would put my name on board so I would not be overlooked but someone would be here before the end of the weekOn March 9 just like their follow up service, my review is not goodInstallers arrived timely answered my questions and said not to worry about interrupting if I had other questions. They were polite and efficient. And my floor is beautiful. Alexis and Alex were very nice and helpful when I made my purchase and I feel like I got a good deal.

My husband and I went to absolutely Floors after getting several quotes from major retailers to install carpeting on our stairs. All the quotes where very pricey. And with many warehouse stores here in Corpus the customer service is lacking. We came into Absolutely flooring and from the time we walked in to the time of install we had the best customer service. We ended up with top of the line carpet and padding with install half the price of the box stores. We are now planning for our master bedroom to be done. We are extremely happy with our choice.

I usually have something negative I can always find about workmanship but Absolutely Floors did such a fantastic job on my floors I could not find enough words to praise their workmanship. Also their ability to relate to the customer and understand exactly what they/you are looking for is truly unmatched in any other company that Ive found. I truly appreciate not only the incredible and beautiful job they did on my floors but their unique way to relate personally with their customers. If I could give more than five stars I would.Update: They told me that the floors were waterproof and would be damaged. Well I had a tap overflow and had almost 2 inches of water on the floor. It didnt move or buckle or anything. Really impressive
